Jack who is at front desk and answers the phone is very rude. Lied to me and said he had a piece I was looking for. I Drove all the way from Avondale just to be sold the wrong piece and not be given a refund. Business is a straight scam. After reading Google reviews, it seems like all colored customers of jacks have bad encounters. Clearly, Jack is racist. I wouldn’t give them one star but I had to just to give the review .
They gave me a great deal for my vehicle To be recycled.
