This place was very accommodating. My husband had been in a bad accident and I needed to retrieve items from his truck. The people at all City were helpful and quick, exactly what I needed in this situation. I did have to have a notarized statement from my husband to get to the truck, but I realized that was for our protection and am now grateful they had that security measure in place.
This place is fairly busy. They need to have a number system so that people don't get cut in front of. A second person to step in at the desk when they are busy would help also.
If I could possibly rate this place 0 stars I would. The attendants and customer service reps provide different prices and then they add penalty fees for their own mistakes. I was told 4 different prices by 4 reps then when I finally went to pick up the vehicle it turned out the rep had provided me the wrong price so I needed to leave to grab more cash then they add a $65 fee which I was not told or warned about. It seems like The try to collect money through giving out false information just to get more fees. My original price was 117 then it became 150 and when I went to pay it was 215 mind you this was all during the same day that’s not a transparent way to do business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.
Shawn - 60Shawn- was excellent in handling my tow. After my auto accident, I was a little shook up. He handled everything like a true pro., and his attitude was exceptional.
Shawn is the type of employee that should be training newer employees customer service.( a lost art it seems). I wish I had ten like him working for me. He is an asset to his crew and a fine representative that your company can be proud of. Thank you so much.
They take CASH, visa and mastercard... However, if you bring anything above $1.00 of the tow bill you better plan on making an extra trip because they will not have change. Cops had to verify my vehicle belonged to me because they did not verify the info was correct on the tow sheet. So for 2 days my car was in the lot without ever being in the system. I do appreciate the lot attendant jumping the battery on my car because it was dead and he did not have to do that. Aside from that I hope I never have to deal with them again.
Ive told people for years that if it was my own car, Id want All City Towing to tow it. Today, I put my money on All City Towing and they delivered! Justin, our All City Towing driver, was awesome. He treated my car with respect and was very helpful. Great job Justin and great job All City Towing!!
Went to take a visit and met the most unprecedented lady at the front office. Might I suggest for your company to put in some communication skills that you seem to be lacking.
I recommend for others to choose a better company that will be more affordable than the service you'll be served here.
My tow guy Ronald, was top notch. He was professional and explained every step of procedure of reasons why my car couldn't be put in my driveway. He kept my driveway from getting cracked, by putting car on street, right where I needed it to be. He also took time to explain other car info. As a Marine Corps Veteran, I am so appreciative. THANKS RONALD!

All City had to get the cars off the street after the accident and they did. That's not an enviable job.
They did a good job clearing the accident and getting my vehicle to their lot.
Clayton arrived and first asked if my husband was ok. He was kind, professional and gave me all the information we needed. Reallly appreciated everything he did for us.
My car was in an accident (totaled, driver of other car was at fault) and Chandler PD had All-City tow it to their yard, then insurance towed it to IAA; when I finally got to the car at IAA to get my stuff; the side door pockets and center console had been opened and cleaned out - ALL my stuff was gone - nothing expensive, but documents, coins, tools, and personal items, only a set of keys in my glove box was left. So either all city or IAA stole everything. Also I have had 2 friends lose their cars at this place because they make up bogus reasons of why they can't release the car, then sell it at auction.
We had to have our car towed due to a tire blowout and our driver showed up before we even got a call back from our insurance. Driver 60 - Shawn made the process quick and easy, kept it under and hour and didn’t charge us unnecessarily. He made sure to do his due diligence fast so we didn’t get charged extra!
I had a great experience with all city towing company! Nick (#48) was the one who helped me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to handle the situation. He arrived quickly, was incredibly reliable, and made a stressful moment feel much easier. Nick was kind, respectful, and very professional throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows what they’re doing but also treats you with care and courtesy. Highly recommend both the company and Nick if you ever need towing services!
Very helpful and friendly. I'm grateful you were able to keep my car safe until insurance and I chose the repair shop. That next day you made it very easy, by offering to tow my car there, instead of me having to drive up to sign off for the truck the insurance carrier would send. It took just a little longer than I anticipated but it's all worked out fine and it saved me having to drive up there the day right after my accident to sign a piece of paper

I was literally stuck in the middle of traffic on a busy intersection. Driver showed up and assured me everything would be fine and he was there to help. He got my car over to my mechanics shop right down the street right on time before they closed. The easiest process ever.
My car was towed to this company after my accident. I was able to easily get my belongings out of my car. It did take a while because they were busy the day I went. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

All City Towing was called by the Phoenix Police to the accident that I was involved in and they were prompt and courteous. They took the car to their lot and then helped me get it to a repair shop. They kept me informed and gave great advise. Great experience working with this company.
These guys really knew what was going on when I totaled my car. They even gave me a head’s up when my insurance hadn’t been in touch with them yet and told me it should already have happened. Sure enough, the insurance had missed it. They were also very kind and courteous to me- drove me to my car to get my things so I didn’t have to limp there. Highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience with All City Towing! I crashed my car, and they were at the scene so fast, I couldn’t believe it. The tow truck arrived within minutes, and the driver was super friendly and professional. They made a stressful situation so much easier with their excellent customer service. From start to finish, everything was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of fast and reliable towing service. They definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be calling them again if I ever need help!
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely awful. When I came in to get my car that was towed, it took a very very long time to get everything situated and complete. The registration was in my brother‘s name, and so I had to call him and have him drive half an hour just to come to the place so I could get my car. It’s a stupid rule. The only reason the registration is in his name is because he just sold me the car and I’m going to put it in my name once it expires. They made me late to work, even though I arrived there an hour and a half before my shift started. They made me go into my car insurance app to get the VIN number to my car. I’m lucky I have the app because if not I would have had to get the VIN some other way. I have no idea why they expect you to have your VIN memorized. This review doesn’t even take into account the Hamilton Park HOA that got my car towed. There’s only one small sign across the street on a pole that states the area was a tow away zone. It makes no sense for a neighborhood like this. You need to have ‘no parking’ signs visible. This was a complete scam.
I was involved in an accident on 9/27/2024. The officer didn’t allow the time for my free tow truck to arrive. The officer and driver for AllCity Towing repeatedly said there wasn’t any fee to be towed from the accident that left my vehicle inoperable on that Friday night. The driver also told me they could only take it to their lot 20 miles away in North Phoenix; I later found out only the officer can direct the driver to drop it at my apartment. They towed it away with the emergency lights on, and I assumed they would turn it off after unloading; wrong. My security system kept sending alerts as the battery level dropped. I called their dispatch the next morning and found out that I actually had the pleasure of paying $173.94 to get it back the next day on Saturday 9/28/2024. Dispatch was rude and unintelligently arguing their drivers would never leave it like that, and they aren’t legally extorting people after the driver lied repeatedly just to get it towed. I wanted to avoid their continuing $50 daily storage fee and to have AAA tow it back to my apartment where I wanted it taken to begin with. AllCity Towing still charged the daily storage fee for an hour and a half when my vehicle was towed there around 10:30pm. I found out they “close” at noon on Saturday, and there an additional fee to get the vehicle back after I believe 8pm. But, I could wait for hours for a driver to show up, eventually harass me for registration that was in the glove box, and forklift it out. I ended up being there over 4 hours in the heat while they took their sweet time - there are no gas stations in walking distance. I wasn’t alone either as I waited with 4 other people waiting to get our vehicles back. The Phoenix Police need to end their exclusive towing contract with these deceptive predatory extortionists. They even had the nerve to text me today for a review promising a $25 Amazon gift card. I still expect my gift card for the BS you put me through! I posted the receipts too.
We were told we could pick up our car on a Sunday for a fee, but when we got here they would not get our car out because we had Power of Attorney - which they only honor during business hours. Such a ridiculous and illegal policy. Not to mention, everyone we spoke to was your run-of-the-mill tow yard call-center brand of rude and awful. They found the careers they were made for!
I had my tire blow in the middle of the road and managed to pull over but still stuck on the road. I was so greatful to have an officer see me and call me a tow truck. All city towing was there within 30 minutes and the nice gentleman Anthony was very kind. He picked up my car, towed it to my house, offered my brother a job and let my son have an experience of a life time unloading the car. Best part, it only cost me $12
I was car pooling to work and parked in the wrong spot, one spot next to where I was supposed to park. So my car was towed. I accept responsibility and paid the ridiculous $255 fee. However when they returned my car, the driver window was gone!, my batteries completely dead (1yo old battery) , and they left paint on the wind shield. They did nothing to jump start my car, fix window, or remove their paint.
