Truly more helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable than the police, courts, or insurance company combined. Will they talk to you with a Disney Princess customer service voice? No. Will they tell you everything you need to know directly and frankly? Yeah. Because they may not be nice but they are kind.

This is the last thing i would expect to say about a towing company after my car got totalled and towed to All City Towing. The staff was actually really nice and friendly here (20th street and deer valley) and I walked into a surprisingly clean reception area. Apparently they need to see registration before letting you get to your property in the vehicle. I did not have my registration as it was in the dashboard glove box but that was no problem at all. They just looked at my drivers licence and got the registration for me. Had no problems whatsoever with getting my property out of the car. I got to take a cool ride in a golf cart too. Quick, courteous, professional staff. I was in and out in like 20 minutes. Nothing bad to say at all!!!!!

Someone ran a red light back in April 2024 and T-boned my vehicle. He hit me so hard that my steering wheel got locked in a position that made it impossible for me to put my vehicle in park and remove my keys. I don’t actually know who called All City Towing, though I’d assume it was either the police or police dispatch. I only know that I didn’t call - I only knew to call 911. The guy from All City Towing (sorry, I don’t know anyone’s names) that came to take my vehicle was able to maneuver my vehicle so he could 1) turn off my vehicle and 2) help me remove certain things off my keychain. He also reminded me to take a picture of his vehicle (to remember the number of All City Towing in case I needed to ask questions). Then, when I had to go to All City Towing to clean out my necessities from my vehicle so it could be transported for evaluation for insurance, the lady at the desk was super nice and had a calming demeanor. Though, All City Towing has multiple locations, so I’m glad I had called ahead and found where my vehicle actually was located. Stupidly, I hadn’t grabbed my registration from my vehicle after getting hit, so when she asked for my registration and I explained what happened, she called someone to search my vehicle for my registration, which happened really fast (20 minutes tops). The guy that brought me back to my vehicle was an AMAZING help. He helped me clean out my vehicle and grab things I hadn’t thought of grabbing. It may seem obvious to grab floor mats, check all hiding spots (sun glasses holder, glove compartment, door pockets), etc, but I wasn’t quite thinking straight - I was still frazzled from the accident. But that guy, he reminded me to check all areas and grab everything. He was also extremely pleasant to make conversation with as we both checked my vehicle out entirely. He also reminded me to take pictures from all angles of my vehicle for insurance. He also set my expectations for what my insurance would say about the shape of my vehicle (he was right - it was a total loss). Afterward, when I let my insurance know where to pick up my vehicle, All City Towing made it really easy to coordinate with my insurance. I really appreciated everyone associated with All City Towing and their attitudes. In such a terrifying situation, they were extremely appreciated. I mean, I hope I never have to use their services again, but if I do have to or anyone else is in a similar situation, I highly recommend their services.

Had a great experience. Had a nice young man named will, he did a great job communicating how to get my car once it’s towed. 5 stars!!! It isn’t always fun being towed, but if you need someone, all city is the place to call!

After we were in an accident, our car was towed to All City. They made transferring the car to a collision center so easy. The cost was clear upfront, they told us what to send to insurance and even recommended some certified auto-body places which was amazing. I was completely expecting it to be difficult and lengthy and I was so wrong! We had the details all set within 10 minutes and the whole team there were so nice!

We were told we could pick up our car on a Sunday for a fee, but when we got here they would not get our car out because we had Power of Attorney - which they only honor during business hours. Such a ridiculous and illegal policy. Not to mention, everyone we spoke to was your run-of-the-mill tow yard call-center brand of rude and awful. They found the careers they were made for!

The girls that worked inside were very helpful they worked with me I was on the bus and I had to wait for my friend to get off work & come &pick myself and my car up. It only took them about 10 minutes after my friend got there to have my car waiting out back for us to hook it up to tow.the guy that took me out to. look at the car was very very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

I was involved in a serious car accident, and on the worst day of my life, the great folks at All City were compassionate and professional. I hope I never need a tow truck again, but if I do, I hope it's from All City.

I needed a Landall for a very large AC unit. I called the night before for them to be there at 7 AM because the crane would be there that would not wait. They were there a little early. The crane dropped right on his truck very professional driver brought it to my place of business I couldn’t ask for more. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Shawn #245 did an excellent job, came out and got us out without any damage to the truck at all. I would happily recommend this service to anyone stuck in a bind.

Patrick was very patient and helpful. He let us take our time clearing out the car after he carefully hooked it up. He was very courteous and professional.

All City Towing made a hard situation a little better. When I went to release my title to the insurance company- they brought me to my vehicle in a golf cart so I could collect my personal belongings. The gentleman asked me about the accident and seemed genuinely to understand the loss of a treasured vehicle. He even helped me clean out my belongings . It was just a bad situation easier.

The 2 man team were on time, careful with my furniture and placed my items in a way that I was able to reach them as I was decorated. Very pleased with the team.

The service & driver was great. My car stopped on Ray Rd as I was driving to I-10 east. Of all places in the turning lane . AAA was delayed in assistance. I called Chandler police for assistance due to heavy traffic & the delay. when AAA arrived could not start or tow my car. This was the Saturday before Veterans Day. Chandler police volunteer was here & suggested calling your tow company. Again the driver was very courteous & assisted me, towed me to Interstate auto repair which was off the next exit Warner rd. Thanks to all for your assistance

Tow truck came quickly and offered several options! Driver was amazing (wish I could remember his name) And everything was handled quickly and professionally. A definite five star experience. Thank you!

I was involved in a six car accident on the 60 in September. My car was totaled but All City Towing made this horrific incident so much easier. They towed my car from the site and called me the next day. On top of their consideration they were willing to tow my car to my Auto Body Shop the same day.

My son and I both both had car accidents In which All CITY Towing handled the Towing of our vehicles. The people that came on the scene and the people we spoke to at both locations were very kind, ,helpful , and respectful. Thank you so much, All City Towing!

All City was called when I had my accident. They were super helpful in recommending a repair shop to have my car towed to. I would definitely contact them again for any towing needs.

I would give less than one star if I could. The little lady at the front desk was so difficult to talk to. Every time I went to ask or answer a question she talked over me. She talked in circles and contradicted what documents and information I needed to provide. She had no compassion on me or anyone else in the shop at the time, which was several hours. She was rude, inconsiderate and confusing. People come into the tow shop after their car has been crashed and most don’t know the rules or expectations. I was shocked and disgusted at the costumer service given to me and others in this difficult situation. They make you provide more legal documentation to prove this is your own vehicle than the DMV does, and it’s never enough. I had to continuously find and show proof of document after document even after I was told they just needed one more thing. And again I’d like to emphasize, it was impossible to get a word or question in edge wise with this lady. I felt bullied honestly. All I needed to do was pick up my belongings from my crashed vehicle and the lady made it so difficult for me I left the shop worried I’ll never get my stuff. If you have any say in the matter, do not get your vehicle towed to this location. I think they may intentionally make it so difficult so they can profit off of people’s cars by their own unclear communication on how to pick up your car or your belongings. I hope an owner or manager sees this review and can retrain employees on communication and a little patience and understanding with costumers. Or maybe just fire that very rude lady. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had my tire blow in the middle of the road and managed to pull over but still stuck on the road. I was so greatful to have an officer see me and call me a tow truck. All city towing was there within 30 minutes and the nice gentleman Anthony was very kind. He picked up my car, towed it to my house, offered my brother a job and let my son have an experience of a life time unloading the car. Best part, it only cost me $12

Everyone there was professional and very courteous. Had to go there several times to pick up personal things that were in my car, and it was never a problem! Staff was very friendly!

Went on a Sunday and the dispatcher said an hour to hour 1/2 so I was driving around within the area if I would have know there was somebody there I would have stayed on the property, which she never told me to stay on the property. So I got charged and extra $50 she said we looked in the cameras you left. Becareful they scam you like that and was very disrespectful and yelled at me

Worst experience ever I got my car in pounded for 20 days and I want to go to retrieve my car. They wouldn’t let me and they gave me a different paper and over the phone. They are just rude and they are not useful or try to work with you and now I have lost my car. It really sucks that they don’t try to work with you at all. They just want your money. and just add on to more fees it’s ridiculous

Tow company did a great job retrieving my vehicle from Chandler and transporting it to a distant mechanic in Glendale for repairs. Driver left the keys with the mechanic’s drop box and provided me with text details of the delivery.

I had an excellent experience with All City Towing. They answered their phone promptly and answered all my questions. The process was simple and quick. I recommend them as a professional organization.
