I strongly recommend AutoNation Nissan for service. I took in my Rogue and the service was smooth and well done. I did not feel pressured to do more work than was needed. In fact, I used a Nissan Coupon and this was probably the cheapest service I have ever had :) No complaints except their coffee machine could be better :)

AutoNation Nissan Chandler wastes customers time.
Their website says oil changes do not require an appointment. I called the day before and was told the same thing. When I showed up, I was turned away and told I needed to schedule an appointment because they were short staffed and too busy.
If you can’t handle walk-in oil changes, stop advertising them and stop telling customers over the phone that appointments aren’t required.This is basic communication and operational management. I expect better from a dealership service department.Feb 13, 2026 -
Did an online pre-approval thru my bank and just after a few minutes of completion, David Reznick from Nissan is already calling. Stopped by the dealership at 7:30pm and out of the door at 10:30pm with our new car. He was knowledgeable, straightforward and did not pressure us. It was the easiest and stress-free car buying experience we’ve ever had. Upon comparing the paperworks and the sticker price, I notice a price discrepancy for the dealer packages that was added to the vehicle. The following day, David just happened to call to ask if we have any questions about the car. I told him about the issue and right there and then he said he will request for a refund for the discrepancy and the check will be ready the following week. I got my refund as he promised. I am very pleased with my car-buying experience at Autonation Nissan Chandler, thanks to David as well as Cade, who did not force us to buy any other warranties or maintenance plan other than the GAP that we wanted.

We were traveling through AZ and suddenly needed an oil change/tire rotation before but still had 1200 miles to go. Jeremiah and Autonation got us in quick and took care of all our service needs very quickly so we could continue our trip. After 20hrs on the road we made it home safe and sound, thanks Chandler Nissan!

I had an amazing experience at AutoNation Nissan! My salesman, Jake Mann, was absolutely fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured in my options. I knew what I was looking for, and he had everything pulled up and ready for me when I arrived. He was quick, efficient with estimates, and made the entire process go very smoothly. Jake was super personable and informative every step of the way.
I also want to give a huge shout-out to Michael Hauserman in finance. He truly did everything he could to get me the lowest price possible. He was quick, efficient, and had a great personality. He made the financial portion easy to understand, and we weren’t sitting at the dealership for hours going over numbers like I’ve experienced elsewhere.
Overall, this team was incredible. The experience was a 10/10, and I absolutely LOVE my new 2024 Nissan Altima! It’s exactly what I was looking for — and even better!
The dealership itself was very clean, had self-service coffee with multiple options and creamers, and charging stations for your phone, which I really appreciated.

I would recommend Nissan Chander for any issues with my Nissan Altima. My service advisor lets me know what repairs are needed. He advises me, and lets me know how things are going, and when it will be ready. They have always done a superior job. I recommend Nissan Chandler for the high quality work they do.

I had a really great buying experience in May 2025 and wanted to return in January 2026 for service. Just as good! Great staff, conseinscous, low key, no pressure sales... Will be returning for my next service even though it is a bit out of the way. I have already let friends and family know. Would return to buy my next car. Best I've ever found! Thank you again

I was able to observe the mechanic working on my truck. I've been a mechanic and been around them for many years. The young man was focused, thorough and skilled. I hope to get him if I need anymore work on my truck. The service advisor kept me updated and informed. Great service.

Lance, the service tech, solved a problem that started the previous day with another service tech. I made an appt to have my battery checked because the car was slow in starting and made a noise. I said my battery is old and it is either the battery or starter. The first tech said I needed to have diagnostics run on my car and it would take time. I said the problem is probably the battery. He said I needed to come back the next day. Appt was now set for 8am the following morning. The next morning I arrived at 8am and the first tech was not there. LANCE was now my new service tech. He is wonderful. Helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what the charges could be if it was a battery I needed. He advised that what I was describing sounded like the problem was the battery. He checked the system and saw that battery was installed back in 2021. He verified if there was going to be any rebate if a new battery was needed. I told him I did not want diagnostics run because I felt it was not needed. Lance advised he would have the current battery checked. I waited and he came and advised me the problem was my battery and it was leaking. Lance advised I needed a new battery, as he had previously given me an estimate, I advised to install a new battery. What a difference between the service I wasn't give the previous day by the first tech. I give the highest rating to Lance, he is a GREAT ASSET to Chandler Nissan AutoNation!!!! I will request his service tech assistance for my future car needs. Again, Lance is an exceptional asset!!!!

Im leaving a 1 star review cause I brought my truck in for a air bag diag and that part was fine. But Marco my service advisor i tried to call multiple times and no one response only text message. When I picked up my truck another guy helped me check out that was good. They forgot my valve caps on my wheels and ill never bring my truck back here again. Marco wasn't even there when I went to pick up my truck either another negative mark against this place

I took my father here to buy his 1st brand new vehicle, upon his retirement. We were helped by Efi, who is hands down amazing to deal with and interact with throughout the entire visit. He gave my dad his space but was immediately available when we needed him and were ready for further help. My dad bought a 2026 Frontier and was super excited to have had such a smooth and amazing experience with Efi who was not only great at selling cars, his knowledge of the cars, and his communication, but also had so much compassion for my father, who shared his cancer journey with him. We 1000% recommend EFI for anyone looking to buy a car at Nissan AutoNation. Even after the purchase has been a great help and goes out of his way to meet any needs or questions that have arisen.

My salesman David Reznick was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He even helped when I needed some service work done and then when I had issues with the finance department. I can not say enough good things about David and his help especially when he went beyond just selling me a vehicle but helping with service and my issues with the disastrous finance department that I had to deal with.

My husband and I had a great experience dealing with AutoNation Nissan. Kade was our salesman...he was great! We already had in mind what we wanted and shared this with him. He immediately did his magic and brought us out the car that we described, which we had seen on their website. We test drove it and liked it. Kade asked a few questions to see how he could make a sale. There were a few things that I was hesitant about. Kade listened and brought out 2 more vehicles he thought I would be happier with! He hit the nail on the head! I ended up buying a 2026 Kicks! Their finance guy did his magic . There was never any pressure, but all options were offered to us. If we said, "no thank you", they moved on. Thank you Kade and AutoNation.

I am grateful that we got the work done that was necessary for our motor mounts and wheel bearings. However, the pricing was astronomical and the advisor was very pushy on getting what was a VERY OPTIONAL engine performance add-on for our oil change. Though it was something recommended, I am well aware when a dealership is just trying to sell service add ons to make money and this was definitely one of those times. He made it seem like it was mandatory and we couldn’t just do the basic oil change, which outside of the other repairs was the only thing that was necessary. I didn’t want to sit there and argue with him so I agreed, but I won’t be coming back to the dealership if that’s what I have to deal with. No thanks.

This dealership is the best dealership to take your vehicle in if it needs work done or any problems or repairs in their service department. Boyd Hamilton the service advisor is so helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles or problems and didnt do the run around when it came to finding out the exact issue on my car and provided all the solutions that were best for me. Not only was he helpful but Joe in the service department is helpful and they're honest with you and take your vehicle issues into consideration to best help solve the issue. You're in good hands with these guys and they are experienced and Id recommend anybody to go there with their vehicle whenever you have problems. Probably the best dealership in town for experience and fixing the problem and not overcharging the customer for simple issues to be fixed

We recently purchased our first Nissan Rogue at the Chandler Autonation Nissan store in January, so this was our first visit to the service department for a routine oil change, etc. We selected to work with Boyd based on his reviews though it appeared most of the advisors were reviewed with high remarks. In addition to the oil change we did also have questions regarding a few sounds that were new to us and Boyd was able to explain clearly those nuances and educate us to the likely reasons for them. We appreciate that Boyd also encouraged us to make note of anything that seemed unusual or caught our attention as possible concern and to not hesitate to notify him. It is clear that Boyd is very customer service focused and we found his communication, friendliness, and professionalism to be top notch! Excellent experience!

They do not honor their warranty's. Their own mechanic found an issue with the transmission, recorded the issue and sent it up the chain recommending it be repaired but was told it was not serious enough to be fixed, it was "within standards" so rejected fixing the un-safe vehicle. His suggestion to me was to dump the car as quickly as I can.

Once me and my boyfriend got to the dealership we were walked over to the car that I was financing and it looked amazing. My car salesman Jacob was very nice and well knowledgeable and explained most of the features on my car and gave us examples of what they each do. Even though I didn’t have my down payment that night we still was able to get all the paperwork done and signed that way the next day after work all we had to do is to get the keys. I’m very excited about my new car and was very impressed on how they treated us throughout the whole process. In the past with me having to get a new car I had felt pressured but this time around I felt at ease and they made my experience very good and extremely happy and excited as well. I want to make a shout out to three people who were involved and they are Sam, Jacob and Micheal you three really made my experience at the dealership a very enjoyable one so than yall for that.

Now our credit was not the greatest… but when this crew says they can make something work they mean it! From David to his boss Sam to the finance crew all the way to the top they made it happen! I just recently bought a new 2026 Kicks and the experience was way better than I thought it would be. I normally would rather buy 10 houses than buy a new car but after my experience with the agent John Groff, at Auto Nation Nissan, Chandler, my opinion has changed. Everything from test driving the car to agreeing on a price for the car went very smooth and painless. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Auto Nation Nissan in Chandler. I also would ask for agent John Groff who was very helpful and made the process easy.
