The price was fair. I appreciated that. The customer service is lacking. I think they’re shortstaffed so they don’t really pay attention to you. But they did a good job in my car and that’s what I paid him to do.

We had an excellent experience working with David Reznick at AutoNation Nissan Chandler. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and confident throughout the process. When we first came in we were 50/50 about making a purchase, but David’s professionalism, honesty and patience made all the difference. Our salesmen was David and he was absolutely amazing! He knew what we needed and helped us tremendously with everything every step of the way!! Now our credit was not the greatest… but when this crew says they can make something work they mean it! From David to his boss Sam to the finance crew all the way to the top they made it happen! And we couldn’t be more grateful and thankful! walked in and broke down what we were looking to do and instantly David knew exactly what to do and knew exactly the crew he needed to make it work.. I can’t stress this enough EVERY dealership in whole phoenix area says they can work with any credit… This one actually means it! And we are proof! We are so happy with this car! AutoNation is to top notch. After being referred to them by a friend who purchased a vehicle from them, I decided to bring my vehicle in. I worked with their representative Jonathan at Chandler Nissan. He Is a true consultant. There was never any pressure but, he did share knowledge of my vehicle. Jonathan also made the warranty process smooth and his communication throuh the whole process was flawless. Im bringing my car back here for sure.

My service advisor was very helpful and thoroughly transparent about the inspection and diagnostic findings from the inspection. He clearly discussed areas of concern and the timely need to correct current problem areas. I didn't feel over pressured to make repairs today. Overall a very good experience.

Brought my 2020 Titan in for servicing, and advised of rough idling while parked or at stop lights. I was very pleased with the pro-active action by Daniel Bedolla, my service tech to recommend a good will request to Nissan to help with the replacement of my engine mounts. Nissan was able to assist and made me feel valued as a long time Nissan customer. I will definitely recommend Autonation Nissan Chandler to my friends and continue the service of my Titan there!!

I think the online portal scheduler should get updated to allow you to pick a service advisor. The service advisors are constantly busy and either never answering their phones or emails(no fault of theirs). This has been my 5th or 6th time using the service center and each time I have trouble scheduling an appointment. I can't choose a service provider, I have to re-enter my car information each time and I have to wait for a free enough advisor/tech each time I schedule online because I'm not on anyone's list. The service and work is always amazing but getting there seems more difficult than need be.

The general manager of this location should do better about the safety of others while vehicles are being test driven. On October 4th we were sideswiped by one of their vehicles being test driven on the I-17 after I located the vehicle from the dealership stickers on the car we drove to the dealership and were met by gm who basically told us we were lying and unless we had it on video he would not do anything about it. How was I supposed to predict this would happen and have my phone ready? We have a NEWBORN BABY in the car and expressed how the car is replaceable but the baby is not and is why we came to report the incident so that this wouldn’t happen again which to he replied that he has kids too so I thought he would have taken the situation serious but didn’t at all. He took our phone number down and said would contact us to let us know his resolution to his “investigation” he has not this is sad and unacceptable as a business owner.

I recently (Aug 16) purchased my vehicle from AutoNation Chandler and had only driven my car a little less than 1,000 miles when my brakes started to make a grinding noise. I took my car into the service department to get looked at and it turns out it was my rotors. They wanted to charge me $701.19 to get them resurfaced. I asked if it was going to be covered by warranty and it was not and they did not offer to do anything and even the finance advisor said not to get it done at there, even though I had only had the car for a month. I right away said no and decided to take my car to another dealership to get a second opinion. The service manager at that dealership pulled up the car fax and said that it showed that they had already resurfaced the rotors and changed the brake pads so he decided to take a look at the rotors and they had not been resurfaced. Auto nation lied about resurfacing the rotors and when the advisor called auto nation they lied once again and said that I had taken my car to some random shop and they messed them up then took my car to them. I never took my car to anyone else besides the auto nation. The manager advised me to take my car back to them. When I did so I had a different así or at autonation who was absolutely amazing he right away addressed the situation and said that they would cover the cost.

Go to Dalton! Very nice experience. Came in for what we liked and left with exactly what we wanted. Very knowledgeable and easy going. If you have an idea of what you want and don't want to feel major pressure come here and they'll get you squared away.

I just recently bought a new 2026 Kicks and the experience was way better than I thought it would be. I normally would rather buy 10 houses than buy a new car but after my experience with the agent John Groff, at Auto Nation Nissan, Chandler, my opinion has changed. Everything from test driving the car to agreeing on a price for the car went very smooth and painless. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Auto Nation Nissan in Chandler. I also would ask for agent John Groff who was very helpful and made the process easy.

The overall experience was great. Our vehicle was ready ahead of the estimated time, even though they had to get a part from another location. Service writer Boyd, was communicative and informative from the start. We've worked with other AutoNation dealerships but this was our first with Nissan. Will not hesitate to return.

I knew exactly what I was looking for when I arrived at AutoNation Nissan Chandler. It was a 2025 Nissan Murano Platinum. I was met at the door by a salesman who was friendly but not overbearing. I explained what I was looking for and he directed me to the lot where there were several vehicles. Once I found the one I wanted we took it for a test drive. After returning to the dealership we reviewed the price along with any add-ons. I explained what I was interested in and he then proceeded to put the deal together. I was in and out is about 2 hours. This includes getting the car cleaned and filling up the gas tank. I was very happy with the entire team. No hard sell and no games!

I just bought a car, and I honestly had one of the smoothest, most efficient experiences ever. Jake Mann was super responsive from the beginning — I couldn’t make it into the office, and he handled everything for me remotely. I was able to sign and pay from home, and when I went in to pick up the car, I just said hello, grabbed the keys, and was out the door in 5 minutes. My dad was amazed at how quick and painless it was. I truly appreciate how professional and helpful Jake was throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I have had the best service from here recently. I would like to thank your service advisor Marco for all of his help in guiding me through from start to finish on my vehicle service, on repairs that were needed, how my vehicle functions, and the upfront cost of parts and labor. He even helped with my claim through my extended warranty and made the whole process smooth as well as keeping me updated on the process and repairs. I am very appreciative of Marco and his help navigating things as well as the whole process fron start to finish. Excellent service!

Jacob was phenomenal. The dude works hard. Running around in the 110-degree heat while keeping us comfortable. He was great with conversation and keeping it light. The sales manager was great as well presenting the option of a 2025 new car vs. a 2023 used car. 1500 difference in price with a much better warranty was a no brainer deal (40k miles vs 132 miles). While I am sure it helped the dealership, it showed he had our best interest at heart. Ian, the finance manager, was great too. Presented the options, didn't feel pressured, was not condescending. Overall, it was a great experience and not overly drawn out.

I had the best experience ever from three amazing guys. First let me acknowledge Lance Milburn service Advisor great customer service Lance answer every question that I had and I felt very confident that my car was in good hand . I was on break and Lance set up transportation for me to get back to work and I even got a pick up to come back to get my car thank you Lance you are perfect . Second my ride there and back was amazing I had the pleasure of riding with Remig and he gave me some good advice going there and back on if I need a rental car and my car is there for service couple of days they will provide a rental vehicle for me so that was great to hear and he even waited a extra 10 minutes before I came out the door very patience . Last Jesus god sent from heaven he explained my Auto started for me and how to turn on and off and when I need to come back for my next service great information . Overall I give these guys a millions star the customer service I got from all of them was amazing. Ps I can’t leave out my amazing sell man Billy Nitzschke he is one of the greatest person I ever met. Keep up the good work team.
