Sold me some rvt that wouldnt even come out the tube, claimed i used it and didnt buy it from there. After multiple trips back to this store talking to people that are accusing me of lying even though the tube was obviously unusable, i didnt even want my money back, just a new tube that works. I finally found my receipt and got my exchange. Great way to do business over a damn tube of rvt. Both the counter kid and his manager need to learn some respect.
The employee who helped me today (didn't catch his name but he was a younger Latino wearing a gray shirt) with installing my new car battery today was friendly, quick and efficient. Thank you for your help today!
10- Stars!!!! Thank you for being an awesome person and my hero today. Woke up and wanted to hi get breakfast but my car battery died. Thankfully I have a little jumper box and I was able to jumpstart my car and I went to AutoZone to get a new battery. Brian was so helpful. He totally installed the battery for me added some little pad washers and grease to the connectors on top of my battery and had me out of there in 15 minutes.
I went there today for car battery issues. Long story short, I didn't get these two guys names, but I will. The young man who helped me went above and beyond. I am very grateful and appreciative. I had to hurry out of there, but I'll never forget the exceptional customer service I received while I was there. Thank you you guys from the bottom of my heart! I feel you deserve a pay raise!
Just bought a battery for my audi and it was quick and easy. For once the German car didn't kill my pockets which was great. Anything to do with auto Get in the zone

Great variety of items The guys were really knowledgeable when we came in with a crumbling piece of a vacuum hose/tubbing from 1996 and needed a replacement. They knew exactly what it was and where to get one. They were welcoming ,friendly and they knew there stuff.
I want to Thank Oscar for helping changing the battery on my daughter vehicle, he was very nice explaining about the cable's on the battery. He was very generous to his staff. I overheard him offered help to his coworkers. I rate this location a 5 star ⭐ Thanks you Oscar
Absolutely amazing service! I was in a bind and O’Reilleys up the street was unwilling to help me. Was told to come to this AutoZone by a bystander and this location did not disappoint. Bought Freon from them and asked them if they could point me to which valve to use since I wasn’t sure and manager says no I only work on my own car. I was just trying to ask which valve not have him do it for me . Will not come back
Always friendly and helpful staff every time we've used this location. Alexander R. went above and beyond today and kindly helped us figure out what was wrong, found us the correct part and took the time to help us get it properly installed (easy and quick fix, thankfully) but for him to take the time and help, when he did not have to, and with a smile the whole time, was so appreciated! Thank you!!!
Chris is an outstanding employee. He helped me get back on the road in no time and I would have been totally screwed getting home if it wasn't for his generosity and exceptional customer service.
The staff were very polite and everyone who saw me asked me if I needed any help finding anything. The counter girl was also quite attractive-that didn't hurt one bit either.
The store manager was quick to help test my battery and replace it under warranty, saving me $200. He was very kind, efficient, charged my battery on site and sent us on our way! Thank you for making this another great trip to autozone!
I wanna give a HUGE shot out to Alexander, the Assistant Store Manager!!! He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me today. I had to get a new battery. I couldn't find my receipt for the original one. They couldn't locate the original purchase in the system. Alexander was able to use my credit card transaction as proof of purchase. And gave me the equal trade in value and kept my warranty. We need more Alexander's to work in the customer service field. Get this man a raise!!!! Thanks again Alexander!!!! You rock!!!!

In general - this AutoZone is one of two choices near me, equidistant. The employees here are always happy to help, and despite the small footprint of the store, they carry pretty much every necessity on hand. Thanks again guys!
This place completely saved my day. Daniel the manager there took time out of his busy day to help me replace a battery that I had purchased elsewhere. When I purchased the battery at another competitor they left me hanging, saying they were unable to replace the battery after working on it for a solid 20 minutes because they didn't have the right hex wrench. So I got my car jumped again and went to this store the next morning. Daniel replaced it in 3 minutes with zero issues. Despite the battery being purchased elsewhere. I offered to pay any service charge or buy something in the store but he refused. He didn't have to do that at all but he was so kind and helpful and I sincerely appreciate him helping me get out of a tough spot. Will absolutely be going here from now on.
Went in to return 2 pieces that didn't fit my car, the employee was trying to help me than came the store manager Luis with an attitude,very unprofessional and said he couldn't do the return and I had to go back to the store I bought them from. He said their "system was down" and he was definitely lying and just walked away.

The previous owner of my car had used an unordinary terminal that was cracked and the bolt holding it was locked in place. There was also some weird substance smeared all over the positive post. After unsuccessful attempts to unlock the frozen bolt, they cut off the old, broken terminal, and spliced on a new one.
They were solution-driven and should be commended for their patience, diligence and customer service. They're valuable assets to the company and great representatives to the AutoZone brand.
Came in here the other day looking for a battery for my scooter and was helped right away they even offered to change it for me for me. How nice of them period of course I didn't have the bike with me so I didn't take a Buffalo in the opera but just the offer what alone was enough for 5 stars dares. My This sun is trying to get a job there now so hopefully all goes well
I recently had my vehicle battery replaced by store manager Johnny. I was amazed by the wonderful customer service he provided. It was not an easy task since I drive a Tahoe but he was able to replace battery in less than 1 hour. I would definitely recommend coming to this store. Thank you!
Went here last Sunday due to a dead battery and Johnny was so incredibly helpful. He quickly showed us the batteries to choose from, explained the differences for me, and went outside to install it for me in about 10 minutes. It was a great experience especially thanks to Johnny!
I want to give a quick shout out to Oscar. My battery was having problems, and before doing anything he checked the warranty and found my battery was still covered. So he tested, the battery was bad and he put a new one in in no time at all. He was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and it was a great experience.
