Jase with Any credit auto is amazing!!!! My cars engine blew a few days ago and it was my families only vehicle. I was desperate for a car. My credit is terrible. Low 500s. Between my divorce, bankruptcy and even a repossession after that. They didn’t just run it through an algorithm like the other dealerships. They connected me to a live person at their finance company that I can speak with and explain my situation. Jase didn’t try to pressure me into a payment I couldn’t afford. He actually listened to what kind of vehicle I wanted and didn’t try to push me into something I didn’t want. He listened to how much of down payment I had and what kind of payment that I can pay a month. He didn’t try to pressure me into something I couldn’t afford. I say all this because I checked into other dealerships. I went and sat down with them. I explained my situation and they were the polar opposite. They tried pressuring me into a vehicle I didn’t want. They tried pressuring me into a down payment and monthly payment that I couldn’t afford. They used many high pressure sales tactics and when they didn’t work. They made me feel like a bad person because of my credit situation. I’m not going to name the other dealership that treated me this way. I’m just saying that if you’re like me and have less than perfect credit and need a vehicle. Don’t waste your time going to other dealerships to be denied and treated like crap. Go straight to Any credit Auto and talk to Jase! He’ll get you taken care of!!!

I went here after I was lied to about another dealership ! I showed up and within an hour , I was in the road . I have crap credit but I put 4k down on a beautiful van .
When I got home , I had a few complaints and they paid for someone to drive it all the way back to their business and fix everything ! Amazing people here .. I didn’t get a scam vibe at all. For the few people saying you were denied due to credit , you need to have more money for a higher down payment! Common sense.

I saw a mini van online for my family and contacted them. They were quick to respond, they answered all of my questions, they worked with my credit union nicely and I picked up the van and drove it 500+ miles on a trip back to Utah. It has been amazing. It is a beautiful Honda Van. I received 5 star service with full tank of gas, washed, clean, gorgeous!!! Thanks to everyone at the office that pitched in to get me into this nice van.

I went in at the beginning of June looking for a car, not knowing what I wanted or needed but knew I needed something. I had just sold my truck the night before as it was giving me more problems and costing me more money in repairs on a weekly basis than I could keep up with. I got there at 9:50 Am and Randy happened to pull up while I was browsing the cars in his lot before they even opened and was super friendly and helpful. Wasn't pushy and just had a great personality and sense of humor so it was less stressful for me. The entire staff in that office is amazing. I ended up buying a 2016 Scion iA and I love it. I waited a few months to write the review because sometimes people write a review right away and then have to deal with a nightmare thereafter. They have been great! My PTSD from the issues I had with my truck made me paranoid about every little thing, and if I had an issue, they told me to bring it in. Nothing was wrong with it, its an awesome car and if I buy another, I will be going here! Thank you Randy and Chris!
Worst experience! Everything seemed great, was told I could drive away that day for 1k down. Got there and they added another $800 to that but it was payable in 2 weeks…. Fine I was desperate. Take the car 2 weeks later I’m told the finance company can’t verify my job (contract position so the company changed however I still get paid between contracts from the company I work through) and needs check stubs. Fine I contact my employer they send them to finance and the car lot. Family emergency and I fly back to Ohio and am called that they still couldn’t verify and to turn the car in. I’m then accused of lying and threatened with police etc. because I’m not in the state. I literally had to share my location to the woman in the office (who was very unprofessional calling me my dear and honey) to have her stop harassing me while I buried my father. I come home and return the car that night with no refund on the deposit I paid. They had the information from my employer, check stubs and verification, my employer even reached back out to confirm. Pull this off a few times a month at 1k a deal and you’ve got yourself a nice chunk of change for no work. Oh and the passenger seat in the Malibu was also loose and unsafe for a passenger and will need fixed before selling again.
I see these reviews on how good Randy is, well watch out I got a car from him when he worked at USAAUTO I was scammed and lied to about this car, it was bought at auction for 3000 cause it was in accident that caused severe structural damage. I asked Randy if it was in accident as my insurance Co said it had Salvage title. He lied and said title was clear and said structural damage on title. Which could be a scratch on fender. Again lies, also drivers side air bag was missing. This car was fixed bad cause all I've had is trouble with it. And lots of money put out trying to fix it. Was also charged 21590.00 for a car that carfax says they wouldn't buy it cause of severe structural damage done to it before I bought it. I filed a case through Attorney General in December for all of this at USAAUTO. Well Randy and Rick closed the place down. And now he's working here. This has caused so much trouble and reined by credit cause of shady loan Co they went through also, that says all payments that Randy took of mine don't count which I've paid out over 18,589.00 so far, they say I still owe 25000 on a car that's not worth anything and that would be over 44,589.00 after paid off. 205% interest I trusted Randy and Rick. I'm 68 years old cancer survivor that has horrible credit cause of the shady things they did. Ark financial the loan Co. Showed me a contract I didn't sign that was fraudulent, here are pictures of car at auction that Randy said had a scratch on fender.
I went in with my son, who was a first time car buyer and no credit except for a couple of blemishes. Everyone went above and beyond to get him into the car that he fell in love with. Jay and the ladies in the office worked their magic to help him out in every single way. Heather is just a dream. One of the sweetest women I've ever met. The other 2 ladies treated my son like he was the only person that mattered, even though I am sure they were buried in work! Much love and appreciation to all!
Seriously hands down the best car dealership I have ever been to!!! Jay and everyone else treated me with such respect and like I was their only customer. They didn't rush me or push me into buying a car. I now have a 2015 beautiful Dodge Dart that I am obsessed with! The lady before me had drove up on a curve and messed up the bumper. Jay told me I could go ahead and take it home ( bc i wanted my car so bad) and I could bring it back in to get it fixed, on them. Jay kept his word. He didn't ignore my text or calls. Seriously y'all they are great people and anyone who says different is lying. Give them a shot and tell them I sent ya :) You wont regret it!
