What clients say about Reparto Veloce in Chandler (AZ)

A couple of months ago I crashed my Aprilia race bike and did quite a bit of damage. The folks here went through the whole bike and got me back up and running quickly. This included pulling off a few minor miracles sourcing hard-to-find parts, etc. On top of this, when things fail or break while racing, they have literally pulled replacement parts out of other bikes to keep me racing. That is a level of service you simply cannot pay for. Thank you to Brenden, Colin, and the whole team at Reparto Veloce!

I can't praise this place enough. I used to take my older Ducati here for desmo services. They have always done quality work at a true fair price. I have never walked away from here thinking I have gotten scammed. Most times I feel like I got a discount for the amount of work they do. My bike has always come back cleaned and the guys have always been good all around. My BMW had service appointments that came with it for the first few years but I am excited to finally be done with those and have a reason to go back to reparto. Last time I was in there, I asked if they serviced bmws. Without hesitation, they walked me to the back and showed me all the police bmws they service. Awesome dudes, glad to be a customer again. They are the only shop I know of in the valley that you can trust.

Just wanted to take a second to acknowledge how AMAZING this place is. EVERY interaction I've had with this dealership has been fantastic. I stopped by on a whim one day and Aaron gave me a dealership tour, letting me know they service most(all?) makes and also do suspension and dyno tuning. I ended up buying a Ducati and called to get some information on initial service and suspension setup here instead of where I purchased, and Colin took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and set me up with Steve and Brenden who took care of me in service and had excellent conversations about bikes/track days etc. The tech Damien who set up my suspension baseline was very knowledgeable and super friendly and answered many other questions I had. HIGHLY recommend this place...out of all the dealerships I've visited in the area this one hands down has excelled each visit.

The customer service here was outstanding. From the moment my husband reached out, he was treated with kindness and respect. They were patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met when we arrived. It’s rare to find service like this these days, and it definitely made a lasting impression. Shout out to Robert and Aaron for all your help!!

The folks are Reparto Veloce are friendly and knowledgeable, and it's a great place to get your bikes serviced, especially Euro bikes. They always do a great job and you never have to question their work.

I'd like to take a moment and just say how much I appreciate the hospitality that Steve and Aaron have shown me in the time I've been coming here. I'm a relatively new client, and even though they primarily specialize in Italian bikes they've helped me out with my 2026 Ninja 500EX.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for service, and if you're interested in getting an Aprilia this is where to go.
I look forward to the future, and am grateful that great technicians still exist.
Cheers guys!Jan 10, 2026 -
What a great experience. Damien did a fantastic job on my Aprilla and what I appreciated most was that he explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Thank you!

Went in for a suspension baseline on my 24 rs660, never had it adjusted or anything, they had Jesse do it for me, was absolutely amazing and went over everything he was doing telling me the numbers he aims for and what they mean, explaining a lot of smaller details for how to dial the bike in for track use and helping understand how X impacts Y and how to try and feel these things out. When he told me it'd be a night and day difference riding I thought it was being exaggerated, oh boy was I wrong felt the difference immediately when getting back on the bike and leaving. Absolutely amazing. Was super quick to have done. Very much appreciate the extra time that was given for my questions not even related to the suspension adjustment and the time spent showing/going over other bikes and mods for the bike thst are actually worth doing for the price to performance ratio to get the best bang for my buck on these bikes.

Update: wiped out in a storm 2 weeks ago so hope they can get my CBR1000 as good as new.
Brenden took care of me. He was straight forward and knowledgable. My girl looks just like she did before the crash. Not cheap but I’m super happy. Jessie worked on it and did amazing job. Thank you guys!
and I thought I wanted a Ducati next but I think I will go with an Aprilia. Have to save up a bit but Reparto Veloce has a sick inventory of beautiful bikes.
The name alone is sweet! I absolutely love this place and the staff! They have the nicest bikes for sale including Japanese, Italian, German etc. just the coolest dealer and service business I have found to date. This place is a GEM. Collin Allsopp is amazing at customer service and super knowledgeable! And Jessie Maier, one of the technicians is super bright, talented and knowledgeable. I was so impressed by both of them! Jessie swapped out my clutch lever with a new CRG Rc2 on my 2018 Honda CBR1000RR. He adjusted the play in the clutch and explained everything to me. He also adjusted and tightened my quick shifter and it's like butter now! I will only be bringing my motorcycles to them moving forward. So glad I found this amazing business! One more comment, Jessie explained all the aspects of the clutch cable and the quarter’s width of play when pulling the lever. Just really smart people. And it was like Jessie was working on his own bike. Super meticulous. I run a $60M business in the defense, aerospace and space markets and value pride, work ethic, passion, expertise and most of all execution. I experienced all of those today.Nov 02, 2025 -
It is hard to find a dealer that has a great sales and a great service department but this is the place. I appreciate you guys.

I had my suspension work done here last night, and I can’t say enough good things about this shop. From the service managers to the technician, Damien, everything was top-notch. The shop itself is spotless and has a great atmosphere. Damien took the time to explain every detail of the process, showing an impressive level of knowledge and professionalism. For my fellow veterans, they also offer a discount, which is greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.

Excellent shop, was recommended by local Ducati club. Brought in my monster for timing belts which were YEARS overdue. Bike was done on-time for quoted price and the tech also swapped out some mismatched hardware at no charge and without being asked. AAA+++ Will be back.

*UPDATE
I am changing my review from 2 stars to 5 stars. Why? It's simple. They listened and made everything right. There are some things that are beyond their (the local dealer) control when it comes to fixing Vespas. Piaggio ties their dealerships hands by not addressing issues that lie with the engineering of their scooters (inaccurate clocks and speedometers, etc.). However, that being the case, Colin B. and Reparto did everything they could to repair my clock and speedometer including thinking outside the box with different wheels and a new dash. They repaired the brakes which work perfectly. Colin even went as far as delivering my scooter to me on his own personal time. That is customer service! If that isn't a 5 star experience, I don't know what is. All I can say is "Thank you Colin and crew for going well above and beyond to make my initial not-so-great experience so much better. Piaggio has things to work on for sure, but Reparto has it dialed in. I'm glad to say this is a bridge that is not burnt and Reparto is the dealership that all other dealerships need to replicate. Thanks again, Colin.Aug 25, 2025 -
While shopping for a Tuareg 660, I found this shop to be more than a mile above the others in Phoenix or Tucson. They list the Out the Door price right on the website. Their fees are reasonable. They have a deep concern for honest knowledge about what they sell. The have real price in their service work.
While I did not end up buying from these folks, I sure wish they would open a shop in Tucson so they were close enough to be my go-to dealership. This is how a business SHOULD be run.
Thanks Aaron and Colin. Great working with you.Jul 10, 2025 -
While riding my motorcycle to work, I got a flat tire, and this shop was willing to help me with the repair. The team was very friendly; everyone I spoke with was nice and helpful. The shop was clean and organized, with a focus on high-end sports bikes. I would recommend them for their excellent repair and maintenance services.

About a month ago, I purchased a brand-new Hayabusa. After accumulating approximately 700 miles, I realized that the OEM suspension settings weren’t ideally suited to my weight and riding style. Seeking a solution, I reached out to Reparto Veloce in Chandler, recommended to me by a friend and the team at Ridenow.
I scheduled an appointment for the following day for a basic suspension adjustment. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Brenden and Jesse, the technician. They took the time to discuss my concerns and then brought my bike into the service area. Jesse meticulously adjusted the suspension and provided a thorough walkthrough of the modifications, sharing valuable insights and riding tips along the way.
The transformation was remarkable. Post-adjustment, the bike’s handling improved significantly—no more nose-diving during braking or excessive fork compression in turns. The ride felt more balanced and responsive.
I genuinely appreciated their professionalism, expertise, and the courteous service they provided. It’s evident that customer satisfaction is a priority for them.May 07, 2025 -
If you are buying European/Italian Motorcycles, they are your best option. I compared almost all dealers and their prices but found the best of deals here. Their team is super nice they are not just to sell you, but take the best care of your riding experience along with the best deals on gear. Service after sales is amazing too, their technicians are quite advanced and have all the equipment you need to take care of service and upgrades. Half of my crew comes here for their moto needs and have never been disappointed. Thank you Aaron, Collin and Collin for taking care of my purchases. Thank you Ryann for suggesting me this place.

I had an excellent experience with Aaron Moscato! He went above and beyond in helping me at the store, providing knowledgeable insights on various motorcycles and ensuring I found exactly what I needed. His expertise in motorcycle reviews was incredibly helpful, offering honest and detailed information that made my decision much easier. When it came to any motorcycle related questions, Aaron’s passion and understanding really stood out he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I left feeling confident in my choices. If you’re looking for top notch customer service and expert advice, Aaron is the go to person! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience, best motorcycle dealer experience I’ve had by far. Authentic, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I would compare it to going to a Porsche dealership more than a regular powersports store. I live in Texas and despite the drive wouldn’t buy an Aprilia or a Moto Guzzi anywhere else. Additionally they have an amazing shop for customized motorcycles and a state of the art dyno for tuning.

They take pride in their craftsmanship, using only high-quality parts and offering great turnaround times. I've never had to deal with unnecessary delays, and every job is done right the first time. Plus, they stand behind their work, which is a huge relief as a rider who values reliability and safety on both the road and track.

Highly recommend! You won't find a better place for sales, service, or repairs. They truly go above and beyond!Feb 04, 2025 -
These guys are amazing. I was on a 10 day trip thru Baja and my Moto Guzzi started throwing a code which disabled ABS ad TC. I went to 3 other MG dealers and got turned away... I'm not from the area so they "didn't have time" to hook it up to a diagnostics tool to let me know what the issue was even though the bike is still under warranty. I called Reparto Veloce and they got me in and helped me out right away! If you are in the PHX area you are lucky to have these guys.

Purchased a 2024 Tuareg 660 with +200 miles on it (it was a demo bike) on a Thursday and was told it would take 2hrs to install the heated grips and quick shifter and it would be ready either the next day or Saturday (which seemed reasonable). No one called me on Fri. to update me. I called on Sat. and was told the mechanics are very busy but my bike is on the lift and should be done by either later that day or by Tuesday the latest. It is now Tuesday morning and the bike is still on the lift and was told to wait for a call around noon. I understand being busy, but I was led to believe it would take no more than 2 days to do a 2hr job. I hope my future experience with them will get better and this is just a temporary annoyance.
UPDATE: A short while after posting this, got a call my bike was ready for pickup. Also spoke to Josh and he offered to make things right on my next service interval which I appreciated. I had a doctor’s appt I couldn’t miss so I didn’t have time to inspect the bike. I noticed in some places like the tires and around those areas it was not cleaned up as promised from the previous demo rides (see photos). I’m keeping my rating the same until my next service interval and see how things go from there.
Update 2: I checked a bunch of suspension settings in the manual. Almost everything needed to be reset back to the defaults in the manual.
Front fork compression, default is 8 clicks from full close. This was set to 6 clicks.
Front rebound, dafult is 8 clicks from full close. This was correctly set to 8 clicks.
Rear pre-load default is 10 clicks from full open. This was set to 5 clicks.
Rear compression default is 2 turns from full close. This was set to 2.25. (not too far off)
Rear rebound default is 1.5 turns from full close. This was set to 3.Dec 15, 2024 -
I rode up to these guys from Tucson because of their reputation in the community. Cody and the team exceeded every expectation I had. With premium bikes like these some places have a "Gate Keeper" arrogance about them, and that was NOT the case here! Everyone was super friendly and professional even though I was buying one of the cheapest bikes they have. I will for sure be returning for any of my Aprilia needs!

I asked these guys if the Ohlins suspension was worth the money on my Tuareg. They told me it would change the bike for the better. I went and spent the money and am absolutely blown away by the difference. Incredible. Best upgrade available in my opinion. Just amazing performance upgrade! Took all the fear out of the bike.

This place is awesome possum! I've worked for dealerships before, and these guys have a wonderful team. No one was pushy, and they didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. They made sure I properly understood my new bike and adjusted the suspension to fit me. The atmosphere there is relaxed. I really appreciate their honesty while discussing financing and explaining my total invoice.
- thank you again for the beautiful bike, and thank you guys for making the experience so great!Mar 16, 2024 -
Brought my 2021 BMW S1000RR in to get chain adjustment/cleaning and suspension dialed in. Huge shoutout to Jesse Maier for getting my bike dialed in and riding right, I couldn’t be happier with the results!
Big shoutout to Colin for all the help as well, he goes above and beyond for every customer!
Hands down Best shop in the valley! Extremely clean shop with very knowledgeable techs & great prices.

Traded in a bike, got the same.value the big guys were offering, and was on the bike I wanted the same day. It was by far the easiest transaction I've ever had at any dealer for any type of vehicle.
