Mike's the man! I request sometimes, out of the ordinary, parts. I know if he doesn't find it (very rare), he knows somebody that does have further info. Excellent customer service.

Came here searching for parts for my car after getting quoted $1400 for a radiator and water pump.
Mike set me up with a radiator, water pump, thermostat, alternator and some gaskets all for $600. Sure I had to do all the work myself but he helped get everything together for me. I’ll definitely be returning
I went in to get my battery replaced and it was quick & easy. I was out of there within 15 minutes. Even though it was raining slightly, the gentleman who helped install it was friendly and professional. I have nothing but satisfaction with my experience at this location and I will be returning. Went to another auto parts store and none had the part that I needed. Napa was my last stop and they had the part, I was really happy because I needed the part that no other auto store had available. Napa is my number 1 pit stop! Will be coming to Napa for now on.
Came here because Autozone didn't have the lugnuts I needed for my car. I called in first so I wouldn't spend the gas (Like I did at AutoZone), and the nice gentleman not only helped me locate what I was looking for, but he also gave me his opinion as far as price and quality which was amazing. Oh yeah, and he held onto them for me. Great customer service and fair price as well.
Went to three other Auto parts stores I know we are all familiar with them Napa was the best at finding what I needed the people behind the desk actually worked on vehicles before very informative and professional
Every trip I make here I never leave empty handed. They've always got the parts and tools needed for everything from engine rebuilds to front end suspension repairs. Great brake pads and such a good price. Their entire staff knows their stuff and gets everything pulled and boxed up in no time. In my opinion they blow every other parts store out of the water. They do close early so make sure you don't break down after 5pm or you'll have to try your luck with the other guys. Az Ave and Warner is my favorite place to go. Tools are a bit pricey for me but the best in quality parts for a great price.
Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable... He got me exactly what I showed up for and saved me time going to phx to find the part at a junkyard! He also recommended a product to save me from future headaches! I would say it's the best experience I've had at any parts store hands down!
Went there trying to get a radiator swapp the guy was super unhelpful tried telling me to go to a different store because his knowledge wasn’t there if you don’t like your job don’t work at an auto parts place it’s as simple as that. Also he didn’t have enough cash in his drawer to refund me place doesn’t get enough business.
I had them bring in a one gallon can of fluid film. When I came in to pick it up, I was told that I had to buy four of them because they would not separate the “packaging”. I have never known an auto parts store to be so inflexible. Thanks for wasting my time.
My truck broke down LITERALLY in front of their store. It was just the battery but being from Casa Grande and worrying about getting home, they were so amazing in helping! Without their help, my daughter and I would have been stranded. Amazing customer service and they truly went above and beyond!
Lady was super passive aggressive and unclear. I asked simple questions and she gave incomplete answers and got frustrated and talked to me like I was slow when I didn’t understand.
Example, she said the store on van buren had what i needed...I asked where it was. She laughed and said ‘I don’t know, van buren’ ...obviously I was asking for a cross street. I had to look it up myself. This was just one of many exchanges like this.
Awesome customer service. Parts were found and picked and the person who helped me, also installed my wiper blades in just minutes! I would go there again and and again for anything my car needs.
Last night my battery went dead about a block away from this location. Instead of calling my insurance company and waiting for a repairman, I decided to walk over to this NAPA location. As I was about halfway through the parking lot where this NAPA is located, I saw an employee walk over to turn the OPEN sign over and lock the door. I immediately started to sprint over as I just missed them. I knocked on the window and yelled in that "my car had died". The two gentlemen looked at each other and one walked over to slightly open the door. As I began to tell them my issue, they started to ask the make and model and even asked where I was pulled over (more on this later).
The guys here got me all set with a new battery, and made sure that I had the correct size wrench as I did not have any tools on me. As I was paying for the battery, one of the employees mentioned that he was getting off in about 5-minutes and would swing by to make sure that I had the correct wrench and also see if I needed help. Not only did the employee, Brent, do this but he also helped me with my car reset. This is the type of service we all hope for as customers and more. These guys went above and beyond when they were closed, and this positive review is just a small token of my appreciation.
Always knowledgeable - never have to wait because they have plenty of counter help. They have what you need or get it quick. They know me by name. Flynn directs a great group of people there. I drive past 2 other Napa stores and multiple other auto parts stores to go there because of their service.

They are now closed on Sundays, the web site doe not reflect this. I drove 30 min to go pick up a tool just to find this out. Spent money on gas, used my time. I will never shop at this location again.
Horrible. They don't even carry rear view mirror acheove. The poor sales guy tried to find something that might work, and we tried an interior/exterior body glue that didn't even hold the mirror up for a second. Had to go to auto zone the next day.
Everywhere else a battery warranty is an actual warranty not a pro-rate warranty. They kid that was supposed to "help" us ended rolling his eyes at me and my husband. That's not customer service. Im used my napa auto parts back on the east coast who are nice and helpful people not here. Their battery lasted a while but not worth me getting a new one from them
