Car battery was dead. I bought a new battery. Ethan checked my alternator just in case it was faulty. All I needed was a new battery. I appreciate the helpful, knowledgeable staff at O'Reilly.

Frm the moment we walked into the store he cheerfully acknowledged our presence and introduced his self and pleasently asked what he could do to assist us.
After our purchase we asked if he was allowed to help us install the item we purchased. Without hesitation, he said no problem and grabbed his tools. He even went so far as to tell us step by step what he was doing and made sure that it worked before we left.
As far as we are concerned Hector is by far an exemplary employee. He most definitely went above and beyond for us, his customors and I am almost certain that he does that for all his customers. He is to be highly praised and commended for his actions today to assist us for going above and beyond. Thank you Hector and thank you O'Riellys for being honest and for todays help. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but Landon exceeded all expectations. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a frustrating errand into a positive experience. I’ll definitely return to this location in the future and will recommend it to friends and family because of the exceptional service I received.
Good auto parts store. I picked up some plastic clips for my mud flaps. Staff was not too helpful. I was told to look for the closest match and buy it. Enjoy!
My brake light had been out, and I stopped at this location on a whim to see if I could buy the bulb. Jessica immediately greeted me and helped me locate the bulb. I asked if they offered a service for replacing the light bulb and if someone was available to replace it. I was not familiar with what needed to be done to replace the bulb. Jessica went out in the heat (around 100 degrees at the time) and replaced the bulb for me. She was so humble about helping me, and I appreciate her kindness! From one mom to another, you made my day better Jessica! Thank you!
Drove down here and made it just in time before they closed. We arrived at 8:55 p.m., just to find that they're all locked up and closed early today, May 19, 2025
they have the parts you need and they do compete with matching the price if you find the price cheaper somewhere else as long as it’s a brick and mortar type store they will match the price to it
I went today to replace the dead battery to unlock and lock my car and then they told me we don’t have that kind of small screw driver to replace it. Smh you mean to tell me they have everything else except for that type of screw driver this place is a complete joke and useless.
totally ruined my sonic ambiance. i was trying to wind down with 6 mozzarella sticks after a crazy day of work and my kiddos who love sonic. my little man is so afraid of car horns and we were horrified when the estranged man in the oreilly parking lot decided to “fix”his car in the oreilly parking lot. we just totaled our car (not our fault) and the horn was also upsetting my husband. after about about an hour we decided to give up on our fun family outing and retreated to the sounds of my child screaming bloody murder. is this normal? i thought you were supposed to buy the things you need and fix your car AT HOME. INCONSIDERATE!!! Edit: Guy is suspenders was really nice and kind. I love Oreilly! just not that guy in the parking lot.
Store was absolutely incredible. HUGE shoutout to Erick!! He went completely out his way to help me locate a radiator cap for 71 sandrail with a discontinued radiator! I have to say, I went next door to AutoZone and they wouldn’t even attempt to help me. So thank you Erick!
Went in for a serpentine belt and to warranty my battery, I was professionally greeted by Gustavo who also helped me with an issue I had for the battery installation, great service and the reason I choose O Reillys over the competitors.
Normally I would give this store a five-star rating, but this time I made an online order that got messed up, and forced me to walk over a mile to their competitor across the street to get my car fixed LOL. I know this store can't be totally responsible for my online order, but when I ordered it online and use that store I thought that the store was making the order. Come to find out the order was made somewhere else and delivered to the store. So I won't be using their online service anymore
Daniel the manager was amazing ! He was super professional and knowledgeable and was eager to help me at every set of the way . He assisted me with buying car fluids and helped me to pour them in. Customer service is non existent these days so it was super refreshing to have someone help me with a smile. Thank u Daniel! I will never go back to autozone now that I have u!
When the battery in my husband's car died, it was of course, at the very end of the work day. By the time I was able to meet up with him to jump start his car, it was 6 PM. Fortunately, this O'Reilly Auto Parts location was nearby, so we headed there. My husband was able to get assisted quickly. An employee (I think his name was Sam) came out to test the battery and confirmed that it wasn't holding a charge. He helped identify the appropriate battery for my husband's car and once we had purchased it, he installed it. What terrific service! It saved us the headache of trying to deal with replacing the battery in the morning, getting to work late, etc. This location's customer service was simply fantastic!
Caleb was great . I called to see if they had a battery for my car in stock within 10 mins of arriving I purchased a new battery and Caleb installed for me and I was on my way .
They gave me the wrong part for my vehicle and they didn't want to return it, morning tech was very unprofessional and didn't want to help me what so ever. Zero star if available and I hope your manager sees this review. Your tech Wasted my time.
These guys are amazing. A huge thanks to Steven who was very quick getting me back on the road. My Food Truck keep needing to be jumped today..I rolled into O'Reillys on Ray and in less than 30 minutes I was rolling again. Fantastic customer service! Thanks again
My battery had died on me at 830PM and this was the only place that would take me in. Joseph is the gentlemen that helped me replace and setup my new battery and I am forever grateful for his assistance. I don't write reviews often, but I wanted to take the time to express that I had such a positive experience today at this location. I needed to replace one of my brake lightbulbs. I was greeted by Joseph P., who displayed excellent customer service by being professional, empathetic, attentive, helpful, and efficient in finding the part I needed, patiently assisting in installing it, AND making sure that it worked properly before I left the store! Thank you for your help, and I will be sure to visit this location next time!
I went in for a battery check & was greeted promptly after entering by Roosevelt. He was professional,courteous, fast & efficient in his service. He even pointed out something to me that could be a potential hazard in the future & offered advice which I quickly implemented upon arriving home. Roosevelt is a great addition to the O’reilly team!
Joe was amazingly helpful!! I was having a really hard time finding a part to replace something that had been part of a discontinued set. Not only did he help me troubleshoot and solve my issue; but he helped me install it on my car. He went above and beyond. Thank you Joe. You probably deserve more than what you are being paid!!!
Very helpful. Helped me find the part that I needed right away. Also, this was simple to install but did require a specialized tool which I didn't have. Their response, rather than sell me a tool, was "It won't take but a few minutes. If you can wait a few minutes, I'll just go ahead and do it." Well, yeah, of course I will let you use your tools and install my part AT NO COST TO ME. Very satisfied.
