From the moment I arrived, Crystal was phenomenal — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done.
What really stood out was her attention to detail and her commitment to making sure my car was properly diagnosed and cared for. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a warm, customer-first attitude. Crystal is a true asset to Joe’s Auto, and because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back — and recommending this shop to friends and family.

Convenient location and competent staff. My ordered part did not arrive on time before I head East. I decided to cancel part order and Crystal charged accordingly.
This is the second time we have looked to Joe’s Automotive here at the Chandler AZ location. Their repair quotes are accurate and fair. Their service people are knowledgeable and typically complete the task in a very reasonable amount of time, of course depending on the situation. Is hard to find good honest mechanics. A few years ago I discovered Joes Auto on Dobson and Warner. I have used them primarily for routine maintenance but they can do it all. They employ only actual technicians versus just oil change guys. Their service is fast and prices are fair.
I have used the Chandler location of Joe’s in the past and have always been has with them. This time was no different! Dean is great and doesn’t want to charge you for something you don’t need. I will continue to work with Joe’s!!!!!!!!
This was my first visit and surely won't be my last! Dean was very informative on what my car needs to stay in good shape and prevent trouble down the road. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to show me any concerns he found. With the online coupons any repairs and oil changes are very affordable and comes with attentive and great service! Having worked as a sales advisor and assistant manager in the car service industry I was impressed with the service and price.

Absolutely amazing experience dealing with Travis. My car wrapped out on me, and Travis gave me the go ahead to leave the keys with them and the car overnight. They got straight to work on figuring out the issue and getting it fixed. Completely transparent, polite and respectful and very communicative thr whole way through! I'm always wary of mechanic shops and getting ripped off but I was Joe's Auto is nothing of the short of amazing. Travis is the man and made everything a breeze!! Got the car up and running within a day no less!!! Will definitely be coming back here for major jobs and the sort from here on out, and I live in Glendale!

I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado with about 240k miles. Joe's does a great job at keeping my truck on the road. They are reasonable priced and have always done a great job. Misha on the front desk is personable and keeps me well informed on my truck's repair progress.

I scheduled an appointment for a oil change. This was the first time I got service from Joe's Auto. I can honestly say it was very easy! I was greeted with Dean, he was kind and made me feel comfortable. Steve did the service on my SUV. They were very honest. I will be coming back to get my service done!
Love this place! Husband had commercial truck fixed and he has had zero issues since. We recently had my daughter’s camry fixed here and now it runs so smooth. Estimates were really close to what we paid. Highly recommend this place!
Came here with my Buick to get an oil change. Quoted me $2k and wanted me to get on payment plan for gaskets, spark plugs and other stuff. Had asked them to top off my coolant and get a tire rotation - both of which did not happen. Don’t come here unless you know some knowledge on cars.
Edit: Alex S. (maybe the sales manager or corp manager) called me and was extremely kind and understanding about everything. He even wanted to stay updated as I got my car checked out at another mechanic. You can tell he cares about what he does, and he’s good at it. I’ll give another location a try in the future. This was our first & last experience with Joe’s Auto on the SW Corner of Dobson & Warner in Chandler. My wife took her 2016 Honda Pilot to Joe’s Auto on Wednesday 8/2 because the temperature gauge was rising & on the verge of overheating. They replaced 2 sensors, costing $660 that they claimed were bad. Told us it was fixed, we got it back Thursday, 8/3. Upon pulling into our garage 1/2 mile away, the problem arose again after they stated they tested and fixed it. We took it right back. They worked on it Friday and stated it was actually a 3rd sensor was faulty issue & it would be another $330. They weren’t able to fix it until Tuesday. We got the car back and behold the same issue happens today. We spent about $980 total for no resolution. They had the vehicle for 3 full business days, 5 full days. They were very poor with their communication, especially after they claimed it was fixed with replacing the first 2 sensors. They knew my wife needed it fixed before the weekend for a trip for a birthday celebration up North for her brother. That trip couldn’t happen. Bottom line is we spent $980 for zero resolution. I highly recommend you take your vehicles to another shop. We’ve used Sun Devil Auto at 3 different locations previously and received top tier service each time.
Burning $980 would have been more enjoyable than dealing with this shop!!

1400.00 to replace a radiator? I went for a second opinion somewhere else without telling them this and they quoted me 600, new radiator and labor. I felt taken advantage of here, the only reason I came here was because it was near my new home. I paid $149+$10 fees for a diagnosis and they couldn't tell me what was wrong, they just told me what I need. Very sketchy. I felt like they saw someone walk in who doesn't know a thing about vehicle maintenance and thought they could make some extra off of me.
They were unable to complete the diagnosis and wanted me to pay another $149 to diagnose a different problem I told them about upfront. The guy I went to for a second opinion did a full diagnosis for me at no charge, told me in detail about what they found, and gave me their professional opinion on what was my most cost effective option in the long run.
They also left their clip board and my paperwork in the car, and they didn't write ANYTHING in the "results."
Aaron and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. We pulled in needing immediate assistance and they were quick to help. They explained what needed to be done and the reasoning behind it. It was a very genuine exchange, they really care about the customer. Will definitely be back for my future vehicle needs!
First time in this establishment and the two gentleman at the front desk were unbelievably respectful and nice. They spoke to me very kindly and were really friendly! I appreciated the level of work they did as well as being nice enough to tell me honestly some fair priced and reliable places for me to get tires. They didn’t try to overcharge me as a woman, and no “pulling the wool over your eye”. Ladies you know what I’m talking about on this one! They were absolute gentleman and my car is working GREAT! Will be continuing my business here for a LONG TIME!
First time customer and very impressed! Brought my trusty OLD Subaru Forester in when running hot and AC warming up. They found the problem (inoperable fan), recharged AC system and changed coolant. I'm ready for summer and driving in comfort and confidence again.

Absolutely wonderful!!! It is so nice to finally have A CAR PLACE to officially go to and refer friends and family to!! Jeff was so helpful! These people are truly honest and care about their customers. Completely exceeded my expectations I will be a forever customer! Went in for high mileage oil change and I also thought I needed new transmission fluid. They did whole car inspection and let me know how my car was doing and did not try to sell me anything! Absolutely unbeatable prices and great work! Highly recommend them!!!
I went in for a coolant flush/radiator flush and power steering fluid change.. I spoke with Jeff who was great. I asked if he could match the Groupon deal which was no problem. He then told me my car did not need power steering fluid change. I asked if he could do a tune up for my car which we did. I walked out with a coolant radiator flush and tune up for under $150. It really helped with my budget. My car is running great. I really appreciate Jeff and the mechanics there that helped me. They were very professional and had me in and out in less than a couple of hours. I appreciate that and will be back. Thanks Joe’s Auto.
