I wanted to give a shout out to Beau at The Battery Guy. I had bought a RoyPow Lithium battery for my golf cart that was about 2.5 years old on a 5 year warranty. It went bad and wouldn’t hold a charge. When I called they put in the warranty to RoyPow. Battery Guy no longer uses them as the customer service is so horrible. Beau was relentless in pursuing them. It was a couple of months of calls, emails, texts, etc but he did get them to finally replace the battery. Beau came right out once it arrived and removed and replaced it with the new battery! I’m so happy with his great communication and hard work to get this resolved. Superb customer service by The Battery Guy!!
I called Beau at The Battery Guy to get new batteries installed in my golf cart. He quoted me a price and I said let's do it. His crew came last Saturday and installed the new batteries. One of the installers gave me the bill after installing the batteries - it was $450 more than Beau quoted me (about $350 if I add the sales tax). I said this was not the price quoted so the installer said he would call Beau - he went to his truck - did not call Beau and took $100 off the bill - so I still paid $250 more than the quoted price. I then called Beau, at The Battery Guy, several times over the past week and left a message each time but he never returned my call - I just wanted to discuss the situation. I need to give this company a poor rating due to dishonesty/lied to, I don't like surprises that cost me $250 and the lack of customer service by not returning my phone calls.
Had new batteries put in yesterday, guys were quick. My only complaint is, the video on website shows cleaning the compartment and spray to stop corrosion. This didn't not happen for us. I get it was Friday and the guys had more stops before their weekend started, but we didn't get the complete service that is shown from website. Jim.
These guys are fantastic! Fast, efficient, punctual (actually came a day early), and friendly. However, they are not cheap! I got what I paid for and I am very happy.This will definitely be a tax write off for my business. Thanks guys!
I just want to thank Beau and his team for all the many times they had to come back for my last install of Trojan batteries for my California Roadster. It was a long drive and they did not complain one bit because they truly value customer service and making sure their customers are left happy and satisfied with their products. This is the second time I have purchased a set of Trojan batteries from them and I would never use anyone else. You will not go wrong with their pricing and their superb customer service. The Battery Guy installed batteries in our EZGO golf cart. Needed him to troubleshoot a wiring problem. Took him less than 5 minutes to recognize what needed to be done. Very reasonable and professional. Would not think twice about calling them for batter service.
Seemed like a great group of people. First they came by my home to figure out what was wrong with my golf cart, they figured it out, I went by their shop to get what I needed to fix the problem (they weren't coming out my way again for a few days and I wanted it fixed sooner). Both, in the field and at their shop I was treated great. For a total of $50 and a trip to Chandler my cart works like new.
Warranty Issue, After some negotiations, some supply and schedule Issues 100% Satisfied. Lesson learned, I need to be more patient when dealing with these things. Will use them in the future
The Battery Guy did a great job. They answered the phone the first time and they were very prompt with follow-up questions I had. They came out in just a few days to install a lithium battery (which I love!). The app works great too (gives you the specs of charge remaining, temperature and other info). Pricing was fair as well. I plugged in my golf cart yesterday to charge, I noticed my battery gage on the dashboard was at 1/2 I charged overnight and still 1/2. I called Bill ( the battery guy ) he explained to me how to fix it . Over the phone. I did exactly what he said and it’s fixed. He could have said you need to buy another battery but he didn’t. I truly recommend this company.

The entire process was 5*. Arrived as scheduled, went over the process and instructions with me and completed the work in around 20 minutes. Prices are very good as well. I would highly recommend.
**WATCH OUT** Did work on their trucks to keep them on the road. Also dressed up the owners truck with new wheels, level kit and electric steps. Glad my company can keep them going and have them look good on MY dime! These losers can't even pay their bills, I surely wouldn't trust that they will be here tomorrow to honor their warranty!
These guys are real professionals that know their business. I needed two Lifeline GPL-8DA batteries that weigh155lb each that are not easy to find. One call to Jim and that was all that was needed. Not only did he have the batteries in stock he had them shipped the next day. R&L shipping had them at my location within 4 days. Unbelievable that I had the batteries within 15ft of my yacht in less than 6 days. Even more unbelievable is the yacht is in Carrabelle, Fl 100 miles from nowhere..... Thanks Guys

I was skeptical when first calling this company. I could not have been more wrong. They made an appointment the next day and the service guys showed up in the middle of their promised two-hour delivery window. They had the batteries out and replaced in no time. They even vacuumed out a little bit of dirt from the bottom of the battery tray--- What service guy volunteers to do that? Price wise, the quoted price for the two batteries (6 volt Trojan T 105 in an RV) was way less than any other price on line, but when you add in the service charge it came out to be about equal to the lowest on-line charge, but that also included delivering and installing them at my location. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Battery Guy.
I contacted the battery guy to inquire about new batteries for my mobility scooter, they were unable to help me but they were nice to talk with. Perhaps if I would have had more information for them they would have been more help. I will try them again in the future.
I drive a mobile grooming unit that uses deep cycle batteries. They weren't powering my stronger amp equipment. Stopped by their shop and said to replace my corded cables. He could of just sold me 4 new batteries but was honest with me. That was all that was needed until they finally died as the AZ heat just kills batteries. Will buy my new batteries from them.
When you find your keys, you stop looking for them. So STOP LOOKING! These guys are 5 star all the way to help in every way with battery troubles. Max replaced our old EZGO RXV batteries with Trojan. Made sure all my questions were answered, and explained in detail what care is needed. Awesome guys and excellent service! Thanks
