I don't know his name, but the young red-bearded employee did a fantastic job of troubleshooting my vehicle with an alarm system problem. He did over 5 tests that finally allowed my car to start so I could take it to my mechanic. He basically solved the whole problem so the mechanic had minimal work to do.
I purchased a battery for my generator $41.43 I paid cash they told me I had 14 days to return . I came back 7 days later for a refund cause it did not fit my connection.
they told me that they did not have the cash to come back the next day so I did and still did not have the money for my cash refund so they charged it back on my credit card I did not purchase it with my credit card I purchase cash so I'm still waiting to make sure I did get my credit or my money back not very helpful when trying to get a refund
I got my phone 11 fixed by Richie! He was really nice and helpful and made sure my phone got done right away in a timely manner. I will absolutely recommend my friends to see Richie if their devices so happen to break. 5 stars all around! No complaints!
Every time I go in the store location at Dobson Road and Elliot the guys are very helpful. They are very competent in knowing all the little details of so many different electronic items that they cover.
Just got through getting my truck fob battery replaced here. Ritchy there took care of me outstanding Customer Service went above and beyond to help me in a timely manner and was able to even save money on a fob case from their parts box. I’ll tell you what every little penny helps to save these days with the inflation that we’re all coming to. I will be coming back for all my battery needs to this location. Shout out to Ritchy. I needed a motorcycle battery and Richie was very helpful when I called. While speaking with Richie, he advised me of a substitute battery which saved me money and he also went out of his way and configured the wiring so the battery would hit my motorcycle. I highly recommend going to this store and getting Richie's good customer service.
Expensive, poor quality, and warranty issues. I had to replace a battery for my Acura ILX in 2022 then again in 2023 then again in 2024 and then in 2025 the battery started leaking. They tested the battery and said that since the battery tested within their standards it could not be replaced. I was told that it couldn’t be a manufacturer issue, heat issue, or anything except for an alternator or charging system issue. They said that even if the dealer performed a diagnostic and found the electrical system was normal, they would not replace the 9mo old battery.
Had a great experience getting my car battery replaced at Batteries Plus. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They tested my old battery, confirmed it needed replacement, and had the right one in stock. The whole process was quick and hassle-free, and they even installed it for me on the spot. Avoid this location. Terrible service. Made an online appointment to have my battery replaced on my phone. Showed up for the appointment they didn't have the battery. Claimed they tried calling, but no record of this on my phone. They claimed my number was wrong in their system. Stated they would order the battery in and have it on Wednesday. Made an appointment for the following Saturday. Showed up the second time and again no battery and no call to tell me. Joesph said he does so many batteries he didn't even remember out 1/2 hour conversation the week before. Total waste of time 2 weeks in a row. Terrible customer service. A complete lack of caring about what they do. The first time, they tried to get me to go to another company for the replacement. Clearly they dont want to do batteries and I should have listened to Joseph the week before.
I purchased a lithium battery from this store and installed it, but it did not function. I contacted customer service, which was handled by the store's cashier, who informed me that the battery needed to be "woken up." After reinstalling it, the battery still did not work. I returned the battery to the store, where they attempted to jump-start it with another battery. The next day, they claimed the battery was now functional. However, upon reinstalling it again, it still failed to operate. When I brought the battery back to request a refund, I was told it was beyond the store's two-week return policy. I offered to exchange it, but the manager, who tested the voltage of a Bluetooth-controlled battery without activating it, insisted the battery was fine. His dismissive attitude left me feeling that I was stuck with a non-functional battery and out of luck. Consequently, I left the store frustrated, and this experience has deterred me from considering lithium batteries for my entire fleet of dump trailers. This was compounded by the presence of a "district manager" at the store, who did not resolve the issue.
In Googling cellphone battery replacement, I was surprised to find out that, yes, Batteries Plus does offer professional cellphone battery replacement with a 6 month warranty.
The entire process of ordering the new battery (which they did not have in stock) for my model cellphone and having it installed when it came in was extremely easy. Nick and the technician who replaced the battery were both fantastic, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. The overall price of the battery with installation was significantly less than area competitors.
I would recommend Batteries Plus for any of your battery replacement needs...
I usually don't share reviews ever, but I wanted to say that the customer service here was incredible. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and the cashier did a great job giving me all options. When I didn't find exactly what I needed in my price range he referred me to cheaper alternative method along with they're store offerings. I highly recommend this location, extremely nice guy

Last week I had occasion to visit Battery Plus at their Chandler Dobson & Elliott location. Nick was very helpful both on the phone in advance, as well as when I arrived at the store, he installed the batteries. Noticing that I was a "senior," he also gave me a 10% discount automatically. Another employee offered me water due to an hour delay in being picked up. Extraordinary Service and was was A+++++ experience.
Richie at the Elliot and Dobson store provided excellent support locating batteries for 2 different laptops. Then helped get a laptop running properly after installing a new battery.
Associates were very helpful in diagnosing a faulty battery and getting us replaced and on the road in about 15 minutes, huge help on such a blistering day. Huge shoutout to the guy who replaced it for us, we would have been stranded.
I had a very disappointing experience with [batteries plus ]. I purchased a battery that failed within the warranty period but the shop refused to replace it despite the warranty clearly covering the issue. Even the battery has FULL warranty until 7/6/2027 manger refuses to exchange!!!!!! …The customer service was extremely
unhelpful and unprofessional. I strongly advise against dealing with this shop, as they do not honor their warranties and provide terrible service. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Friendly customer service reps, good prices and a great selection. They had a random battery for a watch that I could not find anywhere. I tried 4 other places but should have just came here first.
Had to get 2 key fob batteries changed. Fob batteries last only 2-3 years. I knew it was going to be expensive, as the button batteries itself (as I've seen around) are around $20 a piece. My two fobs came out to $46+. I almost had a heart attack.
However, they got the old batteries out, put the new ones in, and had a special tool to get in the fob without breaking the plastic. If I were to do it myself, I'd probably be much worse off. Guy named Nick was friendly, quick & helpful. Thank you.
September 1st. My battery had died and I had to jump my truck to get it to the Dobson and Elliot Batteries Plus before they closed so I could be able to get to work in the morning.
The guy that was working said he needed to test the battery but didn’t bother looking up our warranty. He tested it and told me that because it had some what of a charge I would need to take it home and put it on a charger then bring it back to get retested.

We have been repeat customers and never once has this happened.
When i tried to start my truck it wouldn’t turn over. He asked if I wanted him to jump start my truck.
We’ll it was either that or I walk the 10 miles home in the heat.
Took it to the location on McClintock and Southern no questions or tests. They looked up the account and installed a new Battery.
There’s something to say about younger adults with No work ethic. LAZY!!

What a relief! My car key fob stopped working and I had heard that it's expensive to get a battery for them. A friend referred me to batteries plus and said it was around $20 for a key fob battery, and she wasn't wrong! Batteries plus wins in the key fob battery department! I left with a working battery that was only $23! & even better? There's a lifetime warranty on it! No need to go elsewhere with higher costs. Batteries Plus is where it's at!
I have been a customer of Batteries Plus at 3014 N Dobson Road for more than 20 years. I mainly buy their top of the line auto batteries. All of their products are quality items. And the staff is always helpful, courteous and friendly. I think I'll keep going back.

Amazing service!! Went to Elliot & Dobson store, sales guy Nick helped me with a new car battery and its install (which is free!). Nick is old enough to be retired, but works at the store, the youngster's in there could learn a lot from Nick, he is all that you would want in customer service! Knew the products inside & out, knew which were the best quality batteries, best warranty options, and most importantly pointed out to me not only the online discount, but also a $30 rebate that I had no clue about. Battery install was quick & efficient although the battery is a pain & difficult to get to in the Volvo. Very happy all around and will absolutely be going back to this store for my battery needs, hopefully Nick is still around to help me out again!
