Very fun but VERY expensive.
It's always fun to see how the space is decorated for the season and see all the wares from local artists and crafters. But it's definitely gotten insanely expensive in recent years. I still go but I haven't bought anything in a while.
Highland Yard has the most amazing items at a really good price. But the people & the atmosphere are what make this place! Very kind, helpful people. I highly recommend!!
My absolute favorite antique/shabby chic/boutique spot in AZ! I love the different themes for each month’s show! Christmas, Easter, and Spring shows are generally my favorites. I highly recommend for any shopper- antique to unique clothing, jewelry, and hand crafted gifts! (Plus amazing baked goods!)
My experience with Highland was great minus the awful treatment by the management. The emotionally manipulative games and threats defiantly hurt the spirits around the vendors! I’m speaking for myself. It’s so sad that something that could be so amazing has really gone down hill under the management. The amount of Chinese- Temu- Amazon- and Home Good/Marshall's items is profound. Buyers beware! I was asked to leave right before Thanksgiving, right after we spent a large amount on new inventory. This also came right after I received a cancer diagnosis. Do not expect to be treated any about of caring disease ring your life challenges. This is not a family environment. Not a happy place to work in my opinion. The level of drama and backstabbing is unbelievable. Keep all of your personal issues to your self! Pictures of my cancer and my first of surgery.
Fun place! Lots of great sellers in here…if you just didn’t have to suffer through the “antiques mall” to actually get into Highland Yard. Bring your $!! Enjoy it and park your strollers etc outside, it’s a bit snug and crowded inside.
Such a nice experience to get you in the Christmas spirit! I go each year and it's never the same. It's fun hearing the music and shopping all the local vendors!
Absolutely a must-visit especially if you love antique shopping. They have a large selection of vendors. Their Christmas event is wonderful but just know it does get pretty busy.
Highland Yard is such an awesome place for an outing. They have amazing collections of antiques from across the centuries in their clean and beautiful space. Their seasonal markets (held in the building behind the main store) are always curated so well with both antiques from them and products from local vendors. Not to mention, their main store has a delicious BBQ restaurant inside. You can't beat it!
Super disappointed to find my “Vintage” purchase from last weekends market at homegoods this week for $4 less. We come there to find unique items. My pitcher even had a chip in it which I was ok with for an older unique piece. Stamp on bottom was identical to one at Homegoods. Really not cool.
This is a very enjoyable place to wander and shop for your holidays. The vintage and antiquities are of high quality, at reasonable prices. Ladies, bring your comfortable shoes and leave the fellas behind... you will want to spend hours there. Just ask , and they more than likely will have it, or something even better that you've never thought of.
It's cute and highly curated. Everything is a bit expensive & we've come for various events over the years. It was just featured in the news so it was a madhouse this time, so we ended up leaving almost immediately. Normally it's manageable with how busy it is, but I've never seen a crowd so huge. Just crammed together, shuffling along as people move slowly or obliviously back into you. Aim for off hours or avoid if you're claustrophobic.
It was cute, but very expensive. It was a mix of vendors selling their handmade products, products they are re-selling, and vintage items. It was set up nicely.
Merchant Square is one of my favorite places to shop for antiques. Anytime I visit Chandler, I always make a stop here to check out what's new and exciting. So many cool things to check out. The Highland Yard Vinatge events are always great for shopping as well.
What a great way to spend a Saturday!!! Tons of stuff to look thru, the bakery goods are unreal and the cafe is tasty too... We were there almost 4 hours and still didn't see everything ... Highly recommend if you have folks visiting out of town..
Wow!!! So many antique stands!! Whatever you are looking for, I am sure you will find it here! This is a huge warehouse building with HUNDREDS of vendors, in every antique niche you can imagine. The restaurant within the building was also very busy, so I’m sure the food there is amazing. If you are planning to visit, make sure you set aside a good 4-5 hours so you can enjoy walking around and looking at everything. So much fun! Oh! And the associates who work there are so nice and very accommodating. If you have a question, and they don’t know the answer, they will do everything they can to find it!
This was an amazing experience! My mother-in-law took me here for the first time and I absolutely loved it. The staff was so friendly and inviting. Would recommend shopping here to anyone!
Shopping local is important to me. This is the best place for fun clothing, home decor and furniture, and gifts of all kinds! Plus, everyone is so nice and the homemade cookies are to die for!!!
This is a great place to find a mix of new and used items to decorate your home. Lots of vendors selling a wide range of goods.
Not a bad place to spend a couple of hours casually wandering through with your significant other. Support these local businesses!!!!
Theres so much fantastic stuff to look at in these stores. Its like a wonderland of antiques, lots of rustic decor and antiques. They handcrafted jewelry and stuff. For you to get crafty with or get great ideas. They also have clothes ,puzzles,ornaments,..lots to see
We came from out of town to check out this weekend's event. We found a couple of great pieces for the new house we are building. Our one disappointment was when we got home and unpacked, one of our pieces had a chip hidden under the price tag. The tag was stuck on and to be removed with lemon oil. I had inspected the piece before purchasing but didn't know I needed to look under the price tag. It may have genuinely been a mistake on the vendor's part, but I felt tricked. All sales are final and I live a couple of hours away so there's nothing I can do about it. Buyer beware and carefully inspect ALL of any piece you intend to purchase.
This is a favorite place to go for me. I love finding unique things for myself and to give as gifts to others. The food in the restaurant is amazing. I love going by myself and with girlfriend's. And I love that I'm shopping locally.
This place is AMAZING! If you are looking for it... they got it! It’s full of great finds and unique items! The place is clean, smells amazing thanks to the restaurant and the workers are so very helpful. It’s an absolute “must go place”! Such an awesome spot! Thank you for this gem of a place to wonder back in time and have a great time at! Can’t wait to go back!

Many curiosities to inspect and hidden treasures to be found. Highland Yard has been updated and enlarged! More room and a fountain added. Christmas is coming and all the fun is here. If there were a way to only deduct .5 stars then the reason is thus: The prices are very high compared to any other antique shop.

My husband and I loved exploring the area. There is a good mix of antiques and beautifully crafted new items.
We also tried the cafe and had a delicious brisket sandwich.
This is definitely our new favorite spot to come hang out, and we can't wait to bring our family and friends!
Loved the 12 Days of Christmas Event!! Adding this to my list of yearly holiday traditions! Found out they are open 4 days each month, filled with home decor, so I'll need to check it out when it's not the Christmas season.
The best vintage market in the state! Shopping is always a blast because there are so many amazing things to look at, it’s a different theme every month, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you are an antique, vintage, chippy, lover of all things shabby, then you will love this place!
I love this place and look forward to going every month. The designers have a knack for putting beautiful pieces together. They inspire and their one-of-a-kind and vintage/upcycled approach to home decor is so refreshing compared to mass produced furniture stores. Though some of the selection is obviously ordered from catalogs and probably made in China, I'm just not drawn to those designers' spaces. So there's something for everyone for sure. The designers are on site working the show, and they're so friendly and helpful. It feels good to shop local and support these talented women, men, and families.
