Flatbeds, stay away — we lost an entire day.
I requested to be loaded from the center, but they loaded the truck carelessly.
As a result, we became overweight on the drive axle.
I asked for the load to be rearranged, moving the pallets from the front to the center, but they told me off.
In the end, the shipper chose to unload the truck rather than follow the driver’s request.
A really good man has to work to support his family.Without scamming or other people,That shitty guy says Border ID doesn't validate... I didn't receive payment, nor the material... He took my car's license plate and said goodbye... If you have a color difference to them, I recommend that you go to that place, you might not receive the correct amount.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever, completely unorganized, and proudly rip you off. Took a utility trailer filled with steel from my fabrication shop and they only gave $46 for the entire load. Next trip a week later, I went to All Metal and got $154 for 500 lbs less. I will do my best to ensure everyone I encounter avoids this place.
The posted signs are easy to follow for weighing your aluminum cans. The gentleman is very friendly, and the process was quick and efficient. Thank you!
Came in with 15,000 pounds of steeel and the manager first thing said and he didn’t think it could be loaded. The guy unloading us didn’t do a horrible job but ended up breaking the rail for our door to shut making it non closable. We ended up not being able to even fix it on site, which is somewhat understandable but the least you can do is let us make our door close able after you scalped us on pricing and broke our door. Overall bad experience and he also called his ford maverick a truck which is just a flat out lie.
If they had zero stars it would be too high. The guy that runs this place is short tempered, rude and cursed me out several times. I’ll never go back. He should be fired. Worst business I’ve been too.
First timer as a business dropping off metal. It will take some learning. Needed and got a little hand holding. Looks very fluid once you get the ropes. Only need to learn 251 more types of metal and metal grades! Thanks for your help and consideration.
Not a good experience. Just an average guy who had a car door to sell for scrap. After my poor treatment, I loaded the door back up and left. Whoever the person is out front, he knows NOTHING about customer service, or even who the customer is.
Waiting my turn in line only to have someone who has been standing there for four seconds get taken care of first. Wasnt worth the wait just to be environmentally conscious and turn in my cans.
Summer of 2021, my parents were treated harshly. Today, mom and I were treated nice :) Received .75 cents a lb for cans which varies day by day. To drop off cans, back up to the metal baskets at right side of entrance .

WHEN YOU CALL YOU CANNOT EVEN HEAR THE LADY ON THE OTHER END, SOOOO MUCH NOISE, THEN SHES RUDE!!!! CANT GET THROUGH TO SALES, THEY DON'T ANSWER. IF YOU RUN A COMPANY DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO GET PRICES YOU WILL BE WAITING TO GET THROUGH, NO DIRECT LINE TO SALES. The guy behind the counter was rude from the beginning. Left after weighing in after another rude interaction on the scale. Took 250 pounds of 6061 aluminum to the dump rather than let this jerk make a penny from it.
I brought in two types of insulated copper wire for recycling. Crew members were helpful and efficient. This company takes all metals including old car/truck batteries.
Easy to drop off, guy was friendly, had only short wait, prices they give are comparable to other scrap dealers, not sure why all the other negative reviews
...Like others have said ..... The little guy working the counter is the rudest ever ... He will scrap your metal first ... before you collect payment he will copy yours drivers license, photograph you, and take your finger prints... he tries to intimidate you and get you to leave without having to pay you.... no other scrap yard does this.......so I took his picture and he didn't like that...
The guy working the counter has to be one of the rudest and snarkiest people I have ever met. I pulled up onto the scale and stoped a few feet before the stop sign a guy comes out of the building and without asking opens the trunk of my car and starts taking pictures he then walks over to me and says the reason they have a stop sign is so people will stop at it not a few feet back. Regardless I dropped of the metal and went around again and into the building. A young father with his kids were in front of me the guy behind the counter asked for his drivers license but he forgot it in his truck. The employee or owner was not happy and said “was it that hard to understand me I said bring your F****** I.D in” needles to say I am surprised this place is still in business and I will never be going back.
First, prepare to be ignored. This place couldn't care less about customer service. Second, even if you're bringing in $5 in scrap metal, you're going to get your picture taken, your drivers license scanned, and your finger print scanned. I'd rather give scrap metal to the city to recycle than deal with this place again.
Very rude to us when we brought or mixed metal in. Gave us no where near fair price for any of it. They have you once you unload. Customer service does not matter to them. I would throw my metal in the garbage before i would deal with this guy again.
