Keith and Jessie at AZ Automasters have gone above and beyond for me and my family. After speaking with Kieth on the phone, I decided this shop would do a better job than the ram dealership. His customer service and knowledge is exceptional. Jessie aided us in contacting our warranty to get repairs covered and a free battery replacement. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family!

The service was excellent, I was helped super fast and everyone was very kind and personable. The person working the front desk, jesse, was super helpful and knowledgeable, on top of being very kind and polite. She is a top-notch service writer! The technician, Mike knew exactly what I wanted and got it done perfectly. I had called a few other shops and none would compress a mcpherson strut and move the leveling ring up, even though I was absolutely willing to pay for the service. There technician looked at my issue and immediately understood and was able to do the job easily. As mobile technician, it is very refreshing to see such a knowledgeable shop and I will be returning for things like HD struts that I can not compress myself.

This is what a good business looks like!! Mike helped me out and took the time to actually figure out what my cars problem was instead of instantly jumping to the battery, alternator, or ignition switch. The amount of dedication this shop puts in to their customers is amazing! They’re a Good honest mechanic shop! Period. and I know my car is in good hands with you guys. Had a vibration issue in my 2007 Honda Odyssey. They spent lot of quality diagnosis work to narrow down the source of the issue and helped me to make right decision on the course of action. I am impressed with their honesty and diligence.

2nd time to this amazing facility, for two different reasons I will add. Could not get the 09 Wrangler to pass emissions this last time, quick call and yes, bring it it, we got you. 24 hours later I am breezing through emissions. Hidden gem in Chandler and I am telling everyone I know about them. Thanks AZ Automasters team. Summer vacation trip with Jeep will be epic.

A very good experience. I went in for an oil change, brake check and tire rotation. They automatically checked all the fluids etc. so I can drive my car with confidence that all is well. They were very happy to answer any questions I had. They are my new auto go to place.

The owners communicate with you very clearly and is very upfront and transparent with everything. My car drives great after taken to them. Will come back for sure!

We made a "cold call" to AZAutomasters at Stellar Airpark on May 1, 2024. Chris offered an appointment time for May 6, 2024. We brought our 2013 Altima to ask that the car be inspected for any suspension needs (107,000 on the ODO). They put the car on the rack for visual inspection. They checked the shocks, struts and alignment and reported "all is good" no work necessary. No charge was levied for the inspection even though we offered to compensate for the appointment. No question that we will seek help from AZAutomasters in the future when we need it--very fair, very honest, very forthright.

Was originally quoted the wrong price for a particular service but the management quickly corrected the problem. The correction was prompt and courteous and I would highly recommend AZ Auto Masters as your first choice for foreign car service.

They were very courteous, friendly, and transparent every step of the way regarding the work process. Fairly priced. I will return for future repairs and regular maintenance as needed.

I’ve been taking my car here for several months now for both routine service and to address a couple of repair concerns. The team is excellent, courteous, responsive, straightforward, and efficient. Their pricing is reasonable (especially compared to dealerships though unsurprising) and they don’t try and upsell on any unnecessary services. Requesting a quote is very easy on their website, with quick email responses. They work with their customers to educate and advise them on the value of preventative maintenance and tailor their recommendations to each individual vehicle and its needs. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle here for service and repair in the future. Thank you for all you do!

I took my truck here for several things! The staff were great and they were fairly priced. However, I had one experience that bothers me. Lastly I had brought it for them to install exhaust headers among other parts I had supplied. Apparently, unbeknownst to me, one of the new headers I got was slightly warped and could not seal with the gasket. Instead of calling me beforehand to figure something out or delay the job, they threw them on anyways and just told me when I came to pick it up. This was probably a year ago now, but it still bugs me every time I hear the exhaust leak I haven’t had time to fix myself. Ya had a good thing going for a second there.

We have 3 cars, so we are able to visit often... I have never had a bad experience with Az Automasters. The staff is friendly, helpful and always accommodating. Their work is done in a timely manner. I have never had to return because the problem with the car has not been resolved.

Very kind and knowledgeable employees. The main thing I always look/hope for taking a car to a shop is honest communication and they definitely show that here. I recently bought a used car that needs a lot of tlc and after a repair to get the check engone light off they were willing to help pinpoint other issues and actually let me know budget wise which ones need attending to the most.

It’s so nice to work with a great mechanic who knows who you are when you call. I’ve been taking my car to Rick for around 6 years, and over that time we’ve added all of our family cars to AZ Auto’s customer list. Jessie is always super friendly and helpful when you’re trying to get your car in, and Rick is the best. He knows us, knows our cars and gives us the best prices and options if we need major work done. Car maintenance can be a pain, but having a shop that you knows your name makes it so much easier to deal with. Thank you Rick!

I had a great experience here. I brought my car in because I heard a noise while braking and was concerned about the condition of my brakes. The mechanics thoroughly examined my brakes and informed me that no work was needed. It was simply the tire shine causing the noise. I appreciated their honesty and the fact that they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I will definitely be returning to this shop for any future car needs and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you for being an honest and reliable repair shop!

When times got tough over the pandemic I tried some other shops. I won't stray again, this shop always has fair prices and takes great care of my vehicles. They are true professionals, they do what they say and say what they do. Even older vehicles are an easy task for them. I recently had issues at a dealership, I will be bringing my newer vehicle here as well.

I've been trying to change my tail light for a few weeks but have not been successful, my friend tried and failed as well so I took my car to O'Rielly's and they couldn't fix it either. They recommended AZ Automasters and they had it fixed in under twenty minutes! Thank you so much!

I had the pleasure of finding out about this business because I’m a professional hairstylist and I did the GM Jessi’s hair. She is super kind. Rick was the mechanic that helped me with my minor repair. He did it super fast and was very friendly! I’ll definitely be back from my auto repair needs! Definitely recommend.

Professional, Honest & Great Customer Service. I have been taking my ten year old Mazda here for service and repairs for the past 4 years. The staff goes above and beyond in terms of service, and I trust them. The only auto repair shop I have ever highly recommended.

I went to AZ Automasters in Chandler as I was referred to them by a friend. My Lexus dealership quoted $2,955 to replace 2 front wheel bearings and to replace the Upper radiator hose and radiator cap. The dealership also quoted several other 'suggested' repairs costing thousands more. Jessi took down my information and called me back after my Lexus was inspected and informed me that I only needed the 2 Front Wheel Bearings replaced, the Upper and Lower Radiator Hoses replaced and a Coolant flush to fix the car. AZ Automasters charged me $1,441 (1/2 the price quoted from Lexus Service). My Lexus drives like a new car! I could not be happier with the service. I will definitely be taking all my cars to AZ Automasters going forward.

Went in for a simple oil change. Ending up having my tires rotated as well. They offer me free cold beverage, while I waited in the lobby area. Service took about an hour. Friendly service , lobby area was clean and organized!! I would recommend anyone to visit and have there vehicle serviced here.

I have been using AZ AutoMasters in Chandler for years. My father-in-law is an ex-mechanic, who has been willing to show me the ropes for the easy do-it-yourself type jobs. I've taken my 2000 Toyota Camry and 2005 Toyota RAV4 into AZ AutoMasters many times for those bigger jobs that I don't want to spend the weekend doing myself, and have always been pleased with their knowledge, honesty, and quality of their work. They are also reasonably priced; the fact that they only charge $25 for an oil change and tire rotation (which includes the oil and filter) speaks for itself. In fact, I recently sold my old Camry to get a brand new one, and despite the free two year maintenance plan offered by the dealership, I plan on continuing to use AZ AutoMasters instead, because I trust them more with my new car. Several family members go to AZ AutoMasters in Gilbert, after my glowing recommendation of the Chandler location, and the folks in Gilbert have been just as exceptional every time. I have already recommended AZ AutoMasters to everyone in my family and at work for years, and realized I never posted anything online about it yet. Hopefully this helps anyone new to the area looking for a trustworthy mechanic to work on their car.

Forgetting that I had new brakes and rotors installed on my 1995 Volvo in 2021, I brought my car in for a brake inspection resulting from a squeal on my brake pads. I left the car with Rick, the manager. He called me a few hours later after the inspection and told me that the squeal on my brake pad and rotor was caused by the protective coating on the rotor and pads, which were probably not cleaned properly before installation. Rick suggested that I take the car back to the company that installed my brakes to address the problem. I did and the company repaired the squealing problem. I can't say enough about the honesty and professionalism of AZ Automasters. And, the inspection charge was very reasonable. I will use AZ Automasters in the future.
