They were all super nice! One of them explained how I needed my original birth certificate and described the seal etc so it was super easy to pick the right one when I went back home. Jayden was the one who helped me when I came back and he was super efficient, has a good sense of humor, and very nice. He spelled my name right (which is part of the job I know but my government name is lengthy and not the easiest). Anyways overall great experience!
Rose was great! Customer service was on top and it felt very safe to talk to them. If you wanna get your permit or drivers license and registration i’d recommend you come here!!

We continue to choose this office for all of our vehicle title and registration needs because the process is always smooth and efficient. Jayden was especially helpful in assisting us with registering a vehicle in Arizona. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and very kind throughout the entire process.

We recently moved to Anthem and needed to transfer title. Even for a Saturday, it was extremely easy. Austin was great and helped us quickly, efficiently, and answered all our questions. Definitely the way to go!

Jayden provided a very quick and friendly service. I had to transfer my title from California to Arizona, get my car registration done, and choose a customized license plate. Jayden was very patient and helped me select a fun plate mix! I strongly recommend this location. :)
I had an amazing experience here. The employees were so polite and informative, they easily answered any questions I had. I was in and out super quickly with everything I needed done. The woman who helped me had long black hair, (sorry can’t recall her name) and was the sweetest person ever. Highly recommend!!!

I had an excellent experience at this location. I completed my behind-the-wheel driving test, which typically requires an appointment, but I was fortunate to be accommodated as a walk-in. The check-in process was quick, making the entire experience smooth from the start. Daniela was my driving instructor, and she was outstanding—professional, patient, and very reassuring. She made me feel comfortable and confident, which significantly reduced the stress that usually comes with a driving test. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive and supportive MVD experience.

Monica got us in and out with a smooth title transfer in barely 15 mins!!! I love the hours because due to work and I’m so grateful they are open as late as they are! It was very clean inside and only one person in front of us, I’ve never waited longer than 5 mins to be helped.
I am very grateful for the team that was here today at the anthem location for the third-party DMV manager and staff were extremely friendly and Understanding. Long story short I have a flight today at 5 PM and I just realized that I did not have the correct form of a license ID ..within 30 minutes if that, I was able to purchase the correct ID to travel and this was a very important trip that I could not miss(funeral).
Beyond grateful for management and team that we’re here today to help me get this done. Manager specifically helped me and he was so understanding and polite. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
Altogether this saved three hours of waiting time in TSA in the airport and an hour and a half of driving to the Glendale DMV saved me a lot of time and I got what I needed immediately.

Excellent staff. Great service. Rose went above and beyond to make sure I was doing the proper paperwork for my issues and was wonderful . I will handle all of my motor vehicle issues at this location from now on.

I can’t say enough about this location in Anthem. This was the most enjoyable and simple process I’ve ever experienced in getting any DMV services. Coming from California, it was a breath of fresh air! Everyone was so friendly and professional. Austin takes pride in customer service and it shows. Highly recommend!
