Shop used channel locks to rotate the tie rod and gouged the brand new powder coat down to the metal all the way around the entire tie rod. Brand new $625 high end tie rod looks terrible after Big brand’s alignment. I was told they can’t do anything about it. Extremely disappointed, you should think twice if you want this quality on your own vehicles.

Had an alignment done and something wasn't quite right. Had to go back. Rechecked and adjusted the issue, clearly explained to me why the alignment was a bit off, and told me what needed to be done to address the issue. Didn't try to scare sale or upscale me an immediate repair and quoted me a very reasonable price to do the repair Didn't even quote me a price on repair until I requested one. They do good work that they will stand behind, don't upscale or hard sale. I will be going back to get the larger job done. Seems honest and trustworthy, qualities and principals that are almost impossible to find

Made an appt for next day, and then work was completed quickly and accurately. Service was great!

Mark and Nick have done such a great job on the fleet that I maintain, 30+ vehicles that I decided to bring my own personal vehicle in on my day off. Mark and his Sunday crew took excellent care of me. I was in and out in less than an hour. The truck runs phenomenal on the highway extremely smooth as they had balanced the tires for me. I can't say enough things about these guys doing an excellent job up there.

Stopped in because my inside rear dual was low and I expected a nail in it. They promptly got me in, kept me informed on every step and after it was repaired, did not charge me. Very, very impressed!!!

Super quick stop in they were able to check out my rear wheel bearings found no issues. Didn’t have to wait an entire day just to speak with a tech.. back on the road

I came in at around 5:30 pm right before the shop was closing and they helped me with my flat tire and also getting a new set of tires for my vehicle. They stayed past closing time to help me. Mark and Skyler set me up on time, professionally, and even gave me a great customer service deal after the call center made a hiccup on their end. They were prompt, and got me back on the ride after being stranded in Phoenix for the night.

This company was FANTASTIC! They treated me like family. They went far and beyond of just fixing my car. I've recently been widowed and the moment I walked inside I felt comfortable. And best of all the work was excellent and they were truthful. Believe me, I've run into a lot of people who take advantage. I truly would recommend the wonderful company!

Traveling through with our camper and we needed a patch for our tire. After not having luck anywhere we found this shop. We were able to stop here and they fixed it for us quick! Super friendly too. Highly recommend!

Just put on 35 inch ko2’s on my jeep wrangler… they had the cheapest price we could find nearby and they got it done in less than a day from when we ordered the tires! We also got an alignment done Dominic’s we had not done that in a while and that went perfectly and was very reasonably priced!

Mark and the guys over at big brand was awesome to deal with I had a blowout on my RV and they didn’t even charge me anything to swap Out my blowout with my spare if I can give them more than five stars, I definitely would. Amazing customer service

I was traveling from Mesa to southern Utah to see my family when my Jeep started to overheat just as I was passing Anthem. I definitely found the right shop to help me! The manager Nick helped me - got my Jeep in immediately, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, fixed it and I got back out on the road. The cost was incredibly reasonable and Nick was fantastic to work with. He is very transparent on solutions, cost and time. And very nice. My Jeep is running great now! So thank you for helping me out - I highly recommend this auto shop!!

Our family was on our way to go camping when wi the out warning our car overheated. This was on a Saturday afternoon when we were almost positive we would not get in to see anyone in the area. We were wrong! Not only did these guys get us in they found the part that was causing the problem, got the part, stayed late, and fixed the problem helping us to get back on the road in the same day. We had three teenage boys, 2 dogs, and a prayer! We could not have had a better experience or had a bigger blessing than working with these guys! I had my dashboard light come on for low air in my tire. Colby was so professional and courteous . He didn’t hesitate to check all my tires & add air where needed. It was a stormy rainy day. He did this out in the elements without hesitation. What a great employee in Anthem, AZ. Nicely done!

We were traveling down to AZ and got a flat tire outside of Anthem,AZ. We called Big Brand Tire & service to see if they could help us. Their reply was absolutely without hesitation. We arrived in 5 minutes and they immediately took action. Friendly and very professional. Awesome customer service!! They got us back on the road in no time!! Definitely recommend this place !!

Great customer service. They explained everything so well. They were very busy but, to me, that means they do good work if that many people go to them. I had an oil change. They changed the filter, which was included. They check all my fluids and saw an issue with a lug on the wheel. They gave me a discount from a coupon that was equal to a Veteran's discount. They also rotated my tires! Very happy.

So disappointed!!! Decided to give the little guy a try. What a mess they left my car in. Some kind of grease to get the new tires on, I presume . However, they made no attempt to clean it off. I tried and was unsuccessful. I called to let them know and they couldn’t have cared less . I asked for the manager to call me back. He never did!

New to Anthem and so glad I found this gem! The other “big name” shops were closed on Sunday, but Mark came through. I had a screw in my tire, and he put me at ease right away. The service was quick, professional, and informative—I even walked away having learned something new. I’ll definitely be bringing my teen daughter’s cars here for A/C recharge, consultation, and future service. Highly recommend this place 100%! Grateful for the care and now a customer for life.

These guys were great! One of our service vehicles broke down on the 17 Highway near Anthem Way. I called a few shops nearby, but nobody was willing to help us out. When I called this company, they were more than happy to assist. My technician got the vehicle over to them, and within just a couple of hours they had it repaired and back on the road. Sent my wife in with our jeep to get a alignment after I bolted on some parts. We had to take it back 4 times because it was pulling hard to the right. The last time they finally got. The kicker was a week later I noticed the steering wheel ajustment starting to move. The wheel was at a 45deg agle driving straight down the road. Found both of the alignment lock down nuts loose. This place is a joke they dont know what they are doing. They have kids working on your cars.

Not only did they replace all five trailer tires at a fair and honest price, but they also let us leave our fifth wheel in their parking lot while the work was being done.
