These people were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us when our car broke down in their parking lot!! Must friendly people I’ve met! Thank you NAPA!!

Nicholas was amazing. I was stranded at the Hub on a trip from Tok to Anchorage on a Sat. He came to me checked my battery and starter and tried to find a solution. He went above and beyond, was friendly, helpful and got me back on the road when no one else would. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Shown up right when they locked the doors and being the great people they are opened them for me. So I could get much needed hardware. Couldn’t thank them enough. Great customer service and great people.

Good service, fair prices

John was very helpful and when one of the other staff found out I was slightly stranded, he offered to buy me a burger after he was off if I was still there. These guys are Lifesavers in a slightly rural part of Alaska and everyone was super nice.

Very under skilled parts people, slow and under stocked on basic items. One guy there was very rude and left in the middle of ringing me up to talk to a guy that walked in and then proceeded to engage in talk for 10 mins or more only place in that town so I guess they can treat people like that. Left a bad taste for Napa all around after that.

Would not suggest unless no choice. $170 for front end alignment on front wheel drive car. Was going to charge $170 - $200 to replace wheel stud. At home $60 for alignment, $60 to replace stud. I have never paid soo much for an alignment. Stud 1/2 hr work at any shop I use. 1 1/2 hr here. Only go if no other choice.

My Napa experience, with John Tom Garry and Derek,is always the best experience I have ever had at a Napa parts store or any parts store for that matter, they allwase are Knowledgable on everything I need from a parts store!
