Paid way below average scrap price. There is nothing posted outside to tell you what you weigh. You are just supposed to take their word for it. Didn't show weight when weighing in or out and failed to write the in and out weight on invoice. Paid for a whole engine as regular scrap and not car engine. Rude people who don't explain anything to you. The entire experience from The waiting an hour to be able to even weigh in to looking at the outrageously small amount of money on the check that they handed me was disappointing the service was disappointing. This scrap yard looks like what you would imagine a kids yard would look like if they were pretend playing "scrap yard. The whole experience was disappointment. Will NEVER take my business there again!!

This place pays straight by the weight not by what the metal or scrap is made of. However, the staff are very friendly and genuinely good ppl who want to do right by others as they did me. My mother drove the truck to the station onto the weighter while I was outside directing her, he says he’s got the weight to drive over to dump spot. I help another guy dump 2 refrigerators and had engines out with all the copper ready and bunch more copper wire but anyway when we went to get paid we drove onto the weight again BUT my Dumb A stays in the truck. I’m 208 lbs. when I went inside the owner looks bewildered but pays me a smaller amount then I thought. We left and I realized the problem. We returned and he acted gruff at first but saw the error and made it right on the spot bc he could see the weight difference when I was in/outlining of truck. And bout doubled my money!

Charles and Brittany are the best. They will go out of their way to help you. And as the scrap yard it’s very clean and everybody there is very helpful. And I would recommend anybody to go there.

I'd give no stars if I could. Took 91 pounds of cans to them and got wrote a BAD check that the bank said they had no funds in to cash it.. No one would answer the phone so I could let them know what was going on. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE.AND ADVICE NO ONE TO DO SO.

I'd post a -5 if I could, save your time and energy. These people are unprofessional and lazy. They literally will hardly pay you. Super unorganized and incompetent. Go to Russellville.
