AC blower went out on 08 Tacoma on trip away from home. Purchased rectifier first as I had issues with blower speeds previously. (Needed it anyway) That did not rectify issue. Went back and purchased blower motor and problem was corrected. I was pleased that both items were in stock. They were kind enough to let me borrow a couple small tools needed that I didn't have with me.

They need to answer the phone when someone calls

Man there is just something about being lied too that rubs me the wrong way. I called this location to see if they had the battery I needed. They did for $109. This was the lowest price for a new battery I could find in town. I get there about 6:23pm. Turns out they did not have that batter. They only had one for $169.

I did a online order and the item said it was in stock. I really needed this part right away and this is the reason I ordered with orileys instead of another parts store. It said it would be ready in one hour so after 2 hours I decided to call because I really needed to get the part I needed and had not received a email. The lady said oh it will be tomorrow morning. I told her the reason I ordered is bc it said in stock. She just acted non concerned. If it’s not in stock then it should not be listed as such. I really needed that part . Thank you. I’m sure this was just a mishap and I’m not blaming anyone it is just a little irritating.

I'm clueless about mechanics and needed parts/knowledge/tools. I walked in the Haleyville store. I was greeted by a young man named Will. He coached me through the entire process. Definitely a great place to go if you need help.

I needed a fuse, and they put it in for me ...'No Charge!'

My favorite parts store got wiper blades and headlamp they installed for me just great people there always friendly and helpful

They're workers don't want to work close to closing time

They really should train young employees and even some of their management. Not everything is on that computer. Sometimes just a little common sense goes a long way.

Would visit anytime you need part or help with vehicle problem

Helpful somewhat although I was in there needing some assistance and they was all on the computers and talking on the phone looked at me but never asked me if I needed anything so I just left
