  Drove all the way to Tuscaloosa from Birmingham to buy a 18inch rim and they sold me 17inch and then had the audacity to be rude and ugly on the phone. Like I didn’t just waste my gas and time. Don’t shop with them!

  I went there yesterday with someone to return a rental the lady was so rude lied like is was $61 to rent the vehicle for one extra day but I didn't rent the car for an extra day I left. I got in the car and called and she said she didn't have no more rentals but I returned one and it was plenty more on the lot that they was renting.

  The rental service here is great miss D is the greatest person there is but in trying to buy a car I will suggest it too much we just bought a car will start making payments on the car truck in the transmission just went out we only have the two options wait week and a half to get the transmission fixed or refund my money so we just got the refund my money and just go somewhere else I suggest just try to do something better than this
