We were so please with our service!!! Eric Minton came and saved the day for us. We had gone to Jasper and were coming home on a busy winding 2 lane road when our alternator died. He came quickly, did an amazing job, carried us to Tuscaloosa and delivered our truck to Tuscaloosa Toyota. He parked that truck better than we would have driving. Eric and Fred Robertson’s Wrecker Serviced made an awful situation so much better. Thanks so much!!!

Be careful they wanted to charge me $3500 to restock two pallets of beer…. I recommend you not go here. The prices are unreasonable. No no no he opened the trailer doors and saw only three pallets had to be removed to restock the two pallets, so there was no need to unload the whole trail. He saw what it was that’s just game.

Impeccable service . Was stuck in the middle of nowhere needing two tow trucks and they got there in less than 3 hours when everyone else quoted us for 6-7 hours. Even helped us find gas and parking for overnight I would 1000000% recommend this company !!!

A1+++ service from the dispatcher and the tow truck driver were excellent on the handling of my vehicles and ways that we had to do everything. When nobody else would help They were very prompt on coming to help me with my issues. They are not at the top of my contacts to call when I need help. And the price was very reasonable for as it was a busy football game weekend

Truck died just west of Cottondale on I-20 East. Driver arrived about 20 minutes after I called. Pleasant young man. Took me and the truck to Sumiton, Al. Drove like a courteous professional driver. Enjoyed the ride.

My daughter’s vehicle would not start, it was a “new” used vehicle. It sounded like a bad battery, but could have possibly been an alternator issue. It was later in the day, and I wasn’t ha ing much luck in finding any help for her( I live 2.5hrs away) I finally tried and reached Fred Roberson Wrecker Service, they were able to dispatch someone almost immediately. They stayed in contact with me until they reached my daughter, to give her a jump start. I had also asked that they give her a solid jump in case it was an alternator problem so that she would make it to an auto parts store. They volunteered to follow her to the auto store, which I greatly appreciated. So I would highly recommend.

My truck stopped with battery light on. The driver communicated every step and even checked to make sure I made it home safely. However, when i called, i informed them i needed a battery jump, and at 1 am, the driver had to go to the shop to get the equipment. When he arrived, he didnt have the tools with him to tighten my battery and stated the shop was locked up. As a 24 hr service, everything needed for an emergency should have been with the driver and ready for any emergency.

The dispatcher said that it would be a 45 minute wait. After waiting an hour, we called back. She said that she would call the driver. When he called me, he said oh I’m at Lowe’s and I’ll be there in 20 minutes. I waited a total of hour and 35 minutes. Then he drove by where we were parked and I had to call him and tell him our location.

Called Fred Robertson for a tow they were quick and polite didn’t even wait 30 minutes for them to show up they have it to where you can pay on the spot instead of going to the office to pay for your tow most definitely will call them again if needed

Very quick service and friendly driver. Took great care of my car.

Contacted Fred Robertson Wrecker to pull my car out of a ditch. After waiting for one hour, I called back to check the time of arrival, the Dispatcher lied and said the driver was unable to pull the vehicle out. No one ever showed up. The lie was so unnecessary. Contacted Horton Wrecker and within 15 min someone arrived pulled my vehicle out and did not charge.

Waited over an hour and a half, and all they did was tell me what I wanted to hear about the tow truck coming and it never came. Horrible business practices

Car broke down nightmarishly on the side of mc farland during busy traffic! They were able to be there within 15-20 minutes and tow us! Reasonable pricing! Great service!
