Hunter did an awesome job helping us! Very professional and quick service! Also this company has a dispatch service and that was really helpful because it was after 1 AM. I called other two towing companies before I tried this one and they rang until going to voicemail. I was really thankful for that. Anyway I highly recommend this company for your towing needs!

Had my front tire completely come off while driving last night and needed to be towed home. Could not have had a better experience with the help I received. The dispatcher Faith was very friendly and got straight to the point with getting a call in. Less than 30 minutes later, Tracey showed up to tow my vehicle and got me home safely, all while having a smile on his face even though it was late at night and had started to rain. Extremely professional team on all fronts, will definitely suggest them to anyone.

Recommended by BMW of Tuscaloosa service department to tow my daughter’s car due to flat tire. They were able to get to her car right away and coordinated us the entire time. Very pleased with the level of service and care that was provided and they even texted me picture of my bill for my insurance company.
Just don’t call these guys. Overpriced , 850.00 for a winch backwards a couple feet as the lowboy was high centered. Better call anyone but them. Then called them for road service to put a sight glass on trailer axle, wanted 875.00 to come do it. Yea no thanks.

Fred Robertson was Great!! I was stuck in the middle of the Road and they came Right to me no issue!! I was scared the police came and the wrecker service showed up and saved the Day Thank You sooo much! All the other wrecker Service asked me 1000 questions while I’m sitting in the middle of the road Fred Robertson asked my name where I was at and told me the price Simple to the point and came and got me!! Will be using them again if I ever get in trouble with my vehicle again!!
They definitely saved our day. My truck broke down 175 miles from home pulling my 37' travel trailer with my wife an my 2 babies following me. They got my vehicles home at the same time safe an for a very fair price would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone needing a tow in the Tuscaloosa area.
I had a fantastic experience with Fred Robertson Wrecker Service when my tractor trailer broke down in Eutaw, AL. They arrived quickly, hooked up my tractor trailer, and gave us a ride to Birmingham, AL. I’ve had breakdowns before, and other towing companies have taken their time getting to me, but this company was fast and very friendly. Although I didn’t catch the driver’s name, he was a really nice guy and made a stressful situation much more manageable. Highly recommend their services!
Dispatch was courteous and the driver Duke took very good care of my precious coach. I've heard horror stories of wreckers doing a lot of damage to RVs. That was NOT the case. I highly recommend Fred Robertson to any of my fellow RV'ers out there!
We were so please with our service!!! Eric Minton came and saved the day for us. We had gone to Jasper and were coming home on a busy winding 2 lane road when our alternator died. He came quickly, did an amazing job, carried us to Tuscaloosa and delivered our truck to Tuscaloosa Toyota. He parked that truck better than we would have driving.
