Don’t waste you time or money! They will give you excuse after excuse(lies). If you call or text they will not reply you will have to go up there just for them to try to give you a run around of getting your vehicle. They are lucky it makes you leave one star !

They have more Jeep I have called and called they are giving me no information, won't pick up the phone, the people are very nice and I appreciate them but what they're actually getting done is nothing in my estimate because they are not sharing progress with me and I'm almost sure there is no progress my jeep was already supposed to be done before Valentine's we are well past that now and they are not replying to me. I will post again with an update as soon as I learn something

Pretty much crooks, they steal your car for two months without fixing it and dont return calls. Theres a reason they have no wait list while everywhere else does. They are professional thiefs. UPDATE 3 months later still no car and they will lie to your face this place should be shut down AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've had him work on my semi this will be the 3rd time! First truck water pump and this truck replace batteries and whatever he finds out this go round! Small shop but he knows his stuff! Good prices and turnaround time! Was a one man show I'd recommend him Over a dealer! Did me right so he'll continue to get my support if needed while home!

Our flatbed driver arrived for a brake repair on 11/1/21 first thing in the morning. It's now 11/8/21@1632hrs and he has yet to be repaired. While I understand some parts might not be on-hand, the lack of work ethic and professionalism is horrifying!!! They can't open on time, they can't work on trucks due to personnel who aren't familiar with 18 wheelers, and it seems their personal lives take precedent over contracted work. We were given a 48hr ETA for repair, and we are over a week in at this point. There has been no reliable contact with the driver, yet they have expected him to lock up their facilities each night and watch over their equipment. A company should not advertise themselves as 18-wheeler repair if they have no capacity to do the work! I have no quarrels with "Family Shops," until your "family" takes precedent over running your business. This was our driver's first load with our company, and thank god he is an understanding man and does not place the blame on us for being conned by this shop! We are now forced to tow our truck to another shop, eating the cost of the work and tow, simply to be able to get our driver moving again. This shop is COMPLETLEY unacceptable! Not only is their professionalism now known to our company, other repair shops in the area know of their dishonesty as well. No other company is even willing to work on a truck they've touched. If that doesn't speak volumes, I don't know what will. Be glad there is not a "0 STAR" rating Tillery's, because you deserve much less than even that!

The only reason I am rating a 1 is because I can't give a 0. Do NOT take your truck here or let them tow your truck if you actually want it repaired....they are incompetent and extremely unprofessional. They will NOT repair your truck then hold it hostage. They had our truck for a month and charged us over $4000 and the truck STILL isn't repaired . Please stay away from this horrible company

Absolute CROOKS!!!!!! They flat out STOLE our wrecked van!!! Told us it was 580$ to get our van back that they only had in their possession for 3 or 4 hours!!!! They wouldn't even let us come get our belongings. The whole thing devasted my little family & we strongly feel like they gave us such a high price because they wanted to keep our tools!! The lady on the phone was so nasty & the wreck my husband was in almost killed him. They had zero compassion, horrible attitudes & we should have called someone else!!! Calling an attorney!!!

Do not use! Waited 2 hours for a tow truck arranged through Geico. They said they needed another hour. Then another hour. I give up. Lady on the phone got pissed when I asked how many trucks they have.

These are the greediest individuals I have ever dealt with on any level. Auto repair is by far the worst industry to have a business and not everyone will be happy with every service you provide, no matter how hard you try to please them, however, this place is the epitome of why this industry has such a bad name! What kind of business, let alone decent human beings, set out with only one goal - to profit off of someone else's misfortune? No wonder they have such bad reviews online! These people are crooks! Take it from another auto repair business, this place is not where anyone needs to take their vehicle.

I have been dealing with this tow company for 2 DAYS trying to get my car towed. They DO NOT know how to run a business. I waited for over 5 hours both days and nobody showed up. The woman running the body shop "Mrs. Tillery" has no means of communcation and puts the blame on anyone but herself. She was also very rude and child like. I told her I had places to be and she asked me if I would just lay my keys on the ground beside my car...

I had my truck towed from Northport's McDonald's to Goodyear on Lurleen Wallace (0.9 mile) about a year ago. I waited in the parking lot for Tillery's for 4.5 hours. My insurance company had set up the wrecker and made an 11 am appt, but he got there at 3:30 pm. This company constantly gives you the run-around and says they're short-staffed or always getting called on wrecks. I don't have any idea why anyone would use them and wish insurance companies would stop bc my husband is going through the same thing right now. He waited 3.5 hours yesterday before giving up bc he needed to be towed from a one-way street that ended up getting too crowded with cars the longer he waited, so they eventually wouldn't have been able to tow after taking their sweet time. This morning the wrecker actually showed up and was JUST about to lower the bed to load his truck on when he got called on an accident and LEFT! I understand an accident is an emergency, but why are you the only wrecker if you know what a TERRIBLE name this business model is giving your crap company? Now an hour after he left my husband calls to check on it and suddenly 3 people have jumped him in line! We've gotten several parking tickets despite the note on the dash begging that they understand what this company is putting us through. If I could give them zero stars I would, I hate this company and wouldn't recommend anyone voluntarily deal with them. I surely wouldn't trust them to do any maintenance to a car unless maybe you are scrapping it. Awful, terrible, pathetic customer service and you might as well take whatever time estimate they give you and add several hours before you get to your car to meet them if you don't want to end up livid about the whole situation. Surprised they are still in business. Save yourself the headache.

My experience with them was very positive. Extremely helpful on the tow, and also with getting my vehicle repaired. Honestly I did not read the other reviews here until after having them repair my vehicle, but everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly.

Worst Mechanic i have ever dealt with. Ever. Gave me the run around for a week and a half after they said my clutch needed to be replaced (2 day job at most) then only to find out that they had to send it to a transmission shop to find out it was the transfer case the whole time. They of course still put a new clutch in at a price that me and the mechanic agreed to, but alas the shop charged me more over the phone. So after talking with the mechanic and before i drove an hour to get my car (AAA towing back to my house) he agreed to lower his labor so that I would at least pay what i had originally agreed to. NOPE. Go to pick it up and apparently he isn't working that day and there is no way to get in touch with him so because i didnt want to drive an hour back just to return the next day I ended up paying more than agreed and still have a broken car. Very unprofessional. IF you like your money and enjoy your car running AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! AND I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT TO THE 5 STAR RATING GUY THAT YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT IS EVEN HAS A REMOTELY GOOD REVIEW. WHICH IS THE ONLY THING SUSPICIOUS ON THESE REVIEWS. YOUR BUSINESS SCREWED ME AND HOPE THIS REVIEW KEEPS HONEST PEOPLES MONEY OUT OF YOUR GREEDY HANDS.

Very difficult to deal with. The company I work for had a truck stolen from NC and abandoned, out of fuel, on the side of the road in Tuscaloosa, AL. Highway Patrol instructed them to tow it to their facility and Tillery's demanded payment at once. They would not accept a credit card or an overnighted cashier's check and insisted that we wire money to their account. Then, when we picked up the unit, there was barely enough fuel to make it to the gas station. The driver asked if he might buy a little fuel from them and they declined. They told him, "If you run out, we'll tow you!" WOW!

I pray that no one every use this company. The staff is very Rude with Nasty Attitudes. The service is very poor. I asked for an itemized bill for the towing that I receive and I was told by a female that worked there that I need to call my insurance company because I have a contract with them. I asked so you are telling me that you dont know how you came up with the balance that I owe and she said, "NO" you need to call your insurance company. I did file a complaint and my insurance company told me they would contact Tillery's to send me a receipt. I should have went with my first mind when the guy Mike who came out to assist got Rude with me and I should have told him not to come out and called my insurance company to tell some other towing company to come out!!!!!!!!!!
