My go to spot for local diy automotive repair. And I drive a 90's 4x4. So good news, I can fix just about everything. Bad news is I have to fix just about everything. But with some basic tools and some YouTube videos you can easily take a bad part off replace it with a new on purchased at AutoZone. I have and I'm not a mechanic at all. But I'm not afraid to tackle any project on our vehicles as long as I got the tools and the videos. They even rent tools here and that's great, had to use the a couple times for a couple different things that I would only ever use once. And the stand by their guarantee. They also offer a rewards program that I've used to save some bucks on too!
Coolant was labeled one price, rang up more. Brought to employees attention and said the price was different than the label on the shelf. He said that's fine just swipe your card. Very rude.
As always I enjoy going in this store. No matter who they have working there, they are always welcoming and knowledgeable about what they have available and even help with a substitute solution if I cant find the item I am after.
The Autozone in Childersburg, AL resulted in a positive experience. They ordered the parts we needed, called when they came in, and I picked them up. They were the correct parts with no issues. This is not always the case with every parts store that we order from. We will use this Autozone again in the future.
The new manager is everything I met her at another auto zone because I had given up on the CHILDERSBURG location while talking she informed me she was going to be working there soon when I tell ya she have the very best customer service i could ask for I think my son and I had to come in like 3 times today and and I have to say both of the women were beyond helpful and nice I was in a horrible mood and I went to car so my son could handle things but nope this woman comes out side and she doesn’t even realize how she help me turn my attitude around she was very polite she said even if u have to go somewhere else here is what your going to be looking for she had gotten all the information I needed she could have just sent it out by my son or just let me figure it out on my own but she didn’t and I appreciate that I wish I remembered her name I think she is the store manager but thanks for listening and giving good vibes I needed that ❤️
I came to Auto Zone in Childersburg for a battery for my car an the sales associate Ronnie Brown was with a customer he managed to help me with what I needed with my car even though it's was hot outside he didn't mind at all .. Thank you Ronnie Brown for you assistant I truly appreciate it.
William Harris was friendly and helpful. We had tried to get a power steering pump for my grandmothers car ordered 3 times with no luck. I talked to William for 5 minutes and the order was here that afternoon as promised.
Went in with a check engine light on a man walked by from behind the counter and looked at me with a dirty look and walked away after standing there a while a young lady walked out of the back room and basically treated me like a theft this is the third and last time I put up with this to shop auto zone i went up the street and purchased the $400.00 dollars in parts i needed O'Reillys took care of me
Good for auto parts but not enough inventory for foreign cars which is understandable considering the size of the place. They really do the best for the space.
Extremely helpful locating wiper blades for my Chevrolet Sonic, Price was less than half from what I was quoted at a different store. I BELIEVE CHIP WAS HIS NAME. THANKS GUYS THEY EVEN INSTALLED THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY FIT. THANKS AGAIN. TERRI DENTY
The most crowded Autozone I've ever visited and I'm not sure what all the employees I saw were doibg, but they weren't helping customers. The guy that helped me didn't even want to show me where the item I needed was located. Next time I'll just drive to Advanced in Chelsea.
