There is no Auto parts store that can compare to O'Riley's. Childersburg location are the best I've ever dealt with. There Customer service a class of its own.Daniels knowledge about auto parts and his pride in what he does is the reason I shop no where else.I love that I can send anyone in and they return with the right part.

Let me start off by saying I only use O'Reilly's and the Jasper store is amazing but the people at this store is trash and rude and won't honer the warranty policy do not use this store and I won't be using any store in their DM's district he also wouldn't but luckily the Jasper stores DM and store manager is gonna take care on me and make it right anggie and Donna needs to be fired they don't need to be working with customers
Girl not very helpful.... Scrolling on the computer at pictures faster than this old guy can possibly keep up and saying is that what you want not saying nothing else just that what you want then I asked will it fit my vehicle instead of making the sale I just walked out I run a business have been for years I just think that if you need help you should offer that help not stand there like whatever.
Lost the sale . First experience like that and have been going in that store since it open
Rude employees. I was at the laundromat next door parked in the front. While I was waiting for my clothes to dry I noticed this older guy looking at my car. He walks in and says that I have to move my car. He said that I was parked in O'Reilly's parking. There should be some signs somewhere stating that.
I stopped by to get a windshield wiper and really appreciate the help putting it on. Okay I didn’t really help, the nice young man put it on for me. Thanks for the help!!!

Aaron went above and beyond to assist my friend Marie Parks with a awful tire she had on her Ford Edge
I can not express how impressed I was with his professional attitude and overall concern to make sure she was safe
He changed the tire and put the spare tire on for her Would not accept any tip and extremely knowledgeable about tires
It’s so nice seeing someone in his age bracket under 25 to be so professional and courteous

Customers are obviously not priority here! I live approximately 25 miles away so called ahead to give account info because I knew it would be close to closing time when I got there since they closing an hour early anyway and they said ok. When I got there at 8:02 pm they tell me they closed. My company has a commercial account with oriley but this store will never have to worry about being bothered with us again! I’ll order it in before I ask for their help again.
These guys and gals really do go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and IF it's not in stock...they'll have it for ASAP...great service Everytime!!
Stopped in to get a battery thinking that I needed a new battery and the employee brought out a tester and tested my battery which was very nice and said I did not need one now I'm automotive savvy but with her personality she's in the right business I would recommend O'Reilly's on 280 to anybody and Ashley went back and got some spray for the terminals and didn't even charge me so yes I would recommend these guys to anybody
MY HUSBAND GOT WHAT HE NEEDED AND CAME BACK OUT RATHER FAST. IT'S EXCELLENT. MAY MY BEAUTIFUL WONDERFUL LORD JESUS CHRIST ALWAYS BLESS YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS.
This O'reilly's location has some of the nicest, helpful and engaging employees I've ever encountered for the chain. Thankfully it is in my hometown! The store itself is stocked with what you would expect from O'reilly's, and stocked well.
Alexandria O'Reilly's has the best people working in it around the area ( imo ). Courteous & helpful. You will need to travel to the O'Reilly's beside Betty's Bbq for certain parts though if you need them immediately. That store always has a bigger selection & quantity of parts.
