The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice. I was looking for some roof bars to go on my Tahoe. She had a lot of knowledge of the vehicles they had in the lot. She walked me back to a mechanic and he quickly walked back and found some for me. He got a price for me and we agreed on it and he took them off (and showed me how to take them off/put them on). Didn’t take me long at all to find what I wanted and they charged a very reasonable price.

The people at 67 Auto Salvage were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. They will help you and treat you like a person and not a car part. They guarantee their services and don't undermine or belittle you. They give a extra mile everytime

Dropped in randomly because I was in the area. Cars are easy to get to, employees super friendly and helpful especially the lady in the front office. One of the cleanest yards I have been in. Prices were fair too. Highly recommend! A+++

I've gotten several parts from these guys. Every visit has been pleasant. Last time I was there, the owner knew exactly what I needed, pulled an employee off of another job and I had my part and out the door in 15 minutes. Very friendly.

I drove all the way out here from Decatur thinking they had a Tahoe drivers side door with glass, paneling and all because that’s what they told me. When I arrived I ended up getting told they only had the shell of the door. I left without a word. Will never return. Do not go here they are liars!!!

If you have an older car like me. This is the salvage yard for you. The staff will pull it for you for a reasonable fee or you can pull it your self and skip the fee. For those DIY kinda people this is alway a good option and saves money

Polite meeting with the owner. He did not have anything in inventory that interested me. But provided some useful information.

I am visiting from NC and my mother recommended this place. She says they have always been fair with her. I asked them about my struts which Firestone had said I need to replace and they said No that I did not. Also, they installed my after market back up camera and charged me less than other quotes I have gotten. He explained to me how he connected everything and ran the wires through the door, side back panel and then the headliner and connected to the sun roof power since I would not be operating both the sun roof and the reversing at the same time so as to not blow a fuse. He showed me the limitations because of where my spare tire is positioned on the back of my RAV4 and the design of the camera to be connected to the license plate. So it gives a bit of a blind spot and he wanted to make sure I was aware. Anyway, all other quotes I had received where at least $75 more. They did a great job and I am very pleased.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. This is just a fair warning. The mechanics are incompetent and will do mediocre work for dealer prices. Their parts are overpriced and you can generally find the same part for less at other salvage yards or online. They will try and take advantage of you if they sense the opportunity. They are predatory and will seem like they are trying to help you if you are in a tough spot, but don't believe it. They are simply taking advantage of your situation and will overcharge you because they think they can get it. Don't fall for it.

I've been taking a couple of my vehicles here for a while stand up people as much as I go I'm sure they're tired of me but they do a good job A wise man once said if you do a good job they have no need to come back LOL

We were passing thru and had a gas problem with our RV. Jim and Jeremy was top notch tryig to find the problem for at least 1 1/2 hours and was so reasonably on the price that we wish they were in our hometown.

Their were alot of older junk/wrecked cars here. You can pull your own part or you can get them to pull it. The service is so so and expensive if you go there in person. They did charge what a dealership charges minus $5 an hour despite the fact noone was a certified mechanic at the time. It may be different now. Only good if you have a car circa 1990's and before. They do have some 2000's but limited stock. Prices vary drastically! Needed parts for a ford expedition approx 8 years ago. Told me it was $125.... A new one was $118 at auto zone! Got my friend to call (he recommended them) then and ask for the same part..He was told $40. Dress country or your prices are higher. Especially in a polo or shirt with button. Did this approx 6 times for different parts. Alternator, rotars(twice), muffler, coils and wires rearview mirror. My friend always got the best price_. Dressed in Dale Earnhardt shirt, old wrangler jeans i found at yardsale down the road. I went in person and got the same price my friend received. In polo shirt and khaki shorts, they multiplied the price by 3 or 4. The last time, in summer 2011, i needed another rotar i got a price over the phone talking country of $20. Went to pick it up dressed nice(normal for me), they told me i was given the wrong price and it would be $45. Never went back. I hope this is not the case anymore. Just wanted to share my experience.

They were all nice and showed me how to take a car part off to put it on my car 🚗 and the pricing was good for what I needed

I have been doing business with Jim for about 30 years. Jim and his team really know automobiles from early 60's to current. They not only run a salvage yard but repair cars and trucks as well as sell cars that they have bought or traded for. I have bought over the years 9 cars and while they will most times have a minor blemish or something small not working they have always been mechanically sound. The only thing against them is they are always busy so it sometimes takes a little time to get your car fixed. Myself and my 4 kids all have had or currently have a car from them or repaired by them. They have just finished a 3 month mechanical restoration of my 1972 AMC AMX "Z" code car to factory orginal specs. I hope you try them and have a great experience.

Used to get good work done for correct pricing from this place for years and years and now lately prices have spiked up a goood bit. Disappointing.

Been there a few times. They don't let you out on the yard and try to sell you new parts. They didn't even tell me untill I was leaving that they didn't even have a vehicle like mine. And the lady sat there and lit up a cig in that tiny room. While I was asking about a part.
