Great people and even better service. Fast,friendly, have high tolerance or patience for slow people. Just all around amazing . I wouldn't use any other company. They have bailed me out multiple times. A Plus Towing is also affordable. Not like all these others around. They are definitely here to help and for the people. Hard to find that in todays world.
I called and was in a pinch. Needed a piece of equipment moved quickly and Drew took care of us. His driver also helped us unload a semi before returning our equipment back to the shop. Great service!!
Witnessed a driver at 1030amon September 9, 2025. Speeding and reckless driving coming from Hampton cove to Huntsville. Driver was going well over 70 and the posted speed limit is 55 with a car in tow. No regards for the safety of the public or citizens safety.
Be aware this company has absolutely no knowledge or respect for the law and will tresspass on your property even when the law state they can not even create under a garage door that ris open only a few feet for big enough for cats to enter, as well breach your dwelling and damage your personal property then when confronted by the homeowners and give false legal information such as they are calling the police and they homeowners threatening them and don't to jail!!!!
Please understand there are very strict laws that are very much in favor of the consumers and any town repo person should be fully aware and responsible to keep within these laws and never misconstrue the law or give false information to fraudulently conduct there business!!!!! And if they come on your property it you tell them to leave they must even if your vehicle is fully loaded on there truck they have to honor this it is private property also they can not breach the peace as in you are in control and they have to have your permission and cannot enter your dwelling or damaged your property!!!!! If the police deem the breached the peace you can issue warrant. Note dwelling definition is cross a door way that closes so if your garage is wide open they can not enter it is burglury!!!!! This company had the audacity to inform the homeowner who tried to get them to come out of there locked snatch and grab by opening the door and has full intentions of punching them and said so and was within there absolutely legal peramitors and on private property a homeowner can defend and protect there family from anyone with the force see fit as in deadly force or physically because its your property and these people are fully aware they are not supposed to come into your property without you consent and can't take your vehicle unless you allow it and are supposed make sure you give them permission they can no sneak around, stalk or harass you either or come to your work nothing but they will tell you anything and misrepresent the law and call. Local pd to your private property they can not have any assistance by law enforcement repo assist in Alabama is not legal and if law enforcement comes to your property during a repossession the are only supposed to come to protect the homeowner's and should only be called by you if any law enforcement tried to give you any kind of paperwork from them understand this is not a civil matter and inform the officer that a repo is a civil matter ask if your being arrested or detailed if not the politely ask them to please leave and you need them to document and make a police report of everyone involved and get a report number. It is out jobs as homeowners and consumers to know our rights because companies expecially this one break these laws and tell you anything to get bye. You have to educate yourself of all your rights and don't let these people take advantage of you your own control
Set it up Friday with Nikki to tow my vehicle on Tuesday morning 8/1/23 didn't put it in the schedule so I got screwed 🤬 the man I spoke to was extremely nice but unable to help as they were in Huntsville and had no available trucks.
I will NEVER call to try to use again!!!!
Literally the nicest the company!! The lady that towed our truck was the nicest person. They actually were going to tow someone else’s car and drove past us at the right time. They immediately helped us. And went above and beyond! Highly recommend
There names are Andrew and Drew and these two guys are great ppl and I will stand by that and argue with anyone that says otherwise I was broke down and they were just driving by and stopped to see if I was ok and asked if they could look over the car and I say yes with the lil hope I had it would start these twodid everything they could wasn't giving up wasn't just wanting to tow me for the money instead they got my car running didn't charge me didn't want nothing in return. If you have to call a tow company plz call these guys please give them your business and hell you never know you might be the next me and just be driving away and not be as serious as you think. Highly recommend and would forsure use them in the future
