Do not use this company. They are a total scam and do not honor their warranty. I have been trying for 8 months to get a motor installed in my truck that is covered under their warranty i and they will not cooperate. Totally give you a runaround every time you contact them
Could not find a drive shaft anywhere for my truck so I called LKQ and it was no problem. They had it here in two days definitely will give them more business if I need anything
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. They had me waste my time for 4 days. Telling my part was there when I get there, sorry it's not ready. I will never do business with them again.
Hours of business are terrible. Close at 4pm omg. The parts I needed cost way more then I could buy new and I showed them the prices and they just laughed and said go buy it there then and would not lower they're huge price. Was very angry and would not recommend them. Go buy me or used on ebay Amazon or dealer.

Went there bought a new radiator it came with a hole in it tried to exchange the item with a used one and pay the difference they wouldnt let me do it. Told me i had to purchase it in whole but mind you the used one is more than the new one. So i asked for a refund i paid them cash money but they supposed to have been mailed my refund that was on may 18th 2021 its now may 25th and i havent received my refund yet and everytime i call they transfer me to a line where nobody is in their office now they saying it might be another week before i get my Money

Be very cautious when buying engines from this place. Had to pay my installer twice they gave me a bad engine. Just use( jasper engines ) for your replacement
The staff was knowledgeable and polite. I called LKQ a few days ago and was given a very reasonable price for the part I needed. Today I visited the location to purchase the item.
Can never get anybody on the phone hard place to try to communicate with at the local office people in the store do a good job but the salesman you calling the phone drop the ball
Prices are too high for a junk yard. I do like that they can get your part from another property, but the price is too high for a used part, with no cash refund.
