I will never use them again. The guy hooked up the car but because it was on an hill, it couldn't load onto the bed. He should have known this. He then charged us extra to unhook the car, let it roll to a flatter surface and then load it correctly.
Worst towing experience I've ever had. I called these guys because I some of the other companies I called didn't pick up initially. The guy picked up and seemed pretty professional. He told me that it would be an hour. I waited patiently. Then, the actual driver called, and told me that he was driving his girlfriend's car, and it was messing up; so he wanted me to wait an extra 30-40 minutes before he could get to his actual tow truck. I said, "cool." That turns into another hour and a half. He tells me the mechanic almost got the car up and running. At the time I was getting ready to call another tow company, but he assured me that he was on his way. So, I waited another 30 minutes before this guy tells me that his brakes went out on his tow truck. Then, he proceeds to tell me that his supervisor says to call me and let me know that there is nothing that they're willing to do because I'm not an insurance call. Steer clear of this company at all costs. Not to mention, they were much higher than everyone else. He wanted to charge me $125 for horrible service. But, after talking with the driver I probably dodged a bullet with the way he probably would have handled my car. He seemed like one of those workers who takes every shortcut available. This company is the epitome of unprofessional.
After waiting 2 hours on another tow truck company, I contacted All About Towing. Within 30 minutes a truck was at my location. I was able to get my car to the dealership with no hiccups. The price was nearly half of what the other company quoted. They will definitely be my first call if I ever need a tow in Montgomery again.
Linda in the office is a rockstar & The truck driver Cody is awesome. I had a piece of equipment stuck & within an hour there was a truck on site & the equipment was out.

They said that they will call 15 minutes before they arrive but when they call and we got to where my friend car was broke down, they were already there and in the process of hooking his car up and getting ready to tow it. The woman was very nice and very knowledgeable of what she was doing, we were very impressed. She really did a good job.
My semi was stuck in some mud at a hotel in Montgomery Al. Called All About Towing they had a truck available, he arrived quickly very nice, polite and funny. We discussed how he was going to pull me out, all went according to the plan had me out and running in about 20 min. I hope I never need another wrecker but if I do and I’m the Montgomery area I’ll definitely be calling All About Towing. I know a lot of reviews say that customer service is sub par and rude but that was not my experience, right from the first phone, to pulling me out it was professional, and pleasant, and a fair price to top it all off.
On my only off day during the work week, watching our 4 month old is challenging enough—hearing my wife’s car has shut down when it’s as hot as it is in Alabama during the Summer is a shaking my head moment. After finding out we don’t have roadside included on her car’s insurance we had to find something reasonable out of pocket and convenient for the moment. After going through several options we found All About Towing and I’m not gonna lie, I knew I wasn’t gonna call any of the others back because they were able to meet our need financially and extremely quick! I enjoy writing reviews for people that work hard and deserve recognition. Felicia was our helper and she was on time, fast and about the business. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such a quick fashion. I highly recommend these guys because of our recent, awesome experience. I hope they can meet your needs as well! This towing service was sent to tow our company 18 wheeler and they are one of the most disrespectful and slow people I've ever seen. The person who answers the phones refuses to give updates as to where the tow driver is or an ETA. Then when you continue to call for updates she just answers and hangs up. We finally got a call after 2 hours stating the driver left Montgomery, AL about 45 minutes prior. He only had to go to the 228mm. Yet we were still waiting 1.5 hours later. The tow driver called said he was at MM 203 and it took him 45 more minutes to arrive. The tow driver arrives and starts hooking up and we let him know we would need him at the repair location which is about 50 miles away. It's not 2 hours later and he says he is still 45 minutes out. Poor service and no punctuality
They were awesome, price effective and on time! Mitch was our driver and he helped us out a lot and even made us laugh during our time of crisis! I will definitely be using and refering All About Towing in the future
We were driving from Indiana to Florida and blew a tire near Montgomery. We were panicked being so far from home with no one to call and didn’t realize we didn’t even have a spare. We got connected to this business through our insurance and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we could have our car back as soon as possible. I wish I knew our tow truck driver’s name but Felicia drove us all over until we could find any tire place that would be open on Sunday. She was truly a blessing
My roadside assistance plan connected me with All About Towing, and is was a great connection! MITCH deserves a pat on the back! He exhibited great professionalism, zeal, and diligence. And as most customers desire to know...was the driver on time? I’m am happy to say YES ! He made phone calls to me to ensure I knew the color of his bright yellow tow truck and to update me on his ETA, even though my roadside assistance program sent me electronic updates. Great service shoutout to Mitch, who represents the company in a positive way!
Well they did good a towing, but when I went to pick my vehicle up the radio and other electrical components had been stolen off my truck. This was no big deal to them. I was told by an employee that it was common practice to remove radios to prevent theft. The front office had no knowledge of this practice. The best they could do was say leave a name and number and we will review the video surveillance. This is a place that claims to have a secure lot and is trusted by the state to secure these vehicles. Not very secure.
I had an amazing experience with Felicia as my driver this morning. She was absolutely wonderful and did her job efficiently. I am so glad she was the one sent out of to pick me up. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. Definitely would recommend this service to anyone needing a tow. They went above and beyond to assist me and make this experience less stressful.

However the Towing company had not towed our vehicle to the collision shop in a timely manner, resulting in our having to travel for a long distance to discover the car was not where we were told it would be.
Had to have my car towed this morning. Arrived on time. The driver was super nice and professional and even allowed me to ride with my vehicle to the repair shop. The price was unbeatable and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company for any towing needs!
I have used this company before with good results. The service was prompt. The driver actually lived in close proximity to my job. This time l had a different driver. He was prompt, but rude, sarcastic and condescending. Even prior to him loading the car l explained that the battery was the issue as he was rolling the window down. I was asking him why he was doing this as there was just enough juice to get the window up. His reply was, "Oh, don't worry about it. We'll get it up.".... I was worried. Before he loaded the car l also asked him to load my car from the front and not the back, so he could unload into my narrow driveway with the car facing the street. Again he blew me off, chuckling, stating, " Oh it'll be fine. We'll get it straight. We'll just turn it around."......What!!???....On the ride home in the cab, in this critical Covid-19 era, he wore NO MASK!!! ..That just made me DOUBLE mask. Entering my neighborhood, he's making snide remarks about the houses. Some dilapidated. When reaching my narrow driveway, he now realized why l wanted to back my car in, so l thought. He asked,
"Now, why do you need to back in??" My reply is, "Because l will need someone to come and look at the car and possibly see if THEY can jump it off." ( I had tried for quite sometime to jump the car before even calling for a tow.) I said to him, " You don't listen to your customers very well. I don't know if it's because I'm women and you don't think I know what l'm talking about or what!!" He replies, " No Ma'am, it doesn't have thing to do with you being a woman, l'm just here to help you." ..... At this point, l can only assume he's an "A ..h..le" everyday!!! Now he can see my irrigation as he continues to repeat that he's " here and to (quote) "help me." He unloads my car front first, immediately grabs the jumper cables attached to his tow truck. My car starts immediately...??!!!... Yep, that's right. His plan was to jump the car the whole time!!! What a jerk. He could have done this from the start. No he wanted to collect $80, yep $80.00. What a way to make your Christmas quota; all the while telling me he's here to help me and thanking me for my business. What a joke. I would have happily payed him 1/2 the price just for the jump. Instead l just got Screwed. The only other thing to say is, "What goes around, comes back around."

My starter went out in my truck down from my job. I called around and they were the only ones available at 2am. I expected a expensive rate but it was very reasonable and fair. The driver was a pretty cool guy and customer service was great also. I would definitely recommend them.
I think it was John who towed my vehicle for me. My e-break doesnt work, so I appreciated the care he took in making sure my truck was safely stowed when he unloaded it at my house. I felt safe around him (contrary to an experience I had with a different tow service, Campbells which I would NOT recommend to any woman), he seemed like a nice guy.
I didn’t get the guy’s name but from the time that he arrived until the time he left my experience was amazing. He assured me that I wasn’t the only one stuck in the situation. I went from being very frustrated to being very calm and happy. I am so very thankful for his help and professionalism.I would recommend this company to anyone.

Watch out for these crooks. They charged my pregnant wife 150 bucks for a 25min. drive. Took a completely different route telling her he couldn't make it through the toll yet took a route 14miles around a straight shot just to rack up mileage. Next day we found out the driver only turned in 100 bucks and pocketed 50 as a "tip". Also spoke with the owner and nothing happened about it. Not a refund or anything to fix the issue. Stay farrrr away
Your average wait time is 1 1/2 hour. Yet on this day, GEICO screwed up sending my paperwork which caused a 4 hour delay in being towed away. The office staff's customer service is less than desired, so forget friendly service - it's cut to the chase and straight to the point. However, the tow truck driver, Daniel, was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Not sure how many trucks they have, but when we arrived at the mechanic, there was another AAT truck pulling up with another stranded vehicle.
My experience with this company was wonderful today. I can honestly say this was the friendliest service I have ever received from a towing company. The driver went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle & for this I feel blessed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing towing assistance.
Unknowledgeable, unprofessional. and extremely rude dispatch staff. Waited over 3 hours and they could care less. My motor club canceled them and new service arrived in less than 30 minutes. I pray my motor club cancel their contract. And for the record, I give them a 0 star!
Two years ago I called them to tow my car during the Christmas holidays. I had a bad experience with their employees being rude and not caring. I waited a few hours over the estimated amount and the excuse was they were having a Christmas party that I interrupted. The manager didn’t care about the complaint, and the car was towed eventually so there was no need for me to write a complaint on here...I assumed they were just having a bad holiday season...
Fast forward on yesterday I called and spoke with a lady to set an appointment to get my car towed from my old apartment to my home at 7 o clock. I called around 3. At 7 I called to be informed I had no appointment and it would be an hour and a half. I set another appointment for 11:00 the following morning. After calling to confirm around 10 this morning I was told it would be sometime around 11 even though I had an appointment because all of their trucks were out at the moment.
Thirty minutes after my appointment the tow truck came. He was really quick, nice and helpful.
The employees however are rude, and they know they will not get in any trouble from the manager for talking to customers any way. I work customer service and this is definitely not how you should run a business.
Also, someone has commented about people writing bad comments because they don’t want to pay for a tow. I had no problem paying even after the two bad experiences. The only reason I used them the second time is because no other company would pick up the phone that was in town. The next time I will use someone from another city. I don’t mind paying extra to get good service from a company who respects their customers.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had a tire go flat a little north of Montgomery on I-65 around 11pm and I was completely by myself and do not know how to change a tire. Thankfully I was only about 30 minutes north of my family so they immediately came out there to wait with me until the tow truck came out. I have Hyundai Roadside Assistance so I called them at 11pm and was given a 90 minute eta. After 100 minutes I call the towing company and they inform me that the tow truck that was coming for me had to go to a car wreck and they would send another one out. After another hour of waiting my mom calls them and they say they are 20 minutes out. Another 20 minutes passed and I receive a call from them asking if I still needed a tow. Unbelievable. They inform me that they will be there in 20 minutes and if I wanted to I can leave my keys in the gas thing and leave the door unlocked. After having waited for over 3 hours I decide to do that because it's 3AM. I get a call from the tow truck company 30 minutes later about how they could not find my car so I describe the location again and tell him to please call me back when he gets my car because I am worried about it. I never receive another phone call and just assume he forgot to call me. Surely he would have called if he couldn't find it. The next day Hyundai is closed but I drive by just to be sure my car was dropped off there. It wasn't. So I finally decide to drive by the tow company and it's not there either. I go inside to ask about it and the woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and informed me that my car was never picked up because I missed a call from my insurance company which was a complete lie probably to cover their backs. My car was left unlocked with the keys in it on the side of the interstate and no one even called to tell me. This company better be thankful my car was still there or they would have been taken to court. Never ever ever use this company!!! I got physically sick from the stress of dealing with this and it was all over one flat tire.
90 minute eta turned into 4 hours and 15 minutes. was on my through montgomery on vacation. Had children in the car. Luckily a friend lived an hour away who was able to come get my family while i waited endlessly in the car. the dispatcher was unhelpful and unsympathetic. Driver told me he was on his way then when i called an hour later told me that he was going to be another hour. He seemed annoyed that my car was black. when he showed up he complained about his night. Once we got the car loaded up he and i had a good talk but the whole experience was horrific. He said that I should have told the dispatcher that i had kids in the car and they would have come sooner......i told them twice i had a baby in the car with me. This towing company sucks. The car repair shop rolled their eyes the next day when I told them which company left me stranded and they said that they have a terrible reputation around Montgomery.
Last night my husband had a blow out on the interstate approximately 50 miles outside of his destination. I contacted my insurance company to verify our benefits and they contacted the tow company. My husband contacted me and informed me that he had assistance. I checked the status from the alert and it said driver arrived. I assumed it was the tow driver. I received a call from the driver with All About Towing and Hauling. Instantly he was very rude and had an issue with the pick up location being outside of Montgomery, AL as if he was not aware that he would be travelling outside of the county and was not being compensated to do so. Then he told me it may cost more since it wasn't local... which was a lie according to my insurance benefits.
I was confused because I thought he was already onsite and communicated that to him. He said he was not there and asked if I wanted to cancel the tow. I advised that I needed to talk to my husband first to make sure that the tow services were not needed. No sooner than ending the call with him, I received a phone call from a woman asking if I wanted to cancel the tow. I explained everything to her and requested that she cancel the tow. It was obvious to me that the tow driver did not want to do his job and was going to try to get extra money. She offered to send out another driver. I declined...
I'm giving this company 1 star because of the driver who was too rude, lazy, and dishonest to do his job. 5 stars goes to the good samaritan that owns a plumbing company in Tennessee that happened to be passing through and helped my husband. There are still good people out there and I suggests All About Towing and Hauling hire some!
