Had one of my trucks get stuck tonight and we called, the young lady said it’ll be around $350 to pull the semi out. So you can guess how shocked I was to get a bill for $722. I had my driver ask why such an extensive jump in the price and the wrecker said he put it in as a two hour job. Mind you the office is 10miles/15 minutes from the stuck truck, and he was there for less than an hour total. Pulled everything out with ease using the cables, didn’t have to use anything else, and got charged that.. I sincerely feel ripped off! Just be warned on that aspect of it.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Seamon's towing. The professionalism, kindness, care and knowledge that they expressed was tremendous. They helped our family in a rather stressful situation in the middle of the night. Dispatch the night of was quick, calming and informative. Service was timely, and the driver took the time to be as gentle and careful as you can be with a car that has been in an accident. Dispatch the next morning as we coordinated transportation of the vehicle to the repair shop chosen by our insurance was thoughtful and kind. Highly recommend, and will pass their infomation on the anyone I see that needs a tow. Special THANK YOU to Ms. Maria, Mr. Gabe, and Ms. Melissa for going above and beyond.

This is one of the worst towing companies in the city of Montgomery. They are a bunch or free-loaders and will do anything to sell your vehicle in an auction. The manager dynasty has a disgusting attitude. She is very cocky and tries to deceive you because she doesn’t like it when people know what they’re talking about. These people work with folks vehicles, something that is not to be taking very likely in todays world- but she wants to have her employees make you wait almost 30 minutes when calling to get info and gets them to hang up in your face. Without even giving you an answer. Like I truly wish I could give them a 0. Their customer service is terrible. We have other great towing companies in the gump, use them. Spare yourself the headache and the nasty spirit of Ms. Dynasty.

On May 20, 2024 we were travelling in our 40’ motorhome with our two dogs when we had a breakdown, 50 miles from our reserved campsite. The dealership referred us to Seamon’s as their preferred service provider. The gal who answered my phone call was very friendly and helpful. She gave clear instructions and timelines re the tow driver. Within a short time we received his call as she said and again, he was very friendly and clear on the process. When he arrived he was prepared and professional. His name is Jesse and he did a great job for us. Thanks Jesse for all your help!!

Referred to them by American Towing Llc because they had no trucks available and it was a great recommendation. From the young lady who answered the phone to the flatbed driver, Michael, they are a class act. Prices were decent and they had the truck eñ route as soon as I hung up the phone. Picked me up in the “boonies”. Michael even called on the way to let me know his eta. Thanks Seamon for helping me out!

I can’t say enough positives about my experience with seamon. My son was in a 4 vehicle pile up and seamon was called to tow vehicle away. Aaron was calm and patient with gathering all info I needed to send as a result of being out of town. Michael located and turned in a bank card and the office called to say they would be mailing it to me. TU for hiring people who not only do their job but care about the customer!

The driver was polite, on point and very quick. I was told the driver would arrive in an hour but showed up in about 15 minutes and wasted no time getting me hooked up and to a shop. Masterful at driving and extremely careful on turns so not to damage my truck so I was very appreciative of that.

Terrible customer service. As far as the towing service they were great. We were stranded in our rv 3 hours from home with our 3 boys and the dog! They got to us within an hour. When I frantically called seamons after calling several other towing companies that were unable to tow our diesel pusher RV I was grateful they could do the job. They towed our RV to a local mechanic. After calling seamons, the mechanic called me and said he could actually provide roadside service and said he would call seamons and let them know not to worry about towing us. Well he called me right back and said he spoke with seamons and they were on the way to us (they didn’t arrive for another 30 mins) and to just let them tow us to him. We went to pick our RV up that Monday. To our surprise we were hit with a $2200 tow bill! The repair was $250! I called seamons to ask why they would not have informed us that it would be that much and why they wouldn’t have just cancelled the tow after the mechanic said he would come to us. The lady said I never asked so she didn’t tell. That it true. I never asked. I don’t run a tow company for a living. I’ve had cars towed in the past but never would I have imagined it would cost that much to tow the RV!! I called a tow company from where we are from and gave them the exact miles and he quoted me $635. I tried calling Seamons back and asked to speak to the owner. They told me the owner would call me back. Of course they did not return my call. I wanted to make sure that he tells his staff they should be quoting their customers especially when it will be a small fortune for a tow! I feel like I was completely taken advantage of by this company. I have contemplated writing this review because I feel bad to bash a company based off of one employees “mistake” which I why I tried to speak to the owner. I want other people to be warned so this does not happen to anyone else!

I needed a tow and I was told $75 for 15miles and $3.50 for every mile after 15 mi. My tow was 19 miles so I was expecting a bit more but when they got to my house, I called them to pay for the tow and they charged me $155, almost double what what I was told. I spoke to the lady in the office and she was very nice and apologized that I was told that price but it turns out it’s $4/mi for the entire tow after 15 mi. So I got charged the $75 for the pick up and $4/mi for 19 miles. She told me to talk to Melissa, who is the manager, about it in the morning when she got back to the office. I called back and spoke with Melissa and she was not as friendly. At first she just said sorry and we will do better next time, at this point it’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. I pushed a bit to get the price reduced and get refunded for the amount I told. Melissa started to argue with me and she said she would listen to the phone call and get back with me that day, I called at around 1 and she said she hasn’t listened to it yet, I called again around 4 and they said she was gone for the day. I called again the next day and was told she will call me back, I did not receive any kind of phone call back, refund or anything. Any time I call, there’s always an excuse why she can’t talk to me directly. Double check the price before you get a tow because they will then hold you vehicle hostage until you pay the full amount.

I received extremely unprofessional customer service during the initial call with dispatch. The dispatcher was impatient and would interrupt me during the conversation. Although the BMW dealership has after hours drop off and I secured arrangements to have my car serviced the next day, the dispatcher argued that my car would have to be towed from the dealership. She claimed the gate would be locked and there would be no where to leave my car. I contacted All About Towing and had a pleasant experience. They dropped my car off at the dealership. I was able to use the after hours drop off service and got a call early next morning to start repair. To avoid another level of frustration on top of needing a tow, skip calling this company.

This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with . This past Saturday my husband was in an accident that totaled his car . The driver for Seamon was very polite . He told my husband and myself that we would not be charged for Sunday because the scrapyard is closed on Sunday . Sunday morning I call to see what we need to do Monday . The lady that answered the phone let me know that the scrapyard closes at 4 and that we need to get there before then . We got there at 3 and were told that there was no driver . The next day my mother went . I called before she left to head that way and told them she would be headed there at 11. She got there at 11:20 and what do you know . They did not have a driver . The lady on the phone let me know that the way I am acting will not get me anywhere . I want to make it very clear . I work in customer service . I know what customer service is . This has been the worst service I have ever received . I’ve never even left a bad review on a company because I understand . Even though I did my part and every day tried to get it handled (being hard to take off of work ) they are still charging me for everyday . I hope that no one ever gets treated the way we have been .

I got stuck in the ground pretty deep and called them to come and get me out. They came right away and was able to get me out. I had called another tow truck company and they came out and then they told me that they couldn’t do it because they might get stuck.Seamon wrecker service came out in a truck almost as big as the truck the other company came out in and Seamons was able to help me. I would strongly recommend this company.

My car was stolen and abandoned on private property the same day (June 1st). Seamon got the car June 2nd and they held the car for 5 days running the charges up before sending a certified bill of charges. They included a towing charged that was already paid by the property owner where the car was left. When I showed them the stolen car report verifying the car was stolen they refused to release the car and continued charging storage fees. The storage fees included Saturday and Sunday which are days they are closed so you can't get your vehicle. ( It's shady practice to charge someone when your business is closed and they are not able to get their car). When getting the car (2 days before they stated they was going to auction the car) the car was completely cleaned out! Seat covers off and everything out like it was ready to be vacuumed. Some paperwork that had my name on it was left. They claimed they did not take anything out the car but I have never heard of someone stealing your car and cleaning it out for you they same day. They even cleaned the trunk out down to the spare tire.

I had to get my car out of impound from this business today and I am very dissatisfied with my over all experience. I was put on hold every time I called, the secretaries were rude, short, and not very informative unless asked direct questions. When I arrived it wasn’t much better! To top it off service was slow and again no info was volunteered without having to drag it out of the front desk person. I do not recommend! The price for towing services was double compared to the company I used.

I had a bad experience with another tow company. My vehicle was towed to my private property and directions weren't followed resulting in property damages when the truck got stuck and left my vehicle in a mud hole. 4 other companies came up to bail out the first. Seamons was the only company that could get the first truck unstuck. On top of that when I had to get the vehicle out of the disaster area we were left with, other companies simply didn't want to get involved or tried making every excuse under the sun to not perform the work. Seamons came through for me again and got the vehicle back on solid ground so that the company contracted through my insurance to deliver vehicle to the shop would show up and do the work. Additionally, I'd like to add how easy and headache free it was to deal with Seamons. The driver was courteous and professional. I'll call them if I ever need a tow again.

My brakes went out of my vehicle there for I slammed into a storefront. The Wrecker Service that same as the guys working it it came out we're very rude and without saying it is so many words we're saying that they didn't believe my brakes that went out. I went to pick up my vehicle only to find that my headliner around my sunroof have been ripped out that I had two watches old watches that are worth a lot of money. I was very upset. And after reading some of their reviews I see people that go pick up your cars don't even have Cadillac converters on them. If you can help it do not use these people

The co has product they were given permission to destroy back in October. They said could not do it due the weather and again ask in November about getting the product destroyed. The person that was to advise me. Never emailed me back .. when I made a call to the company. I was told they were having equipment issues and it should be fixed and they should have the product destroyed by the follow week. Called today and they could not tell me when our product would be destroyed. Melissa Martin made more excuses. I can't get a true answer from them. Very disappointing. Plus she does not respond to calls or emails.

A complete sham service!! The associates went through my totaled vehicle before I arrived to claim my personal items and stole all of the cash, the prepaid debit card, and cash app card that was in my purse along with my identification that the claimed they couldn't find for over an hour. When I finally got to see my vehicle the purse that they couldn't find was on the driver's side floor turned inside out almost if they had just dumped everything on the floor and took what they wanted. This experience made the experience of the wreck I was in even worse.
