Depending on what you're looking for, the prices are reasonable IF he has it. Really nice guy, he'll do what he can to help you, even if that means sending you to someone else who has what you need
My mom and dad who have been needing transportation due to my mom having surgery purchased a motor for $800.00 from bama used auto parts. He didn't have the motor nor will he refund their money back. It's been a month and they are still with out transportation. This man is disgusting and vile to do some one like this knowing the situation. And the fact the money is not his. He also said he won't give them their money back. Please don't patronize this man's business he is a con artist. I am reporting to the bbb.
this company is a rip off the owner was asking for money when i had already paid my full amount for what he was asking and he tried to insult me and also lied to the police by saying i owed money to his workers and himself to don’t go i do not recommend this company they will rip you off
They stole, kept $2,050.00 of our money, and we are disabled. Money was for engine replacement. No work was done and he tried to keep our truck. If I could rate them negative 5 stars I would. We still owe on truck, so we are stuck. We contacted the BBB to no avail, now we are also filing a Complaint with consumer Protection, Attorney General of Alabama.
Went to get a battery which was kinda high but it was defective so I had to go back and get another one which is not very good but beware no cash refunds .go elseware........
Scam artist..paid for an engine and never received it or a refund........update a month later was refunded my money in full,so atleast he did what was right

Very rude and nasty, totally forgot that i was coming to get the alternator for my car, was nasty and told me to get out his shop, i was glad to, told me it will be an hour before he gets the part, i left and i will never be back...please dont go there...
DO NOT let these people do anything for you. I paid for a transmission and John the owner couldn't find the one i needed. He lied to me the whole time I dealt with him. And the thing is he never got the transmission I needed and wouldn't give my money back. They are con artists. Worst place I ever dealt with before. I recommend know one never do business with these scam artists. I repeat NEVER. IF YOU DO, DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WORN YOU.
Most horrible rip off man there is. The guy who owns it is nothing more then a scam artist. I had broken down in Montgomery, I called around and found this man who said he would repair my vehicle. I had already located the parts. When I arrived with the tow truck he met me outside and said don't worry about the parts I found he had them. Well that was a lie he kept up for 3 days. But not before tearing my truck apart so I could not move it till the parts was repaired. In other words intentionally taking my truck apart so I would have zero choice but to let him repair it. After 3 days and constant lies, I finally went and got the parts so I could get back to Atlanta. After all 3 days I had lost Dale's and service calls. Well 4th day I got my truck and immediately started off to Atlanta. I didn't make it. There was nothing wrong with the breaks when I took the truck to him, it was the rear end had gone bad. Not I had ABS lights on, and by the time I got 20 miles away I had NO BREAKS!! SERIOUSLY I had to place the truck in neutral and coast to a stop on the interstate. I had the truck tow to Atlanta. The mechanic there break lines not tight and leaking fluid where Bama people had not bother to tighten the up. Bolts not put back properly and had cut into the tire, wires and emergency brake cables just taped up. And rubbing against the tire. Long story short. These people almost got me killed!!!
These people will RIP you off.... its rumored that their parts are from stolen cars so more of a chop shop and junk yard I cant prove it but I will say they act really shift about some of the information you ask and parts you request also if you get the wrong part you can forget about getting a refund or even swap for the right part if they even have it that is. Long story short I will never be back!!!
Worst experience ever no customer service unsatisfied unpaid workers who will tell you they hate their job and don't like to work I. Learned more about the man problems than what I came for he was talking about child support and being single and how the man and his boss dont know nothin about the junk yard i was a hot mess

THE OWNER, JOHN PAUL IS A CON ARTIST, RUDE TO CUSTOMERS, AND WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND CONCERNING AUTO PARTS AND COMPLETING AUTO JOB. I GAVE HIM $600.00 FOR A MOTOR ON MAY 30TH. HERE IT IS ALMOST A MONTH LATER (JUNE 21, 2016), AND HE HAS NOT ORDERED MOTOR. HE STATED THAT CAR WILL BE READY ON FOLLOWING THURSDAY AFTER INITIAL PAYMENT OF $600.00 ON MAY 30TH. MY SON CHECKED WITH HIM ON JUNE 7TH, THE DAY THAT HE STATED VEHICLE WILL BE READY AND HE STATED THAT HE HAD TO SEND MOTOR BACK BECAUSE IT HAD A CRACK AND HE ORDERED ANOTHER MOTOR OUT OF MOBILE AND NEEDED ANOTHER WEEK TO COMPLETE JOB. MY SON AND BROTHER CHECKED WITH HIM THROUGHOUT THE WEEK TO SEE IF MOTOR HAD COME IN AND JOHN PAUL WAS VERY RUDE. SO WE CHECKED WITH HIM ON JUNE 16TH, AND HE HAD EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. HE HAD THE MONEY FOR THE MOTOR BUT MADE ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES. SO HE SAID THAT HE WAS GOING TO ORDER A MOTOR OUT OF MOBILE AND WILL HAVE VEHICLE READY WITHIN A WEEK. MY SON AND BROTHER WENT TO GET REFUND AND CAR AND JOHN PAUL WAS AGAIN RUDE AND NASTY. HE MADE THEM WAIT WHILE HE WALKED AROUND AND WAITED ON OTHERS AS THEY CAME IN. MY BROTHER DEMANDED REFUND AND POSESSION OF CAR AND HE REFUSED. SO MY BROTHER ENDED UP CALLING THE MONTGOMERY POLICE....TWO CARS OF POLICEMEN ARRIVED AND THE POLICEMEN MADE HIM GIVE THE REFUND AND RECOMMENDED THAT CAR BE REMOVED FROM JOHN PAUL'S PLACE OF BUSINESS ASAP...THE POLICEMEN HAD TO BE CALLED TO MAKE JOHN PAUL DO RIGHT. SO GLAD WE GOT MONEY AND CAR BACK THANKS TO THE PERSISTENCE OF MY SON AND BROTHER AND HELP FROM THE POLICE. STAY AWAY FROM HIS SHOP IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. HE DOES NOT RUN A PROFESSIONAL AND RELABLE BUSINESS....REALLY TACKY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
