I want to express heartfelt gratitude to Sam and Chris for their exceptional service in fixing my car, which truly elevated my experience with your outstanding customer care, and I'm thankful for addressing my automotive requirements with such excellence.
Never in my life would I ever go back or ever would recommend anyone. I had a failed engine a year ago in December 2023, the warranty I had on my car covered the engine. Sam installed my new engine. When I got my car back the engine was overheating and had smoke from it. Had to take it back to him. He had my car from December to January. This year I had pumped bad gas. I sent it to them it clean out my new engine. It took 2 weeks, when I got my car back my car was stalling to crank up each time. I tried to wait it out Sam said it was the Seafoam in the engine trying to burn out it continued till my car died while driving. Had to take to Gipson’s and my motor locked up. Oil was in there and I just got a an oil change 2 weeks ago.
EXTREMELY RECOMMEND!!! Very polite! Sam did not waste any time but went straight to the problem! If your planning a road trip, I would HIGHLY suggest going to him to check your car out! Would I recommend to a friend ? ABSOLUTELY! 24 YEARS in Business. When he popped my hood, he knew exactly what motor I had within less than a second. He saved me between $600 - $1000. Thank you Sam!
My 21 year old daughter's 2021 Jeep Renegade died on Interstate 65 North, just a few miles south of Montgomery, AL. It was 5:30 PM and I was 2 hours away from her. The nice folks who showed up to tow her vehicle away suggested that the Jeep be brought to a mechanic that they trusted. I was given Sam's name, number and City Wide Automotive.
By the time, I reached my daughter at 7:30 pm (nice tow truck folks had dropped her at a Love's gas station restaurant to wait for me), I called Sam and he had already gotten her Jeep and was running diagnostics on it. 2 hours later...9:30 pm...Sam is STILL working on her car and told me her fuel pump was bad.
He ordered the part the very next morning and met us at his shop in the afternoon. He put my daughter's repair ahead of the full workshop of cars he already had to help get us up and running again.
This is a saint of man. It is one thing to be hard-working and a man of your word. It is an entirely different thing to be those things to complete strangers, who are stranded in his town and people that he owes nothing to. I could not recommend this gentleman more to anyone looking for car repairs.
Sam was kind to check out a truck for me. He inspected it and told me what all was wrong with it before I purchased a bad vehicle. Best money I spent in a while.
Thankful for an honest gentleman who’s hardworking and honest. Worked on two of my vehicles and I will be sure to visit in the future! Go see Sam Jordan he does an amazing JOB!
