ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE I'VE SEEN IN AWHILE!!!! You're better off to drive further and find someplace else. The staff here, if you wanna call them that, are the rudest most inconsiderate employees I've ever seen at a truck stop. I travel all over the country and rarely do I leave a review about a truck stop but this place needs shut down.
I’d give it less if I could do a review without a starthis is a horrible TA to do a 10 hour break at!!!! Rude people no restaurant anymore! And it says it’s here on the app. And every parking spot is apparently a payed parking. Which is crap because they are not marked as that!!!

I would rate this place a 0 if I can . It’s no good food here to eat and shower were extremely nasty . What really too the cake is the mall cop lady they have there . She constantly going around knocking on trucks asking for $22 . She knocked at my door at 8:00pm and then 10:30pm . Meanwhile I paid for my parking spot with my ticket in window then 3:00am she came back around a third time to knock again disturbing my peace and sleep . That lady is slow and need to be fire your not a “REAL” police just a mall cop probably not even getting paid over $16 a hour is what’s crazy . They need to fire that lady mall cop .
This place sucks I had my truck diagnosed because the truck ran like shit when I left it still ran like shit but they still changed me 130.00 Dollars. I had to take it Cummins. They fix it.if you want a tire they can do.
What a rundown truck stop, shower 9 only runs hot boiling water, no towels in the stalls, employees don't know anything, they kept saying they don't know anything, this place sucks.
Am company driver. I had a serious break problem with my big truck. I came in during the afternoon and there were three technicians on duty. Not only did the technician make the repair. This techy did it quickly maybe four hrs. And the replacement part had to be ordered.
The restaurant is closed but the heated meals are delicious and very hot. I had the fried chicken, rice & gravy with macaroni and cheese & string beans. The chicken is well seasoned and the food tastes like it was gourmet prepared. I’m not playing around try it and see for yourself.
And as usual there’s always a parking spot for me at almost all of the TA TRUCK STOPS. Be safe out here DRIVERS and don’t forget to be COURTEOUS and get your SLEEP

I came in around 11 PM to get a trailer tire repaired. The guy inside took my truck info and told me to wait for a call. I waited over an hour until 12:15 AM—nobody called, nobody came. I went back in, and all the workers were just standing around talking and laughing. They kept making excuses like “shift change” or “no technician available,” but it was obvious they just didn’t want to work.
There were no other trucks being serviced. They were just wasting time and ignoring customers. This place is completely unprofessional, and the staff clearly don’t care about drivers or their time. Do NOT come here unless you want to waste hours for nothing.
Absolutely the worst TA in the country. Sat on the scale for over 10 minutes waiting, went inside and there was a line of people waiting and no one working behind the counter. The lot is disgusting, the store is disgusting and then they have the nerve to charge for parking in most of the lot. This place needs to go under. I wouldn't advise anyone to come here for anything.
BEWARE, repair shop is trying to scam money. We came with air leak and asked for estimate, they repaired truck without approval or estimate, they charged for the part 3x more than actual cost. When we refused the charge they took off part and charged us to install and take it off. Eventually we went to different shop, part was not needed to be changed at all, only one fitting- 10 min job. Stay away from this location if you can.
The mechanics are not professional. Don’t trust them. They will put you and other people on the road at the risk. They will not fix your problem, they will make it worse.
This is without a doubt the worst T.A. IN THIS COUNTRY !

There to cheep to reopen the restaurant , but they have 3 people standing around holding up the counters...they sell bread , but have nuthing to put on it..

I don't know what you call this place. Gave it one star because that's what I had to do to write a review. No showers . it's 90 degrees out here.no restaurant. Why is this place still here. Close it down make life a little easier for us sweating. Close this dump down.
Arrived at 9:20 to have a trailer tire repaired. Gave all info needed my company replied to replace tire at 9:35. Watched 1 out of 4 technicians doing work on a truck. The others standing around talking and joking this went on for approximately 3 hours while I sit waiting on tire replacement. Finally at 1:00 technician takes a picture of tire. This is the worse service of any shop I’ve ever been to.1:15 still no work done
The shower was great, but almost every parking spot is PAY ONLY!!! $44 for two nights and the parking lot is pitiful and the store is in a desperate need of an upgrade. The restaurant was shut down during the liberal pandemic and hasn’t opened back up which is a shame. I was hoping once BP bought TA/Petro they would at least update everything, but very disappointed. A truck driver should NEVER have to pay for parking with the hell we have to put up with EVERY, SINGLE, DAY!!!! That’s just me though. So COME ON BP ( British Petroleum) and step up to the plate and help us truckers out. WE DESERVE IT!!!!
People stay away from this store unless you want to be robbed. One small zephyrhill bottle of water 33 FL Oz ( 1/4 of a gallon $2.79 and small m&m $2.29. I know there is inflation, but this TA is located at your corner Montgomery area, not in freaking Manhattan, come on!!
I wouldn’t recommend this place. When I entered a guy there estimated the price for the two trailer tires that would be replaced with retreads to be around $350 to $450. After the job was complete I was charged $900. Should have known when the previous customer was also complaining about the price.
I will never come back here!!!!! There were 2 woman working the counter and I was the only customer in the store and the one complety ignored me and after waiting the second one finally waited on me with attitude and she acted like I was bothering her (they both were playing on their phones, not busy or talking) when a paying customer is made to feel like a bother I'll just continue up the road and pay extra for fuel!

Sunday 2:00 p.m. need a coolant leak fixed nope sorry only one tire guy on right now and my mechanic don't come on till 4:00 p.m.. nobody in either Bay. Not a single truck here getting work done .. Empty .. on top of that place is small and dingy with no parking on the weekends because locals parking on their off time. It kind of matches Montgomery though.. oh yeah, The service representative was really nice, she gets a 10 out of 10!
I had a number of problems with my truck. Fan on motor was hitting the shroud, hood wouldn't close properly, and needed a rim for a trailer tire.
1) Couldn't figure out the hood problem.
2) I had to suggest a way to get the shroud away from the fan, so the fan wouldn't hit it.
3) They didn't have any aluminum rims for the trailer. I had to get a steel one.
I can't check the air pressure because the stem isn't lined up straight with the hole (inside tire). And there is no cap on the stem.
4) Drivers get a fine for not having valve caps on all tires.
Thank you for the work that was done properly. However I really don't think it was worth $443.62
What a bad attitude from the cashier, Taneisha, she is seeing that I am on crutches and I need help and she refuses to help, she responds in a bad way, I asked her to call the manager and she refused too, then a man (cleaning service) came to help me, take the DEF (2.5 gl) to my truck, they should make them pass a psychological test before hiring people, and only give work to those who deserve to work... Mrs. Taneisha's attitude is very bad...
Very nasty. Free parking spots have broke down trucks in them that look as if they been there a long time. Parking lot has large pot holes. About 3am someone started shooting. Never again.
Not your everyday TA. More like a dealer affiliate and it shows. Needs updating, and place looks like it could use a good cleaning as well. About half of parking is Reserved ($18). South on 65 to loves or flyingj is better choice
The restrooms are nasty here. So many people up on the front counter talking to the cashiers I don't know who's paying. who's buying. who's going. who's coming. if I skip somebody in line
I have been using this truck stop as a half way meeting spot to GA since I was 7 years old........ it hasn't changed! I'm 41! It's time for an update. The restrooms could use a little bit bigger stalls so your knees don't hit the door when you do your business.
Stop there in service and had a gas line leaking on the rv gas tank line, no one would help me anywhere else. But they did so grateful for them. Quick fixes. Thanks Don.p.
