In 1987, Wayne Hall and Danny Harrell opened their first H&H Home & Truck Accessory Center in Pelham, AL. In the beginning, it was just Wayne and Danny selling truck camper tops and portable buildings. I had ordered a Tonneau Retractable Bed Cover and Nerf Bars on seperate days. I was to have the Bed Cover installed on Wednesday, 16 Oct and the Nerf Bars I ordered on Monday , 14 Oct and wasn't supposed to come in for another week and a half. They went above and beyond and at their cost had the Nerf Bars delivered to their shop Wednesday, 16 Oct. They rescheduled the installation on Thursday, 17 Oct so that both items could be installed on the same day. I will definitely shop there again and I am bragging to my friends in regards to their service they provided. I am super happy and impressed on how they look on my 2024 Tacoma SR5. Got a bedcover put on my 2011 GMC Sierra truck. I walked across the street to eat some breakfast and they had it done before I got back. I’m very pleased with the fast service that they provided.
2nd time returning and I’ll tell ya what. They did a tremendous job on my 2024 Ram 1500. 1st time I went I had them install a brush guard and bug shield and also a putco tail light. Fast and friendly and customer service was outstanding . 2nd time I had them install new struts and shocks on front end since my Ram had a bad rake from the factory and when I saw it ,it was a totally different truck. It sits perfectly level now and rides so smooth. Great job H&H. I will be back
I recently purchased a used truck that had a metal toolbox with a
H&H tag on it. The toolbox didn't have a key to lock it and so I stopped in H&H Montgomery to see if I could get a replacement key. They didn't have a key to fit but they replaced the lock in just a few minutes. I was on the road again in just a few minutes with my locked toolbox. Friendly staff, I'd highly recommend this business..
Gary from the Montgomery store provided outstanding customer service. The install crew also did an outstanding job erecting the 12 x 35 RV carport . The crew was very efficient and worked well together.

I had H&H build me a wooden storage building and, which was required by our HOA. We picked the size, and then we chose the color of building & the trim. They said it would take at least two weeks, but they had it year in just over a week. They came in placed it exactly where we needed it dropped and leveled it up. The building looked great and was in the color we ordered. They did a great job from beginning to end, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I gave them five stars for not only doing what I expected, but I feel they went beyond my expectations.

I was disappointed with install. Shop did not do install of brush guard on scheduled date because installer was uncomfortable with job. On second attempt by another installer 3 days later panel that was to be trimmed and put back on was removed and lost by H&H. Truck has unfinished appearance and H&H of Montgomery,Al has no interest in making this right. I will have to
now pay a body shop to get replacement part and finish job properly.
I was looking for a place to work with in helping me pick some items out for my jeep. I have little to no knowledge about these things. The team members sat down with me and showed me what they can do and what the prices were. Finding the best prices online and actually getting me a few hundred dollars under what I was expecting. Providing me with a quote and setting a date for when the items would come in. When I dropped my jeep off I was expecting maybe a week wait but H&H got it done in one day. I went and picked up my jeep the next day. They did a great job and everything was perfect. They also offer free tire rotations which I learned is very important when having aftermarket tires on your car. Amazing experience overall.

I bought a Class III hitch, a set of 18” XD wheels and a J-Spec 3.5” lift kit for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. First, I’d like to start with this is not my first time dealing with H&H. They did a height-leveling kit on my 2020 Silverado Trail Boss late summer 2021. For this visit I had my exhaust upgraded. I went with the Rough Country exhaust. I was looking for a little more rumble but not obnoxious sounding. I was not disappointed with this exhaust. Took a few weeks for the exhaust to come in from the factory but it was worth the wait. The pros at H&H installed it in about 1.5 hours. Dropped it off in the morning and had my truck back by lunch. I am completely impressed with the sound and look of the new 4-tip exhaust instead of the USB ports I had before. It has a nice sound climbing through the gears but it’s not over-bearing at highway speeds. Thanks H&H for another great product!

After waiting since March for an installation of a carport from another company to protect my classic cars, I was passing by H&H on 10/22/2021, so I stopped to get an estimate and time line with them instead. TODAY, 11/5/2021 my carport was installed. The crew was MOST professional, and the job was done in less 2 hours. There was NOTHING to clean up behind them, as they took care of it all. EXCELLENT!!!

The crew at H&H in Montgomery were fantastic! Gary took the time to show me all options available for my truck. He was knowledgeable about what would look right, what are popular options that people seem to be satisfied with and with the pricing. He also walked me around the truck and explained vulnerable spots where water can get into the truck bed even with covers on it and options to help prevent leaks. I ordered step bars and a bed cover on Friday, the parts came in over the weekend, and they were able to install them on Monday. The installation guys were professional and did a great job.

Best customer service I received in a long time. My husband's truck had some minor rubbing after we had some wheels/tires installed elsewhere. We called around some different places, but when we called and spoke with Gary he insisted we bring the truck so they could look at it, to make sure we knew exactly what was needed. Appointment was quick within a few days; parts came in on time. When I dropped the truck off everyone was courteous and very nice. They called me to keep me updated on the work being done. When I picked the truck up, the work was explained to me and asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the work and the atmosphere. I totally recommend H&H and will definitely do more business with them!
We just bought a storage shed and Jon and Scott with H&H delivered and set up the building. They did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond to get the building in the area where we wanted it. We even looked at a secondary location but Jon and Scott were determined to get it in the exact spot of our first choice! Great job!
