I wish I could give more than 5 stars! A friend recommended this place after I had a whole list of things go wrong with my car. I dropped it off Monday morning, expecting a long, expensive ordeal—but I was pleasantly surprised! Not only were the prices extremely fair, but my car was ready by Wednesday morning. I’m so thankful for the recommendation from my friend, and I definitely know where I’ll be taking my car for future repairs!
Great customer service excellent job well done took a little minute but this is only because they are in high demand most definitely is well worth the wait so please be patient overall I will recommending to all my friends and associates
My experience was horrible, and heart breaking with this company last week. I had my Lexus dropped off... to be picked up with all kinds of warnings lights..I went back Monday and was told they did their part and it had to be maybe my ABS system! Long story short yesterday I took my car to the dealership where I never should've left in the beginning. Diagnosis states: the alignment was done but my car wasn't recalibrated! My steering angle sensor wasn't reset, 4 different sensors had to be reset and complete. This costed me another $202.00. I learned a major lesson! Communication from the guy at the front desk was poor also.
Do not recommend. Drove my friend 3.5 hours to pick her car up that they worked on for weeks only to find out it wasn't even fixed. Leaving this review for wasting my time.
Very kind and clear all mechanics and reception! Suddenly my front tire went flat with no reason and the mechanic was getting to try to find out just in case any issue occurred afterwards. Eventually it was pneumatic issues and resolved! Thank u so much!!!
Our family have been faithful customers of Jim Woodham’s for 28 years . I can’t recommend this company enough. They treat everyone with respect. They take pride in their work. I know they have saved me a lot of money over the years. I trust them to do right by their customers. Many years ago their store was hit by a tornado. When their customers found out they showed up to help clean up and bring food for the clean up team. This is when you know that they have been treating everyone that walks through their door as family.
Brought my car here. We were basically stranded. They went above and beyond to help us. Even with a full schedule they tried to get us back on the road quickly. However, when they couldn't, due to no fault of their own, they still made sure we got to a rental car and suggested a dealer to send my car to. Really just took great care of me and my son and I'm so very thankful and very impressed with their service. Great people. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Matt and James. Jim Woodham & Son Firestone is the best my car was running hot. I found out later I needed a water pump. When I got there I was told that they were booked up. I told them I had to be to work at 2:00pm, because it would cause damage to my motor. They worked me in, I was prepared to sit at least until 2:00. I was out by 12:00pm.
Was in town visiting my brother, and I got a weird noise - needed someone to check it out right away, before I drove 8 hours that day. They put me up on the lift first thing in the morning, figured out what was making the noise, and made sure I was safe to drive. Really friendly and professional guys, and they really took care of me. 100% recommend!
Brought my truck in and had the hub bearings replaced and front alignment done. They did a excellent job. Very nice and honest people I know many people who take there cars and trucks here. There work speaks for itself . I appreciate all there work.
I had a busted radiator on my GMC Yukon. My father referred me to this shop. When I say this is the best customer service I have gotten! They are very professional, courteous, and they do excellent work! I recommend everybody to use them for their automotive needs.
We were on our way back to Chicago from Florida and got what turned out to be two flats (probably due to poor alignment). Luckily we were able to pull in to this shop and even on a busy day, they were able to change out both tires and get us back on the road. Very professional, helpful, nice crew. Would definitely return if I'm ever in Montgomery.
Went here to get a tune up and they did not top of any of my fluids. My car started smoking from not having any coolant the same day. Waste of time and money especially since you have to leave your car there all day.
I love the awesome job of there workmanship. They are thorough and has been keeping my family trucks and cars running smoothly for years. Just stop by or call and they will get you taken care of.
My car's high pressure fuel pump went out in the middle of an eight-hour trip, traveling alone with two dogs in the car. I feel extremely lucky to have stopped here. A replacement part wasn't available in town, so they went out of their way to drive halfway to Birmingham to pick one up so I wouldn't have to wait over the weekend. They also charged a fair price and got me back on the road the same day.
They were very accommodating of me and my dogs, and everyone I met was friendly. I am very grateful for their help in making the best of a bad situation, and would recommend them to anyone.
We lost a tire on our trailer on the way to the beach. They were the closest place, and they were fantastic. They had the tire we needed for the trailer for a good price, they changed it out for us in less than thirty minutes, and that was on a pretty busy day! Good people, hard workers. We really appreciate them.

We've been dealing with them for 20 plus years, great place and good service, all though my wife just had an oil change and tire rotation and apparently they didn't put one of the hub caps back on properly & she lost it on her way home. Replacing it for a Toyota one is sixty bucks. So make sure your hub caps are on good. Russell
Had to have a complete AC job done on my Acura RL. Not sure why but i can smell freon from the vents when the blower is on. But its working very good and They are very friendly and quick.

Their friendly staff along with each of their dedicated employees have always been there for us going out of their way to provide quality service, fair pricing and amazing turn around times. I'm bias because everyone their is like family to myself and our entire family. Their a true family ran business with real friendly service. While most small businesses seldom last three years the Woodham Firestone has been servicing customers for generations. Customers who live in and around Montgomery along with many who are passing through on their way to the beach. Locally owned and operated businesses are the heart and soul of our local economy. They're contributions to the health of our economy in the area are a vital part of the community. Their Woodhams and everyone of their employees take pride in their work and have always been silent contributors to so many in need throughout the years. Their employees and family members are a model for the local economic success and vitality of our community. The late Jim Woodham is dearly missed however he was a special individual who had a sincere passion for people, employees and a moral compass that more people should attempt to emulate. I personally know so many times where he went out of his way to help people in their time of need. Paying it forward without ever asking nor desiring to be recognized for his charitable work. Mr. Woodham instilled those same values in each of his family members and employees.

VERY honest and affordable. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly and for a price lower than any where else around even when they had every opportunity to take advantage of our situation. Would recommend them to anyone in the Montgomery area for tires/repairs.
