This towing company is definitely a rip off! $325 for towing and then $50 day on the weekend while closed, is a SCAM! I agree with the previous review, the state needs to cancel its contract.
If the State of Alabama has a contract with this towing company it needs to be terminated. The people of Alabama deserves better, than to be scam out of storages fees ($50.00)on the weekend due to the business being closed. And their fee is 325 a tow.
The most outstanding experience I’ve ever had with a tow company. A tow was at my location within 10 minutes. The service was very prompt and he went out of his way to ensure I was safe and taken care of
$541 to get a Tractor off the side of the Interstate and tow it 10 miles. Wanted to take it to their yard, we know what that’s about so they can charge storage fees on top of the tow. Wouldn’t take it to my house. Wouldn’t try to load it back on my trailer. I’ve seen tow guys easily do these things. Obviously just there to take advantage of people that get in a bad situation.
Requested a tow because of a flat. He said he would not take a card but I advised I had cash. He said he was on the way. After an hour and a half I tried to call back and he would not answer phone call. Called Seamon wrecker service and they were there in 20 minutes.
