Called as I was stranded since my car broke down at a gas station. Speedy said they could be there in 30 minutes and I just had to text my details to them. 4 hours later they finally answered my text and said "We had an emergency it's gonna be a minute". They never came. I texted them again the next morning at 9:00 with no answer. I texted them again at 11:15 and again no answer. I would NEVER use them.
Absolutely love how quick and fast you guys were able to assist me called in looking for a tow bc my tire lugs were stripped and the guy called his dispatch and instead of me having to pay for a tow he was able to change my tire in no time great service and I highly recommend. Thank you Guys.
I cannot say enough about Ken and his team. I had a blowout on the interstate today and had to pull off the interstate not in the best part of town. These guys were there in 10 minutes and were professional, friendly and fast. I travel here from Nashville every other week and so was unable to drive back with a spare tire - Ken went the extra mile in helping me get a replacement so that I made it back to Nashville safely. I highly recommend Ken and his company 100%!
Really fast service on a dead battery, and made some good conversation too. While I don’t hope to have to use roadside services, I know who to call if I do.
I’m just putting this out to warn others about the owners of this business. Ken has a judgement against him for trying to sell me a trailer that he didn’t even own. After taking him through court I later find that he claims judgement proof. Just know he has yet to pay 0.01 towards the judgement. Just know you’ve been warned. I speak facts that are backed by documentation.
Just to update this review. It’s been 3 years now and Ken has yet to pay me any money towards the court judgement. For those o you who supporting scammers it will be your day one day.
They sent a mechanic to repair my vehicle quickly and the price was great. The repair was done after hours and in freezing temperatures. However, the mechanic was very nice and professional. Thanks a million times for your help.
Our truck broke down in Montgomery on our way to Gulf Shores. Ken quickly responded & calmed our worries about our truck being towed back to Birmingham. He showed up in a matter of minutes, was courteous, thorough, & it was an overall great experience. I would highly recommend this company.
Was prompt and courteous when I had my car lockout! Worked quickly and I was able to go home just after work (and I work night shift) I don't know the gentleman's name but I would definitely use them again! The locksmith I called personally and originally was a no call no show at 2am, was only getting voicemails, and I was nervous about getting home in time. I was so happy my insurance called Speedy and they were able to come to a damsel in distress.
I needed roadside assistance for a flat tire and it was getting dark out and I am a girl. So, I was getting nervous, but the lady that answered was sweet and awesome. I had tried 3 companies before and all I got was voicemails. It was a relief to get an actual voice.. I dropped a pin and they showed up promptly and they quickly and kindly got me back on the road. I highly suggest them for ANY of your roadside needs. They showed up with any tool ready for the job. I am from WY and I would’ve wanted them to help me anywhere.

Waited 2 1/2 hours on the tow that I paid $270 for. I was told the tow truck would be there in 5-10 minutes. I waited for 35 minutes. I called again to see when it would be there and I was told another 5-10 minutes. I then waited for another 20 min for the tow truck. I felt like I got scammed out of $270 because they kept telling me someone was on the way and nobody showed up until I called 3-4 times. Only reason they get two stars was because the driver was nice and did his job.

My insurance company contacted three service providers the day my car needed towing. None of them ever came to my aid even after 12 hours of waiting. It wasn’t until Speedy was informed of my situation that it was quickly resolved. The owner was prompt and professional which made my day a lot less frustrating. My car lost power on the interstate and Ken from Speedy Roadside was there within 20 minutes and delivered more car safely and undamaged which is a big deal because it’s a Corvette that sits very low to the ground. Pricing was VERY reasonable! I would give 10 stars if possible!
