I broke down in montgomery tonight, and needed help. Called a couple of places and didn't get an answer. Seamons answered immediately and was able to get someone out quickly. They were also WAY cheaper than I had anticipated!!! The driver, Daniel, was extremely courteous, professional and understanding. He did a phenomenal job driving and was incredibly regarding my irrational fear of heights. The man should absolutely get a raise! He did a wonderful job. He also was able to back into my curved driveway and safely drop my truck into my carport with ease.

Daughter was in an accident. She was okay but it was taken to the emergency room to get checked out by an ambulance. The car was totaled and taken here. They helped us find the car and allowed us to drive up to it so that we can get our stuff out of it. They also helped us fill out the paperwork to sign it over to the insurance company, remind me to grab her license plate.
Seamon Wrecker Service really came through for my niece and I when she broke down half way from home. The staff was extremely helpful, understanding, courteous, friendly and went above and beyond their job to ensure that our experience was a great one. Not only did they tow the vehicle 165 miles from AL to FL, but they allowed my niece to safely ride back with Mr. William. Mr. William was very sweet and an overall good ole country boy. Southern hospitality is priceless these days and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Seamon Wrecker Service. They were a huge blessing to us!
Professional and courteous even when person with recovered stolen car is at their window upset. Not thrilled with fees for storage since I wasn't asked if they could tow to my house instead. $75 down and more probably before I am done.
We got a flat tire in a Tesla Model 3, which was a nightmare because all the local shops either did not have the lift necessary to lift a Tesla, or they didn't have the right tires. Thankfully, William from Seamon came to tow us, and he would not leave until we were able to get back on the road. He called 10+ shops and eventually found a spot that had the right tires. THEN he put the tires on his flatbed and re-towed us to a shop that had the lift necessary to pick up the Tesla so they can change the tires. Without him, we would've been stranded. Really appreciate the help William!
Acted strange the day I came to retrieve my item from my car. Requesting to make copies of documents that I felt they didn’t need. Insisted that I have the tow company from insurance company to wait before they get my car stating they don’t give you time to get you stuff. So I contacted them and they stated once they pick up my vehicle that I could get my items without any issue. After they picked my car up I and go to retrieve my belongings it was nothing inside my car. The items value at around $200-$300 so nothing really major but it was mine and I wonted it Seamon are thieves and the city of Montgomery shouldn’t use them unless they wanna b responsible for missing items
My car decided she was done. The fireman that put out flames suggested Seamons to tow. They were there very quickly. The driver Michael was very kind and expeditious. We will use them again if needed.
Do NOT use this service! If I could give 0 stars I would ! I was rear ended in Montgomery and the police call Seamons for the tow. Seamons has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in a business! The woman on the phone was repeatedly extremely RUDE and UNHELPFUL to me and to the insurance representative. They would not accept any out of town checks, from the insurance company or the towing company I’m using, for the storage.They would not release my car without payment & they would not take a credit card over the phone. They wanted me to come pay in person & as I do not live in Montgomery that was not convenient. Finally after many unpleasant phone calls they sent me link for Apple Pay and I finally a week after the accident I got my car out. They should be set up to deal with the insurance company I should not have had to pay and then wait to be reimbursed. I highly recommend you go some where else for a tow.
Them Folks at Seamon Wrecker shoutout Dakota!!! Such a Dern Sweetheart!! I Got stuck off the highway where it holds water, avoiding three Juicy size Bucks who decided to dart out!! Scary ride for sure but them folks got me on out and rollin again Shouts to the Young Fella who worked his jelly! I agree that the ladies on the phone are nice and friendly. Therefore 1 star. The following was agreed: Pick up the truck and trailer, deliver the load to the customer and then bring the truck and trailer to the store. For this a flat rate of $450 and $5.50/mile. The direct route, which I then drove again with the truck, would have been a maximum of 41 miles. In fact, with the corresponding detours, it turned out to be 56 miles. The argument was that they knew their way around and there were no other routes. Now the opposite is the case. Even “no trucks roads” were used although it would have been possible without them. In addition, the driver, who was probably also the owner, then charged a “road service charge” of additionally $150. There is no need to comment further on this type of order processing.
This is my second time having to use a tow service. Seamon's technician were very prompt and professional. The second time, I called another service, the price was almost 20% more than Seamon. I would highly recommend them.

When I tell you Dora is the best she is very friendly, courteous, and polite she is just that. She walked me step by step through the process of what to do and how to go about doing everything when it comes to wrecker service. As soon I walked in , Dora welcomed me with a warm smile. This was my first time dealing with a weaker service and was not familiar with the process to acres my belongings. Dora improvised with me by using what identification I had to prove I was the owner of the company the vehicle was registered to. Was traveling across US 80 outside of Selma and experienced some issues with my semi, called over to Seamon wrecker service and they were quick to send help right away. Matt W was on scene and got my tractor trailer towed damage free to the mechanic shop. Will definitely use this company in the future
We had a fire truck break down returning from a call during the middle of the night. Matt W. was quick to respond and was very knowledgeable about the equipment and the special needs to tow without damaging the apparatus. He had us off the side of the road in no time. Highly recommend!
