What clients say about Barry's U Pull It Auto Parts in Theodore (AL)
This place is awesome! Staff is super helpful, shout out to Ethan your God amongst men, and everybody was very helpful and polite. Massive inventory of cars, everything you can think of is there for the taking. Prices are very reasonable, and all in all it was a fun day out in the yard!
Always can find what you need. Friendly service and prices are great
Fast and easy ability to get in and find my part and get out. I will say that I usually go to Pull-a-part because they honor veterans by not charging for entrance. Whereas this company only honors veterans on Veterans day. Most vehicles on yard are cannibalized, so finding everything is not always possible.
Very helpful, considerate and cheaper than I was anticipating. I will be back
Love it. Very good deals and cheap on parts and usually has what ya need
Great experience, the staff was great and I found the part I was looking for no problem. It's worth the entree fee. I couldn't even fit the part in my car, so the gentle held it for me till I got back with my truck. Great guys. Great experience 👍🏽 👌
Very organized, neat an clean... has a lot of everything. Very nice people running the place. Found just what we needed...
I was very dissatisfied with this company today. Very rude associate this morning on the phone with me. She gave me a false statement and continued to yell at me on the phone. I hung up the phone because she was causing me horrible anxiety. I will never recommend this company to anyone.. i wish I knew her name because she needs to be firedd from this company.
A few weeks ago, I drove a friend there and waited outside in my truck for him to finish pulling his part and come out. When I saw him at the gate it was closing time and the female employee only cared about going home. In fact she was so focused on leaving that she activated the electric fence before all customers were out. Completely unaware and uninformed, my friend aged mid 60s grabbed hold of the fence and was seriously electrocuted. After several weeks his hand and the rest of his arm is giving him problems. I called Barry’s U Pull it the next day. The female who took credit for activating the electric fence answered the phone. As I explained to her what had happened, she was very dismissive and impatient. She stood firm that she’d done nothing wrong and that my friend went to the wrong gate. She was very nasty and did not care one bit that a good man had been injured sir to her incompetence. I asked the woman that should not everybody be out of the fenced yard before activating electricity? Just to make sure nobody gets hurt? She screened into the phone some sort of insult so I hung the phone up to keep my blood pressure from sky rocketing. I’m not good at dealing with real stupidity. I’ve been in the military and have worked in many dangerous places. So I’m extremely familiar with safety protocols. This woman is not only ignorant but she is uncaring and would just assume put another person in grave danger and stand her ground as being 100% correct in her choice no matter how dangerous and stupid her choice was. I’ve waited for a positive interaction with someone other than that moron but have gotten no response. I’m trying to get Bob to get a lawyer but he is a simple kinda man and don’t like lawyers so he don’t want to sue. Although I’m wearing him down, justice needs to be more swift before this stupid woman kills someone at Barry’s U pull it I’m gonna make it a point this week to contact OSHA and file a report
They actually had the part I needed, it took an hour to pry off the van from up north but I got what I needed and the staff was helpful and nice. You’re gonna meet some folks out on the lot though, all kinds of folks. Prices were fairly cheap as I got a starter for under $30 that wasn’t rebuilt below the border. Used but OEM is decent. $2 to browse the lot and it’s hit or miss on parts but i usually find what I’m looking for unless it’s something stupid easy to break like Silverado mirrors or headlights.
Had the part I needed and the men at counter directed me right to the vehicle I pulled the part from, THANKS SAVED ME 30.00!!
This place has truly been a lifesaver to my family since inflation it has really helped to be able to save a little money shopping here for needed used car parts! Highly recommend
Great place for used parts. U have to take the parts off yourself. But it's cheaper that way. Cost $2 to enter But you get that back in savings. Easy to find. Nice forest. Returns on parts that doesn't work is a plus
Excellent place, fair prices, good inventory. swell staff.... Will go back.
Barry's has a streamlined process in place that keep everyone moving and not waiting in line. Great selection of cars and great computer systems in place to help you find what your looking for.
I've been going to this business for 10yrs now. And I recently bought a tire with a rim according to parts cross reference system said that this tire and rim will work with the vehicle I own. Well it didn't. It wasn't even 12hrs later next morning I show up asking if I could just switch out the tire and rim because it didn't fit like they said it would. They told me oh the owner is not in the states right now. Like ok I bet you tell everyone that. Unbelievable
Can't never Find a car Like mine there 2015 Malibu
Rude staff used to emergency service workers got in free went in and dod their system and it said free entry but I guess I'm blind and they should tell their workers not to talk to someone like a dog ill stick to pull a part it may not be as big but at least I get respect
Prices have gone up so much on stuff, its not even worth going out there to sweat and pull it off anymore. Used to come to this one even though its an hour away, because they had/have better selection on cars i have or work on than one in ms. Spent 25 mins of my life taking a door panel apart on a 30 year old truck to get a window motor for a cheap fix it up project. A brand new motor is $30 on the webs, and they want $23 for a used one I have no idea works or not. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. Told him to keep it, and tht the time wasted was on me . I'll just give the money to China I guess, its what everyone else does .
They're awesome absolute best possible prices huge inventory great exercise and for people like me it's a lot of fun. Managed to turn getting a radiator into a fun family outing with my son.
I have been coming here for many years. They have the best prices of any salvage yard I have ever been to. They keep new inventory coming in all the time. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Everything is well organized by Brand name of car and the whole yard is maintained very nicely. The dates are on the vehicles which makes it really easy to spot what has just been put out. Being open 7 days a week has always made it possible for me to shop here when other places are closed. I recommend it to all of my friends and especially the ones that are in the car business and need stuff frequently. They post on the website "Row52" which makes it easy to know if they have a certain vehicle in stock.
Very easy process to sell also extremely nice guys working in the office. Quick and painless thanks guys for all your help.
Drove 45 mins to get there. After being told they had my part they didn't. Found a few things I could use anyway. Decent selection of most makes and models. wheelbarrows provided. Bring your own tools.
Place is a junk yard. It's very large. They have lots and lots of cars. Prices are average. We got an old rim, it cost 20 bucks. It also cost a dollar a person just to look around. But it is great for the shade tree mechanic. The vehicles were separated by manufacturer so were easy to locate. The people were polite and very helpful. I directed to the section of cars that would have the part I was looking far. It was a bit of a walk, but quickly had the rim in hand and headed back. We were checked out very quickly and was on way. I'll go back for sure.
Nice to get away from house and go with husband here to get parts.. nice staff
Friendly and helpful guys in the front. A huge lot with a variety of vehicles, different makes and models. Found plenty of replacement parts we needed.
I just love these guys! Great, helpful, and friendly staff. It's always fun to go up there and just joke around and look for the stuff I need. I even occasionally go up there just to joke with the staff.... Such a great group of guys! If you haven't been, and you enjoy to do your own work..... I highly recommend it!
I love it. I go there alot and the employees are really helpful. Prices are usually the lowest an they always honor their warranties.
Great if you like to pull it
There is "currently" a $2.00 entry fee. They will search on the computer for you and print out the rows (marked by an spray painted car on the end) for the make your looking for. They also offer free use of wheel barrows for any parts that you chose to pull yourself. Unfortunately for me 95% of Subaru's sold in the last 10 years are still on the road. Ah the curse of an dependable vehicle LoL 😂.
