If I could give it a quarter star I would. Take RV in for warranty work and it never is never completed! If they do it’s never right. They refuse to fix our rear door correctly and beat on it with a hammer!! Now it leaks air from the knobs down!!!!! Never will I ever do business with them again!!!!
It’s been a while since I posted, but I would love to warn everyone they sold us a bad unit for $1600 and some change and 32 days later the air condition went out when my husband opened the housing. All the things were rusted he sold us a bad unit do not go here. It is very worth going to Camping World or somewhere else. Do not buy AC from this guy. They are liars and Chesters and refused to refund or exchange.. I don’t know how these people sleep at night. We were totally ripped off.
I went in for service on my RV fridge and they charged me but never got the fridge to work correctly. They became almost impossible to get hold of to fix the problem. Problem still not fixed and they have no intention of doing anything else. Just stay away from this place as a service!!!
Ordered an arc15aaw air conditioner. That did not come with a control box. That it needs to run. Then get hung up on when I call the parts office for help. Very bad service & undefined instructions.
Ordered a refrigerator because it says in stock and ships 3 to 4 days and I need it for a trip in 2 weeks. Was told it would not ship until 2 weeks. If I could by locally I would at this point. I have a Norcold LP and it does not work properly in our heat for South Florida. Wanted to switch to a DC refrigerator. Now I am stuck because of this.
Some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I ordered a part that they were getting delivered and they called the delivery truck to make sure they were going to have it by the time I arrived. I came in from out of town and they had the part I needed sitting out and ready to go. You saved my week!
Had the best experience ever, Debbie not only helped me before I ordered, but after placing an online order, she called me to let me know that one of the items would not do what I need.
She then proceeded to call the manufacture to confirm. She then called me back and told me it won’t work, at which time she got me the right unit, processed a refund and got me the Air conditioner I needed.

Usually have a good variety of Camper's to choose from. Purchased my Camper Camper from them and could not ask for better in and out service. Staff are awesome people.
Great customer service! I arrived about 4 minutes after closing time and they still helped me get some items I needed for my camper. Very friendly people!
This is a great place to get your rv serviced. They are also great for helping when you need rv parts. Super helpful and friendly staff. They go out of the way to help their customers.
I told Bo they wouldn’t have the right part but he purchased two. We will not be returning them because of the restocking fee. We will find the valve elsewhere too. Bo went in with the exact part we need replaced but somehow e employees made sure he purchased two of the wrong parts.
Do yourself a favor and just drive to Camping World. This business has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not sure who is running this place but they are hiring lazy, illiterate, people to deal with the customers.
Had exactly the parts I needed the price was right so I bought 2 .going back in a couple of days. I need a valve now and I am sure they have it. A great place to shop super friendly staff.
The RV Parts House is one of BBMotorhomes parts specialist. Knowing the part came from there gives out techs confidence it will fit and work correctly.

Placed an order for a DC run GE fridge. Had great communication (I had a question about shipping and was answered almost immediately) and I received my order promptly and in fantastic condition. Will use again for future purchases.
Ordered a replacement refrigerator for my RV from RV Parts House. Shipped very quickly and arrived by common freight. I’m sure is was it was in good shape when it left the facility but, unboxed the unit and both doors were dented significantly. I should have inspected when the truck opened its door as the package wasn’t even secured inside the trailer and had probably bounced around for several days.
Called them and advised of the damage. They immediately filed a claim for me. Very soon, they sent me two new replacement doors for the refrigerator. Very nice and professional people there in Alabama and I highly recommend!!!!!!
I purchased 4 clear lens Dot Red bulb lights. Installed and they were white. I paid for red. Clearly you can't drive any vehicle with white lights as break,turn, and tail lights. I was told by Deb (MANAGER) theres nothing they can do. Thats not my error! But I will never suggest buying anything from them ever!
FALSE ADVERTISING.. DOT won't Allow White lights as turn break or tail lights. What a way to get over on a customer. Very RUDE as well...

On my way to Vegas and these two ladies helped me with an emergency part for my roof window. Debbie was a hoot. They both had great attitudes and very friendly. I would go out of my way to get another needed part from them.

Very over priced for a 65 amp converter thay want 359 dollars talk to management would not come down on price camping world 260 dollars with good sam 240 dollars i hope people reading is post try camping world on vacation in Mississippi had surged in power lost alot of appliances all thay care is how much money thay can rip people off progressive Allowed 300 dollars for converter
