I do not recommend this company AT ALL. I would give zero stars if I could. I live in an apartment complex that uses Freedom Towing and a sticker was placed on the window of my car, when I was in no way in violation of anything. I called and apparently it was a “mistake” and they apologize for the inconvenience. The person that placed the sticker must’ve realized it was wrong, because they tried to pull the sticker off and left behind this sticky residue that isn’t easy to get off. I understand mistakes happen, but they didn’t even inform my apartment complex that this happened! Or they could’ve at least left a note or something! This is beyond ridiculous!
FIVE STARS. Yall, I have had this poor guy come out twice in the past like month for our two different vehicles with issues. He’s personable, professional, and definitely made me feel better about the situation just by humor. I would absolutely recommend this business, and especially the driver we had both times but I had forgotten his name. ? But you know who you are and you are awesome!
Drove 30 minutes to collect personal property from my friend's car with her that they said was here. It's not here unprofessional employees took 10 minutes to help us while they were just chit chatting it up in the office. The tall lady was super rude I can't even bother to remember her name.
I was at Walmart in Tillmans Corner, I left my car keys laying on my seat when I got out to go in and I locked my car up. I did my shopping and when paying I went for my keys to only realize I didn't have them, I went out and seen I locked them in my car. I stood there and prayed and ask God to plz send someone that could help me, I ask many men that passed by could they plz help me get it open but no one had a tool. After standing outside some time a guy came up my isle in a tow truck and a man that was trying to help me stopped him and ask if he could open my car door and he said let me park and I'll be over. God sent this man down my isle and he opened my car door and bless his heart he didn't even charge me. I don't know his name but God does and I want to thank him so much, I do know he is from Freedom Towing and I pray God blesses him every day. Best towing company I've ever seen ❤️ God bless this company you have the best men working for your company, God bless y'all !!

She arrived quickly and on time, clearly explained her process, what she was seeing, and what to expect next, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. She didn’t rush, didn’t talk down to me, and took the time to answer questions with real care and clarity.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This is the definition of PREDATORY TOWING. They came to Southern Oaks apartment complex at 8:00 pm walking around with a clipboard and writing down the cars with flat tires, expired tags, etc. They’ll leave you a note on the car saying they will tow you at a certain time the following day but they will tow your car earlier than stated; plus, they’ll do it on a Friday so you have to pay extra over the weekend since they’re closed over the weekend. Overall, you’ll be charged $300+ because of these people’s greed.
I was broke down on I-10 by the Theodore exit. They were very helpful, answered the phone at 4am and came towed my back home. Very good price too. Cant ask for anything more than that! Thanks so much!!
Ms. Melissa was a HUGE blessing. Amazing woman. Not only did she tow my truck to the motel, at 3am, she towed it to the mechanic shop the next morning. She helped us in every way she possibly could have and deserves so much more thanks than what we can give! God will bless her for being who she is.
Amazing service, I broke down on I-10 late at night and Melissa was quick to respond, and then also recommended a great local shop for my car. Couldn’t have been happier with the quality and professionalism of this company.
Hands down the best service . The lady I spoke too !!! She started telling me what it was most likely and I swear she was right. But it being a company vehicle I ain’t trying to crawl under nun, and she says “yeah you wouldn’t be able to fix the issue “ and again I swear to you she was right again. She made me laugh ?? and then the second girl . Nope I ain’t forget about you either . Delightful business interaction but can tell she on point with let’s get this thing rolling ! But in a reassuring way. $$ get these ladies some more money $$!
These people are such crooks charging you on the weekend for holding your car when they are closed on the weekend. Making it so you have to pay them an extra $50 to hold your car.

TJ and his team are professional and quick. We had to have a truck towed to MS for some warranty work and he made it happen at a very reasonable price. The girls in the office are quick to answer the phone and take care of your needs! Highly recommend!
Really don't get me started. What's not to like about somebody who chose to pull another man's vehicle to his yard, lock it behind a gate, and wait? There's a lot on his plate, but if he plays em right, he just might, have a good payday after 30 days in sight. And we've been b washed into thinking this is normal, totally legit. But is it? I can't do that to you, and if I do, then you could surely call the cops, get me popped, and make me boo hoo. The tow guy must not be a man like me, more he must be. A god, a dog, I don't know but I can't take what's not mine and be perfectly fine. You ??
