My son backed my truck up into a pole with the back door open, found these guys on ebay and they had the exact color door I needed. The low price was defenently better than claiming insurance and they even sent the door as a whole unit. I just had to swap a few things from my wrecked door to the new-ish one. I bought a used strut for a Maserati but received it with missing parts. The listing didn't mention these missing parts, and the seller refused to respond to any of my inquiries. When I tried to initiate a return, the seller immediately denied it. I strongly advise against buying from Heritage Auto Parts. In my experience, they've shown poor customer service on eBay. Check their feedback and consider other sellers before making a purchase from them

I have purchased twice from Heritage Used Car & Truck Parts LLC. The first time I purchased an engine. The second time, a 5-speed transmission, EBDII port, ac evaporator and motor mounts. Both times the service I received from Heritage was exceptionally good: Quick response to my inquires, fair price, on-time delivery, great communication, and they were personable. I received tracking information on the shipping and had zero problems. I imagine for people who purchase used parts all the time, it's no big deal, but for me this is not an everyday occurrence. Heritage made it easy and gave me plenty of reasons to trust them -- and trust is everything!

In which head fits that we are going to throw a piece that we need here, whoever sees the comment will know that you have the responsibility, but when I write to you about the Prado auto sales dealer website, that we are not brazen, we will see how they justify their bad work. I do know that the staff is willing to sell parts, the thing is at the time of returning it since it came with water and they tell me that it works that way, I have the messages, that they will try to program it themselves, the company came and could not program it , there is a lack of communication and it turns out that from the first day I received it it came wrapped in water as seen in the photos, for what reason do they not recognize the error and return the money to me and what they do is not show their faces and they hang up the phone on me , now I wait for the way to return it, Thank you. They have sent me a piece in poor condition, full of water and I try to contact you and you hang up the phone and do not want to show your face, I hope that by this means my request works. thanks

Wish I would've read other reviews before buying from Heritage. Bought a used Eurovan engine with new timing belt......but took my mechanic longer than the 90 day warranty time to do the install. Engine ran fine for 100 miles before one of my injectors failed which took another 30 days to install six new. After another 100 miles, we learned the engine is using a quart of oil per 300 miles. I called and texted Heritage and no calls or texts ever returned. I've put less than 800 total miles and now there is a terrible knock in the engine. I know the warranty period is up but seems like a more reputable company would offer some explanation......a prorated price on a replacement.....or at least hear my concerns. Kaleb won't return a phonecall......and Jerrod said they can't do anything, won't do anything, and and don't expect a call from Kaleb the owner. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! And now I expect them to reply to this review blaming me for their junk engine. $3500 wasted and lesson learned. If you need a VW Eurovan engine I'd advise you to find a more reputable company that stands behind their product......BUYER BEWARE !!!! Update: Contacted Heritage initially about excessive oil use in the engine they sold me a shortly after 90 day warranty was up......contacted them again months after the 90 days because we used the van for an overnight trip and it was the first time we used the van in months.....we don't just drive the camper as a daily driver. I was not offered an extended warranty....it makes sense and I would have purchased. Did not threaten to "blast you on social media" but can understand why this company tries to downplay their lack of customer service and villainize their customers when they complain about Heritage who will do nothing to rectify a bad situation. Wasn't contacted by GM....I left text and voicemail but no reply except one text telling me someone would contact me by phone. Their reply to my review was speedy.....wish their customer service was speedy as well. The problem with my Eurovan was a bad engine purchased from Heritage....nothing more nothing less. It took months for my mechanic to work this engine into his schedule...and that's my fault....it's not my main vehicle. The engine from Heritage was bad.....and that is Heritage's fault !!! Never asked Heritage to "cover this" but did expect more from them than dismissing my complaint and blatantly lying in their response to my reveiw. Read how they have flamed others in their replies to bad reviews........do you really want to do business with a company like this? It's the character of a business that comes out when there is a problem with a service or product. Heritage failed on this one !!!

From one business owner to another what a professional business to deal with. Hard to find people running businesses the way these people do. Received an interior car part and was damaged from rough handling of shipping because they boxed it up pretty good. I emailed with pics & they Sent another unit free of charge and got back to me within the hour of the business day. I always wish people would run businesses the way I run mine and these people do. Pleasure dealing with them. If i need to buy another car part online I will check with them first.

I ordered an interior door handle for a 1987 Saab 900S. The picture posted looked like what I needed, but the pull handle did not come with it. I asked if there was one like the picture I sent back. Immediate responses and communication works great! I just received the correct one and it is perfect. No charge! Even offered to send the incomplete one back! I have lots of Saabs in my collection, so Heritage is on my list of places to do business with.

I found this company through eBay and I contacted them because they had a truck like mine they were selling parts off of. I sent a message through eBay to the company for a specific part for my truck that was discontinued and is on back order for aftermarket. They told me they had the part and how much it was. I submitted the order through my phone. The part was in perfect condition and it fit perfectly so I am extremely happy that they had this part because without it I cannot drive my truck. So I am forever grateful and thank you.

Here is a picture of the bumper that was sold to me as "no damage" I saw the picture on ebay and asked them if the bumper was damaged or if it was just a glare on the picture since it was on a corner. I was told the bumper was perfect and not damaged in any way. I took their word for it so didn't unwrap it when it arrived. When I did open the box you can see what I found I found in the attached picture. I called to see if they would be willing to "make it right" but Caleb Lindquist said there was nothing he could do. These guys are deceitful and liars. Be careful. Just responding to inform everyone who takes the time to read your response. I do applaud you for taking the time to research the issue which is more than I got from Joe. When I asked to speak with Joe's supervisor because he was not willing to help me he told me his supervisors name was Caleb Lindquist.....after waiting on hold Joe came back to me and said he talked with his supervisor and he was not willing to do anything then hung up. In my review I indicated Caleb Lindquist was not willing to do anything. I do not see where I was "internet sleuthing" or lying. I did however make an assumption that Joe did talk to Caleb since he told me he talked to his supervisor. To respond to the "no one mounts a damaged bumper" comment. The bumper was very nicely wrapped in bubble wrap. To take precautions not to scratch it we left the bubble wrap on while we set it in place. While it was setting loosely in place we took the bubble wrap off and saw the damage. The bumper is just sitting in place on the truck it is not tightened. Trust me when I tell you that I wish I had never taken the word of the person who responded to me on ebay and indicated that it was a bad photo and the bumper was not damaged.....also know as lying or being deceitful. I do need to thank you for teaching my son a lesson. He has saved money and worked hard on this truck so he could have something to drive. When we finally did get around to putting the bumper on and noticed the damage it taught him a very valuable lesson to not believe someone over the internet. Even when you ask them directly and they lie you are still responsible to make sure they are not conning you. This $295 lesson to a 16 year old boy will save him a lot more than $295 in the future. If you could spend a little more time researching please pull of your pictures on Ebay and notice the damage and you will see that I am not being deceitful. Please leave the video up so everyone can see what a perfect bumper looks like.
