After sending pictures of car and picture of title I received a written offer. When I call to accept offer, I was told “we don’t buy wrecked cars in Alabama”. Total scam! Stay away from these people. They will waste your time. Expect more from an S&P 500 company.
Service is terrible if you make an appointment for 8am don't expect to leave before 10 with the vehicle I pick up from here on a regular basis and have never got a vehicle before 9am when appointment is for 8am.

It has been a great experience. Hospitality was wonderful from the phone assistants to the tow truck driver. Doing business with cash for cars was a pleasure. I highly recommend them to anybody whose looking for a fair trade with cash for cars.

Great company to work with. However they did send the tow truck to the wrong address clear across town. One the tow truck driver and I talked he got the right address after that everything went smoothly.
