Worst place to get a engine or any part from bought a Dodge charger engine 5.7 hemi from them they got from Mississippi took almost two weeks to come in and no one at this company including the manager could tell me wene it was coming they keep telling me different days it would be here and it didn't show on them days wene they said it did come in and wene it got here had broke bolt in the intake and oil pan look like it was leaking and oil stick was broke had hole in valve cover and I payed them 3 thousand 2 hundred 20 dollars for and engine they gave me quote on that soppost to 26 hundred dollars got my money back from them had to go all way Daphne to cash a check don't waste ur time buying anything from these guys wish i could them a o rate
Had me waiting for an hour while Alex helped everyone else, left after that after wasting all that time driving out there and to find out they didn’t have the part I needed for my charger
ABOVE AND BEYOND! I flew in from Atlanta to pick up a part for my daughter's car I could not find in Georgia. Once I told Tim Deming I was flying back, him and Alex Salva went above and beyond to box the part up for me to go under the plane. I am forever grateful for their customer service!
Had garage purchase a rear end for my 2014 Ram 2500 in March 2024. 4 months laster it has failed. When to Spanish fort location and spoke to Justin.
Explained the situation. He looked it up on the computer and found where the repair facility had purchased it. I was told I'd have to go the the repair facility as I was not their customer and I'll quote ( we don't even know who you are). Furthermore, when I told him what it easy doing he said they all do that. I had the truck there and he wouldn't get off his butt and look at it. Now I'm faced with a $1600 to $1800 out of pocket repair.

This place is a joke. I have done plenty business with them. But today they showed me a different image of their self. The owner it self looked at me in my face and said he can’t write me a valid check for my $143. He claimed that I haven’t cashed it and it expired. What a joke. I suggest you guys find a honest junkyard to deal with. They don’t appreciate people that spend their hard earning money on their junk parts.

I am very impressed with this company. I purchased a part for my Honda Odyssey online. Paid on April 12 and installed on April 15. That is fast shipping. Customer service was top notch and knowledgeable. I was absolutely impressed and will do business again. Highly recommend!
After speaking to employee and you give them year of your vehicle also part looking for. The employee states its there and I make 45 minute drive after arriving. I ask for the same part now I am told they do not have it time gas wear and tear on vehicle for blank trip is what I received.
I was looking for an alternator for my daughter's car about two weeks ago and they had one in, the last one at that, I put it on in the parking lot, in the rain, and it works perfectly. The only downside was when they went to get off the shelf and couldn't find it because one of the other employees put it in the wrong place. Not speaking ill at all, but it is important to pay attention to detail in order to keep the customer happy. 4 out of 5 stars from me
Excellent first experience… purchased two bucket seats that came out of a wrecked vehicle.. … spoke with Edgar and he said they would take care of cleaning them prior to shipping which once the seats arrived, they had certainly done. Both seats were in good condition and matched the pictures on the site but were cleaner … The seats were packaged really good. I would certainly do business with them again
They had the part i need and it came with a warranty and it was less than half the cost of buying it from a chain auto parts store they had great customer service and made me feel very comfortable definitely will be back for my parts needs
Received false/misleading information in regards to ordering a product. I was specifically told that I was ordering Nissan hubcaps, not hubcaps for a Nissan. I asked multiple times for clarification. When the product arrived and was not what I specifically asked for, I was told there would be a 20% fee associated with my return. Very dissatisfied. The staff was also rude and made inappropriate faces as I left the building. So glad I didn’t treat them the way they treated me. I thank God for growth and maturity. I pray that you all are soon able to hire staff that love what they do and have respect for customers.
I find it really hard to believe they have no parts for my car! Searched online for 3 different parts and no results for any! I have a very popular model and year, 05 Nissan Altima, and looking at the pics they have what appears to be thousands of vehicles! No Altimas!?!? Can't see that possible! Not helpful at all as far as online search.

Great customer service! I don’t know why anyone has reviewed them negatively, I experienced nothing but politeness and helpfulness. I bout two(2) nearly brand new tires that had previously been on a Chrysler for $50! They still had the rubber nipples on them. I drive a Mustang GT and have no trunk space due to a sound system, I went it and asked for something to cover my leather seats. Two employees went searching for something they could give me to use. They came back with all they had big enough and it was 8 medium garbage bags. I fashioned a make shift seat cover from them and the tires rode all the way home in my passenger seat. I would recommend this place to anyone, even family. They made even my little concerns a priority.
I've done business with Counselman quite a few times and am always happy with them. The staff has always been knowledgeable and courteous, and as helpful as possible.
I have only ever had one problem with them, in which I placed an order for a starter but they ordered an alternator. When I brought up the mistake they were very apologetic and got me the starter I needed within a matter if hours - a part that most retailers would have taken several days to source.
They do not honor their warranties. I purchased an engine from Counselman for 850.00. I purchased a lifetime warranty on the engine. The engine went out within a 2 month time frame. Counselman told me that they wouldn't honor their warranty because I ran the engine hot, which was not true. I spent over 1200.00 and they wouldn't stand behind their warranty. A complete rip off.

Ridiculous prices. Rude staff. People work why do y'all close at 5 pm? So what you have is a business; where even if i could make it there when i get off before you close. I still have the pleasure of dealing with a rude associate and being scammed on a used car part.
these people are rip offs. twice I went there looking for parts and they ask way to much.
looked online for a right side mirror for my mustang today. found a brand new one for $48 then I called these people and they wanted 60 for a used one.Really people. a mirror that is used maybe $20 to $25.get with the times. parts are cheap online now and you should keep up with the prices.
I had several differant options when looking for a used engine for my car, however i chose to go with Counseman because the offered the engine with the lowest miles (44K miles) and the best warranty (6 months), The engine was overpriced although i didnt mind with the low miles and warranty. The engine was installed by a professional automotive shop, a week later the engine blew up, it was internal damage with the valves, which should be covered under warranty but when i called they told me that valves are not covered under warranty and just blew me off. I ended up having to buy another engine at another salvage yard. This is very poor business in my opnion. Please beware if you intend to buy here, once they have your money they could care less about you
