Can’t say enough good things about this shop and the work Jimmy did to get my car back on the road. I broke down on I-10 in the middle of the night and had my car towed here. Jimmy not only got to work on it right away, but quickly diagnosed the issues, got the parts, installed them and got me back on the road home (6 hours away). Expert level communication throughout the day, superior customer service.
First time using this business personally, (my sister has used them for years) and what a wonderful experience! Quick and knowledgeable. Repairs were completed same day. Today i received a follow up text making sure the repairs were satisfactory. Highly recommend!
These guys are great! I ran over a bolt and it went in my tire on the front driver side and even it being only having to plug the tire.They had me in and out in no time. I've been to other places and it's forever getting the tire off. So hats off to these guys!

Our experience here was a great one! They gave us updates often, repaired my car quickly for what was all needed to be done and even checked up on the car a few days after picking it up from the shop. The staff is so kind there too. Just an overall very welcoming and nice experience. My car works great now too!
I had a nail in my tire and I rode on the flat tire to New Century basically destroying the tire. I know…I know but I didn’t have time to wait on roadside assistance. The technician offered to show me on why he couldn’t patch/plug the tire but I told him that I was aware so he put my spare tire on for me very fast and efficiently. He was very nice and professional and I like the fact that he tried to explain and show me on why he couldn’t patch/plug the tire so I wouldn’t feel like he was trying to rip me off.
Professional service and good people! I’ve trusted this local place with 3 or 4 of my vehicles over the years and have never had a bad experience From the tire guys to the mechanics to the owners your in good hands here!

My wife and I have been using this place since about 2016 and we will never use another mechanic if it’s up to us. This is the only mechanic I’ve ever used where the cost is always less than what I expected to pay. It’s very hard to find good honest places like this these days. I would recommend it to my grandmother and that’s saying a lot. I guess that’s why the parking lot is always full though. Also the communication and amount of time it takes my vehicles to be worked on is always excellent. Please understand that I never go on google and leave reviews, but felt it was absolutely necessary this time because I know how hard it is to find a good honest place to work on vehicles these days. I have no relationship with anyone at the shop other than the business I conduct there. So please don’t think this is a family member or friend trying to boost their reviews. New Century truly is the best.
Had my alternator go out on me about an hour away from my house in a right hand drive import.
These guys got my alternator rebuilt and my car back on the road way faster than I imagined possible for a really reasonable price!

Jimmy really is one of a kind. These guys started this business right after we graduated high school on solid core values and work ethic. Nothing has changed over the last 20+ years. Great people, knowledgeable techs and very fair prices. This is one of the only businesses I trust to leave my vehicles with!

We have been using New Century every since they opened their doors and we have never disappointed. We feel like part of their family but I guess when we have 4 automobiles for them to take care they see you often. We highly recommend them. We have never felt as if we paid for anything unnecessarily. Very honest people! Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed either.
I do believe this is the best Auto Repair shop that I have ever been to. My neighbor introduced me to this place and I cannot thank him enough. Jimmy is an awesome mechanic. He worked on my truck and took his time to figure out what the problem was. GREAT PLACE. Do not hesitate to stop by there.
Very reasonable prices! And the lady behind the counter also was very helpful with being able to take my receipt back to Sam's club so I can get a total refund on my tire that I bought w/ warranty since the tire dept isn't open("covid"). They were very friendly and VERY HELPFUL. No more Sam's tires for me! They will get all my business from now on!!!
New Century Automotive is one of those kind of places that you go to one time, and you never go anywhere else again. I can honestly say that I recommend them to anyone I know or meet that mentions anything about automotive service or repair. Sarah and Jimmy are just two examples of the kind of people we all wish we knew more of....Honest, Trustworthy, and Dependable. You never leave there feeling like you just got robbed, by someone without a mask...
The only compensation I'm getting from this review is the almost certainty of a harder time being able to schedule appointments for my own Automotive needs.
Isn't that what we all do though, we find a great place to eat, or a great deal on something, or in this case something far more valuable.... and we tell our family and friends, because we want to return the good that was done to us.
I've had two services in the last month from here. I overheated I needed some hoses replaced, thank God that they're honest because they could have got me good. They had my car fixed by the next day. I also bought a set of tires for my SUV. They had my truck ready within hours. And the price was awesome I saved hundreds of dollars compared to what other shops wanted for the same tires.
On a recent trip from Atlanta to Houston we had car trouble. The front-desk clerk (Brandon) at the Hampton Inn recommended New Century, or we would never have known about it or considered it. It doesn’t look very flashy(?), but the owner dropped everything to get us going again, took the time to walk me through each step of the process in assessing the problem and possible corrections and had us on our way that same morning. I understand why it gets such high ratings from its local customers. I appreciate how much they helped us out—posting a good review is the least I could do to express our gratitude.
