Friendly and helpflul staff. These people stay busy! Probably because of the level of services offered along with the very competitive prices. Also to mention they were the only ones in the area that had the tire size I needed in stock and I wouldn't have to wait a day or two for it to be delivered.
Staff was friendly and helpful with my questions, and service was very quick changing all 4 tires. Glad to see this place is just as good as when my late father came here a decade ago!
Excellent service. Went in with a flat that couldn't be repaired. Told service tech if he didn't have used tire to match, I would get 2 new tires for front axle. He found a used tie, but when he mounted it he found there was a slow leak. Just knew he was going to say I needed 2 new tires, but instead went and got another used tire to match and it was fine. Will always use L&M. Reasonable prices with quick knowledgeable service
The service is fast, professional, and a great value! On my first visit, I needed tires and found myself 5th in a line. I still was able to select the tires I wanted, had them installed, and was back on the road in less than an hour! I've also been there for a repair and had it completed and gone in less than 15 minutes. This is the best tire service I've ever experienced, and won't go anywhere else!
This little hometown shop was so kind to me, they were very professional ready willing and able to get me serviced an out the door with two new tires and a price that did not break the bank. I showed up in desperate need of a tire for the front. The service technician went back and found tires immediately took care of everything with lightning speed. Super friendly service, great pricing, and the best tire experience I've had in years! And I go through one set of tires per year with the ministry I do. Can't say enough good things and I highly recommend them

I will never spend my money here again,I ordered brand new tires & had them mounted on my rims, not only did my tires go flat the next day, they tried to apply bead seal and after having me waiting for 3hrs an employee came out and told me I needed a new tire!!! They damaged a brand new $300 dollar tire and didn't want to own up to it so when I emailed the owner about the issue he never responded to me and when I called he questioned if I was being truthful and said he had to talk to his employees first and claimed to write down my number and give me a call back but we all know I'm still waiting till this day...my tire was probably damaged on purpose out of jealousy so if you have a classic car on rims don't go to L & M
The line was super long when I pulled up, but they were moving fast to take care of everybody. Everybody was friendly, and the prices didn't break the bank. I will definitely be back for future tire service. The automotive team is awesome. The prices are fair and the staff is awesome!
Very fast SERVICE. They will diagnose and fix your tire in no time at all. The price is unbelievably LOW. I had 2 tires looked at and repaired for $40 . They work hard and Fast.
They got me right in, didn't have to wait very long, got the job done quickly. Explained what they do there for flats, not all tire shops are the same. Pricing was fantastic too, they didn't break my bank account.
Had a great experience here. My wife’s tire had a bit of leak in it and I couldn’t find exactly where it was coming from. I pulled up and Mr. Tommy was there to help he didn’t try and sell me on new tires and in fact told me that the tires I had would ride for a good bit longer. He had the tire patched and back on the car in minutes. I could not be more pleased with the work!!
I can't begin to say how happy I am with this company! They were fast, professional and very friendly. They're not the closest tire shop to where I live, but they will be getting all of my business from now on. I highly recommend them!
Bottom line. They Rock. They've never done me wrong ever. And been going there with my dad since I was a child. They plug patch rotate and do pretty much anything that can be done to a tire. They also give you a 39 day warranty. I love these folks. Totally recommend.
They offer a variety of automobile repair services but their tire repair shop is top tier. In my opinion they are the best tire repair shop in Mobile. There's usually a small line which moves fast. If your tire is leaking air or low for any reason they can quickly locate the issue and have it repaired or replaced very quickly. Their service has always been great and not much has changed over the years which is a good thing. If you have any tire needs I would definitely recommend L&M.
Can’t say enough good things about this company. Best in mobile Alabama. I have always used them for my tires and recently used the automotive dept. And very pleased with the work they did. Everyone there is very cool and good people to deal with. Don,Ken,Taylor,Bart The alignment guy and many others didn’t catch all of their names But very Honest fast and reliable and fair priced. Just a very good shop to get all of your car needs and I would never really deal with any other tire and auto repair shops in the mobile Alabama area ever.
Great place to get a flat tire fixed or a tire mounted on a strange rim these guys are experts and have seen it all from lawn mowers to bicycles to tractor tires. They even did my race car tires
There price for batteries has increased dramatically. Hard to say if the cost is worth not shopping around. But they are a great place to do business. Fast and reliable, professional employees. I will use them again.
After having a nightmare experience with another used tire service in Mobile that gave us 2 wrong sized tires & then refused to refund money, we called L&M. They had the 2 used tires we needed. There were quite a few cars in front of us when we got there but the line moved quickly & we got 2 really great looking used tires. Everyone was very professional & friendly - working hard, quickly & efficiently. They had a really great system going. Very impressive! Wonderful experience. We're very pleased. Thank- you L&M! We'll absolutely be back in the future.
Kevin went above and beyond to get ky AC back up and running. Stayed late and came in early. When my wife had an issue they checked it out kept it overnight said it was a bad sensor and did not even charge her. Great service and it came at a lesser price than most. Very busy call ahead or be there early and expect to drop off.
L & M always has tires in stock and the prices are great for new and used. I went two years on one of their used tires. It was still going when I went in to buy a new set. New prices are better than anyone around Mobile. The customer service is comfortable and not awkward. Love this place!
Experience was very good ! Customer service line was orderly, and entrance to service bays was safe as well. Technician was polite and provided very good service with my tire repair ! Cashier was friendly & courteous as well. Utilized services on several occasions and was most pleased on each visit.
I called about 2pm today. They had what I needed. The sweetest lady answered the phone and put all my questions and fears to rest. When arriving I was treated with the same kindness. I was there about 1 hour and back on the road with 2 tires. Felt great and had new friends and trust in this company . That means a lot.
Been going here for 20 years. I will not go anywhere else. They are true southern buisness. The guys there are fast and very friendly. Ladies take it from me when I say. They are fast, friendly, and honest. I purchased a used tire and left. The ride home i kept hearing a funny sound. I got a tire with a flat spot on it that he didn't catch. I returned and with out any debate i was fixed up and on the road again within 10 mins.
I ran over something on my way into work and my back tire light sensor came on; the tire pressure was going down rapidly! I pulled into L&M (which had not opened yet). The guys jumped on my car right away. They repaired the tire in 30mins for $20! Happy customer!!!!!!!!
I had the absolute best experience getting a tire replaced this morning. I had been hoping to get through to pay day, but my tire had other plans. Since I was tight on money, a friend suggested L&M. I called, they had the tire at a great price, and I was in and out in TEN MINUTES! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Bravo!
