Changing my initial review...
Went in for a check engine light. Walked out with about a ~$2,000 bill and...a check engine light.
Despite multiple visits, part replacements, and resets, I still don't have a resolution or am even sure what is wrong with my car.
Summary of work
-June 11 – O₂ sensors & intake gasket replaced ($1,157.59)
-June 14 – Light returned
-June 16 – Catalytic converter replaced ($988.58)
-June 20–July 22 – Multiple resets; advised to replace converter again due to faulty part
-Aug 5 – Converter replaced again
-Aug 12–28 – Light returned; sensors reset, gasket replaced
-Sept 2–10 – Pipes tightened, leaks checked; light reset
-Sept 12 – Light returned.
By then, I asked for a GM, because I was told the other manager was in/out due to an accident. Told they have no number for the next manager, even though a few weeks prior to that, I was told they would get in contact with the other manager and tell him to call me...No one called.
So, I reported to corporate customer service. I was told someone would respond to me in 24 - 48 hours. No response.
I have paid over $2,000, lost work time, spent extra on fuel, and relied on rides from friends and family. A month later still can't really drive my car. Currently, trying to get a second opinion and disputing with credit card company. Next step is small claims court.
They were professional and courteous. Changed my oil and I needed an air filter and they replaced that also. Friendly and helpful.
I have also had tires repaired there. Fast friendly and courteous. Awesome team

I am in the middle of a situation with Meineke now!! I took my truck in running very rough and had several codes. They quoted me a little over 1200.00 and I said ok. They told me my truck was done went and paid and leave and the truck would barely run. They had the truck over a week and finally did a compression check and problem was internal come to find out. Should have check compression before I spent that money. Everyone was professional but communication was lacking!! Brittany was exceptional with her responses. Very professional
Called today to get a price range for service charge on break pads. Manager Andrew never asked for my car make and model. He refused to give me a price range. He would rather you come and and sit for hours to waste your time. He is sales driven and want to blind side customers. The poorest customer service.
Thankfully I was able to call Mavis and get a price range without being hackled.
Had an appointment at 3pm scheduled prior to going in. When I arrived, they didn't have the filter for an oil change. Then, I was told that the oil change would take longer because they let a couple of employees go home early. Took 50 minutes for a normal oil change.
I was very pleased with my service at Meineke. I went for an oil change and check up. The manager, Andrew Blaise, was very thorough, showing me photos of areas of concern and explaining what needed to be done.
I was charged more than the price I was given over the phone. Left my gas cover open and it rained. They charged a lady ahead of me $900 to get her AC fixed and they didn’t fix it. They told her they don’t guarantee their work. She had to threaten to get a lawyer and called the corporate office for them to look at it again and had to go without a car overnight. I have taken 5 new vehicles to them since they opened a few years ago and they always come up with something they claim needs to be fixed or changed. My heart goes out to people who trust them and they take advantage of them. Just out of curiosity I have talked to customers while in the waiting room and most were told something was found on their vehicle that needs to be fixed. They present it to you in a way that makes you feel your vehicle is unsafe. I will take my truck, and my wife’s and daughter’s car somewhere else from now on. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!
Andrew and Angela were really nice. They answered all of my questions about my vehicles. And told me what mechanical issues I had going on. They were quick to order parts and the wait was no long at all. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer. Customer service and mechanic service was top notch I have no complaints. Way to go y'all. Being a female and not mechanically inclined they didn't try to upsale anything. The photos were proof that I needed more maintenance.

Typical mechanics trying to rip you off through guilt. Told these people exactly what I needed and they came back with four other issues that would have made the bill over $1,000 and have the nerve to guilt trip me in to making the car run better and safer. Unless you want to pay for additional services you don't need, go somewhere else.
So professional. The process was simple. Updates about the progress of the service to my vehicle via text. Staff extremely friendly and egered to give simple explanation to people like myself who don't understand mechanic terminology. Just great and I highly recommend them for service.

Loved the service at this location .The manager , workers, and the front desk guy were shining examples of what a Meineke should be . What I think was best was the not the work they did ( which was great ) but the human element and the great customer service that I received. I felt everyone was honest and up front with me and I will definitely be using Meineke for all my car needs in the future .
A very great place to take your vehicle to for service and more. Their customer service is great as well. I will give them a 5 star for over all experience. No lies just straight to the point.
I was out of town. It was cold and my tire was going flat. I stopped to see if they could help me. They took me in right away, took care of me and had the windshield wiper. I needed too. I was very pleased with the service and their kindness.
The staff there were very nice and helpful. The tires i needed were not in stock but they had no problem ordering them and picking them up for me with no additional charge all in the same day. I was in & out in no time. There was no appointment needed and no hidden fees.
Great experience! My car needs synthetic oil and the internet says to expect $65-$125, and mine was just over $65 with tax. They were fast (and had a food truck outside which was an added bonus) and said there was nothing else wrong with my car. I’m a younger woman going in for my first ever oil change and was nervous about the likelihood of being “taken advantage of” with higher prices and unnecessary maintenance, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing here.
I called an hour before closing and the nice lady on the phone said that I still had time to come for my oil change. The customer service was great, the service was fast and let's not talk about the cost. Usually I pay over $100 for my oil change. With the coupon I paid around $67. I will definitely be a returning customer.
This place was a joke. I waited almost 10 days for an estimate of the work that needed to be done, and they sent me this. Every car looks like this when you start it. They also told me my oil change was overdue (it’s not) and my brakes were bad (they’re not). Be careful here, I won’t be going back.
