Rich and his team did me a GREAT job! Both Front Struts and both Rear Shocks replaced, then a 4 wheel alignment. Majestic did the work for WAY LESS money than the Dealer quoted. Drives like a new car again, even with 140k on the clock.

We’ve been going to Majestic since we moved to Mobile in 2005 . They’ve always been honest , reasonably priced , friendly , and they always do excellent work . It’ means a lot to have a mechanic shop that I can fully trust . They stay busy for a reason . I would give 10 stars if I could .

I called on Saturday morning to see if I could bring my car in & was told yes. They were super busy but still managed to look at my car right away. Jeffrey was so helpful, thorough, & knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my car & why. He had my car back on the road the next day driving brand new. I will not go anywhere else!

Tire was going flat fast. A guy told me to try Majestic. Place was packed. People were crazy busy and super friendly. My tired was fixed and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
I went in for a front end alignment for them to tell me after they did my front end alignment that I needed shocks so when I left there my car still drove to the right and I feel that they should have told me before they worked on my car. Very disappointed
Disappointed in service work if you want something done right way don’t expect leaving with something broken came in for just tired package work left with need to replace new lug nut for all 4 wheels lesson learn give first chance for visit after that say bye bye ain’t no more second time coming back
Worst service came in just for tire rotation came out with one broken wheel stud I gave the person who will take care of my tires a wheel lock for lug nuts instead properly using it he decides to be smarties pants decide use his own socket completely break my lug nuts and wheel stud never ever coming back again
I can’t thank this business and these people enough for helping us!! My daughter(19) had been on a week long cruise, starts the trip back home which is 5 hours… her jeep starts having problems and we don’t know anything about the area!! This place got her in and got her jeep fixed on a Saturday even worked after hours to make sure she would be safe on the 5 hours drive back to me!!! Thank y’all so so much for everything!!! Majestic Tire's staff is so awesome, I'm starting to think they're superheroes in disguise! Rich, Heather, and the whole crew went bananas to get my Jeep fixed up with new tires and brakes I didn't even know I needed. They worked faster than a NASCAR pit crew, and now I'm hooked. I'll be driving all the way from Montgomery just to get my vehicle serviced by these tire wizards. Thanks for being the tire-ific masters that you are! No wonder you've been in business for over 20 years - you're the real MVPs!
Majestic tires is a place you can send your wife or daughter to feel comfortable. They will not be taking advantage of since I've been in Alabama for 5 years. They're the only place that has done honest and quality work. Thank you guys
Been meaning to write a review on this place for awhile.
Brought my Silverado in here to have a set of different wheels mounted. The guy at the desk was rude and unprofessional. They changed my wheels with a floor jack in the parking lot which took a lot longer than it should have if they used the proper equipment. Then the same person working the desk told me that they could not program my TPMS because the sensors in the new wheels wouldn’t work. The new wheels were off of the same body style of Silverado and I know from working for GM Service that GM only used 1 of 2 frequencies from 2006 - until 2019 for TPMS. So there was a high likelihood that they would program. Still the guy working there was condescending and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and refused to even attempt to program them. He was arrogant, sloppy, rude, and unknowledgeable. I couldn’t imagine trusting them to do any actual mechanical work if they don’t know something as simple as that.
Took it to UJ and lo and behold they programmed just fine.
If you want any work done or tires mounted, go to Airport tire. It’s cheaper; faster, and they are a lot more knowledgeable.
These guys were great! They got me in and out on a Sunday afternoon with four brand new tires in less than an hour, very satisfied with my experience with them

I went there to get my side steps put on my new Jeep.
They were a bit busy, but didn’t hesitate to get the job done. While I was there, everyone treated the customers with so much kindness. They go above and beyond their jobs to help people.
It was awesome!
They had lots of jeeps there, personal and rentals. They welcomed me to the Jeep Family, and Rich’s daughter gave me my first Duck!!!

Brought my truck here to see if they could fix an issue with starting. They told my that the entire engine needed replacement for about $8000, but they would be willing to take the truck off my hands if I didn't want it anymore. Took the truck to another shop and they fixed it for less than $800.
Needed some 305 35 19 tires installed most big box shops couldn't do it. Called them up they said bring it in we can do it very professional staff unloaded and loaded the rims and tires for me.
Recently, I visited Majestic Tires to replace a tire pressure sensor. Upon arrival, I encountered a lady with tattoos. I politely inquired about a discount, mentioning that just a few months prior, I had paid $15 for a similar service. She curtly informed me that the cost had increased to $25. When I requested to speak with a manager, she identified herself as both the manager and owner, asserting that I needed to address any concerns with her directly. Unwilling to pay the inflated price, I decided to leave.
Subsequently, I sought assistance from FAUSk. Not only did they charge me $22 for the service, but they also treated me with utmost respect and provided excellent customer service. It is disappointing to see Majestic Tires, once a reputable establishment, decline in quality due to the employment of rude staff with questionable attitudes and tattoos. This experience turned what was once a reliable choice into a nightmare.
My second time here but the owner Rick and Heather are always so gracious to me. They literally have me in and out. The young man who also made sure all of my tires were good before leaving, extra thank you.
Definitely recommend their services.
Majestic tires is awesome. I don't know the lady's s name that works there but she is great. Slim with the tattoos. Really nice and funny. I witnessed her and an older gentleman taking care of another customer with such concern. This was my second visit for tires and I am very satisfied with the propane the service as well as the pricing.
Extremely competent and knowledgeable owner and staff. They were able to replace both O2 sensors, replace spark plugs and wires, tune up, and oil change for a very fair price and worked very quickly. Out Jeep was back on the road in less than 48 hours! All of the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know from now on! Would give them 10 stars if I could!
When I tell you majestic tires is where it’s at, don’t take it lightly! Today was a night mare, not one but 2 bad tires out the blue “Only my luck” but thanks to MAJESTIC TIRES coming to my rescue, “YES coming to me”To fix me up! This company goes above and beyond the expectations and leaves customers very satisfied!!! I could go on and on about majestic tires but I’ll end with saying thank u so much for all the work and effort today!!!
Went in to have the a tire changed with my spare on our trailer. We're halfway through a 4,000 mile round trip from Sedona the Mobile and then back to Sedona.
We discovered that I needed my upper and lower ball joints replaced on the passenger side because they where starting to squeak, so I asked them to replace them on my F-350, Ford 4X4 crew cab truck.
It was a cold Friday morning, did a great and professional
job. It took longer than expected but still held to their price.

We took our Lexus truck to them about two week ago to get break work done and while our truck was in their possession they allowed someone to hit our truck and tore it up, after assuring us that our truck was safe with them!! After messing our truck up they no once reached out to apologize nor has they offered to fix it!! The owner was very rude and nonchalant, I do not recommend them to anyone!! Please do not leave your vehicles in their possession! Very unprofessional!!!
DO NOT GO HERE! THEY COST MY MOTHER $1200 BECAUSE THEY BROKE HER RADIATOR AND FAN ON A TIRE CHANGE!
On January 15, my mother had 2 back tires replaced here, and after she picked the car up it was running hot.
She popped the hood and saw that the radiator was so bent that the fan was shattered. She went back to Majestic and they refused to fix it and said they didn't do it.
Their argument was that it was only the back tires so there was no way they did it. However, she saw them using 3 jacks and there is no damage to the front of the car. (Look at the picture below)
It is obvious that they bent it with a jack, and now my mother who doesn't have a lot of money is out for $1200 dollars worth of damage.
My family and I will never go here again. Terrible professionalism.
