10/10!! Majestic installed a lift/wheels/tires on our Jeep Gladdy! Love it! We actually drove 35hrs for this service and we continue to use them all the way from Selma, AL. My hubs had an appt in Mobile and on the way there, I noticed a screw in the tire of his F150. We went straight to Majestic and explain the situation of this screw & Needing to be on the road quickly for the doctors appointment. We were there probably 10 minutes or less. I cannot think the staff enough for being so kind to us over this last year. This is such a family company and we have been treated as such. I have thank God many times for majestic tire. Thank you Rich, Marrisa and especially Heather for always coming through for us when we needed you the most!

I will bring my car NO WHERE ELSE! Everyone is so kind and helpful. It is locally and family owned which I love. The owner rich will treat you like family and also take the time to really explain to you what’s going on with your car. They truly care about their customers.
Definitely would not recommend. I was told i would be a priority being that Mullinax was their priority. I actually wasn't a priority, and because they're getting paid based on "how long" the car takes to finish, they decided to keep my car all day for a 3 hour job.
I took my wife’s jeep for a pulling issue weeks ago. After 4 trips i thought maybe this time it was fixed. When my wife got home from work tonight not to my suprise the pedal is going to the floor and brake fluid is all over the inside of the rim. The most unprofessional shop ive ever dealt with. They let a kid work on it the first time and the problem was the same as before i took it there. After 4 trips (and i live almost an hour away) this incompetent place of business still hasnt fixed the problem. Brakes are a serious matter. My wife drives home after she works the night shift if this were the owners daughter or wife i bet this wouldnt happen to them. AFTER OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS spent its still not safe. Poor place of business. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP IF YOU VALUE THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY. Spend your hard earned money any where else. At least you wont have an unsafe vehicle after they supposedly repair it
ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT 100 percent the BEST SERVICE EVER. RICH and his family have always taken exceptional care of me and everyone I send to him. For over 12 years now I have been a return customer and refer everyone I know to them. Tires. Repairs. Trailer hitches. Batteries. Brakes. You name it. They’ve done it and can do it. Rich and his team did me a GREAT job! Both Front Struts and both Rear Shocks replaced, then a 4 wheel alignment. Majestic did the work for WAY LESS money than the Dealer quoted. We’ve been going to Majestic since we moved to Mobile in 2005 . They’ve always been honest , reasonably priced , friendly , and they always do excellent work . It’ means a lot to have a mechanic shop that I can fully trust . They stay busy for a reason . I would give 10 stars if I could .

Highly recommend! If I could give this place unlimited stars I would. I called on Saturday morning to see if I could bring my car in & was told yes. They were super busy but still managed to look at my car right away. Jeffrey was so helpful, thorough, & knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my car & why. Tire was going flat fast. A guy told me to try Majestic. Place was packed. People were crazy busy and super friendly. My tired was fixed and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
I went in for a front end alignment for them to tell me after they did my front end alignment that I needed shocks so when I left there my car still drove to the right and I feel that they should have told me before they worked on my car. Very disappointed
I can’t thank this business and these people enough for helping us!! My daughter(19) had been on a week long cruise, starts the trip back home which is 5 hours… her jeep starts having problems and we don’t know anything about the area!! This place got her in and got her jeep fixed on a Saturday even worked after hours to make sure she would be safe on the 5 hours drive back to me!!! Thank y’all so so much for everything!!! I really hope this business sees this
Majestic Tire's staff is so awesome, I'm starting to think they're superheroes in disguise! Rich, Heather, and the whole crew went bananas to get my Jeep fixed up with new tires and brakes I didn't even know I needed. They worked faster than a NASCAR pit crew, and now I'm hooked. I'll be driving all the way from Montgomery just to get my vehicle serviced by these tire wizards. Thanks for being the tire-ific masters that you are! No wonder you've been in business for over 20 years - you're the real MVPs!
Majestic tires is a place you can send your wife or daughter to feel comfortable. They will not be taking advantage of since I've been in Alabama for 5 years. They're the only place that has done honest and quality work. Thank you guys
Been meaning to write a review on this place for awhile.
Brought my Silverado in here to have a set of different wheels mounted. The guy at the desk was rude and unprofessional. They changed my wheels with a floor jack in the parking lot which took a lot longer than it should have if they used the proper equipment. Then the same person working the desk told me that they could not program my TPMS because the sensors in the new wheels wouldn’t work. The new wheels were off of the same body style of Silverado and I know from working for GM Service that GM only used 1 of 2 frequencies from 2006 - until 2019 for TPMS. So there was a high likelihood that they would program. Still the guy working there was condescending and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and refused to even attempt to program them. He was arrogant, sloppy, rude, and unknowledgeable. I couldn’t imagine trusting them to do any actual mechanical work if they don’t know something as simple as that.
Took it to UJ and lo and behold they programmed just fine.
If you want any work done or tires mounted, go to Airport tire. It’s cheaper; faster, and they are a lot more knowledgeable.
These guys were great! They got me in and out on a Sunday afternoon with four brand new tires in less than an hour, very satisfied with my experience with them
The people at Majestic are very friendly and helpful. This is a family owned and operated tire and service business you can trust and feel you are treated fairly. They were a bit busy, but didn’t hesitate to get the job done. While I was there, everyone treated the customers with so much kindness. They go above and beyond their jobs to help people. Needed some 305 35 19 tires installed most big box shops couldn't do it. Called them up they said bring it in we can do it very professional staff unloaded and loaded the rims and tires for me.
Majestic tires is awesome. I don't know the lady's s name that works there but she is great. Slim with the tattoos. Really nice and funny. I witnessed her and an older gentleman taking care of another customer with such concern. This was my second visit for tires and I am very satisfied with the propane the service as well as the pricing.
When I tell you majestic tires is where it’s at, don’t take it lightly! Today was a night mare, not one but 2 bad tires out the blue “Only my luck” but thanks to MAJESTIC TIRES coming to my rescue, “YES coming to me”To fix me up! This company goes above and beyond the expectations and leaves customers very satisfied!!! Went in to have the a tire changed with my spare on our trailer. We're halfway through a 4,000 mile round trip from Sedona the Mobile and then back to Sedona. We discovered that I needed my upper and lower ball joints replaced on the passenger side because they where starting to squeak, so I asked them to replace them on my F-350, Ford 4X4 crew cab truck. It was a cold Friday morning, did a great and professional job. It took longer than expected but still held to their price.
Thanks to Blake, Sean and their staff for doing an excellent job. I apologize to the man (I didn't get his name)that did the actual work replacing the ball joints but he did a awesome and professional job!

We took our Lexus truck to them about two week ago to get break work done and while our truck was in their possession they allowed someone to hit our truck and tore it up, after assuring us that our truck was safe with them!! After messing our truck up they no once reached out to apologize nor has they offered to fix it!! The owner was very rude and nonchalant, I do not recommend them to anyone!! Please do not leave your vehicles in their possession! Very unprofessional!!!
DO NOT GO HERE! THEY COST MY MOTHER $1200 BECAUSE THEY BROKE HER RADIATOR AND FAN ON A TIRE CHANGE!
On January 15, my mother had 2 back tires replaced here, and after she picked the car up it was running hot.
She popped the hood and saw that the radiator was so bent that the fan was shattered. She went back to Majestic and they refused to fix it and said they didn't do it.
Their argument was that it was only the back tires so there was no way they did it. However, she saw them using 3 jacks and there is no damage to the front of the car. (Look at the picture below)
It is obvious that they bent it with a jack, and now my mother who doesn't have a lot of money is out for $1200 dollars worth of damage.
My family and I will never go here again. Terrible professionalism.
