I had a great experience at Grease Monkey! The staff was very honest and upfront with me, never tried to overcharge, and made me feel comfortable about the services my car needed. They even took the time to explain what a cabin air filter does and why it’s important, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find an auto shop that’s this trustworthy and helpful—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Went to get an oil change , which was ok. However the technician cracked my engine cover. I saw him & heard it when he did it. He closed the hood , came back to show me the damage but lied & blamed the previous place I went to. The other guy said he'd report it but, I havent heard anything back.
That being said, not very trustworthy
They were very attentive and listened to everything I needed. Had some good recommendations on what I can do to make my car run more smooth. This is the only place I go to for my oil change!
Jimbo was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything that I needed and seemed genuine. I enjoyed my visit and will be back for sure!
Had needed an oil change , while he was told about several maintenance items I didn't know they did , Billy explained about a cabin filter couldnt get today ,but will be back excellent customer service , very fast and will be back.
Frank and Billy did an amazing job, not with just my vehicle but with customer service as well. They made sure my vehicle was in perfect running condition and even educated me in routine maintenance with my cabin filter. Definitely will be returning!
I've been going to grease monkey for over a year now. They do a great job. It's not easy to work outside so I commend them for making sure my car is running effectively

I went in on 07/05/2025 the two guys there were AWESOME! They made sure my car had everything it needed! This already my favorites to go but I will definitely keep coming back!!
I have had several incidents at this location with the old crew, and I was very scared to have my SUV serviced but Mr. Billy assured me that I was in good hands and my SUV was to, he offered additional things to help give me a better experience!!! I was so pleased with the Oil Change service!! Thank you for being so generous and understanding
I just loved this guy I encountered this visit. I think his name was Jimbo. He was very nice and pleasant. Kept me laughing the whole time. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had coming here.

Went in for oil change. SUPER friendly and knowledgeable. Fast! And they checked my tires and found a nail. Saved me from having a flat tire ! Chris the asst manager and Dustin his helper were great!!!
