I would appreciate an improvement in the cleaning quality of the vehicle, particularly for the windows, which still had smudges and bugs. I found myself needing to clean them after I left, which was disappointing. I've noticed a decline in quality compared to my previous experiences. While the employees were very knowledgeable, I felt that their demeanor could be more welcoming, as it seemed I was taking up their time rather than receiving attentive service. Thank you for considering my feedback.
Bad customer service and a nail in the tire of the trailer we rented that was rusted so it had been there for a while. When I called to see if the tire could get changed out, because we hadn’t left town yet, was just told to call roadside assistance. Aside from that, they didn’t have everything I asked for in my reservation which included a dolly, which is fine, but my rental ended up costing $50 more than the online quote with no real indication as to why.
Went to a different uhaul location for help with the tire and they were way more helpful.
Both gentlemen I worked with during reservation and pick up were extremely helpful and professional. Efficient and timely pick up process. I would confidently recommend this location!
Angel helped me check in and set up my trailer. He was professional, friendly, and kind. He also helped me when I returned the trailer (I was struggling due to arthritis in my hands and he jumped right in to help).

5 STAR FOR ANGEL AND HIS STAFF. I took pics of any damage to the truck, pics of mileage and fuel levels. If you need the pics I would share. As requested on the contract for inspection. I paid the driver to fuel the truck so I do hope that commitment was honored.
The staff at the location were great, the best interaction I've had at a U-haul rental center. The attentiveness and professionalism could not have been better! I will definitely rent from this location again!
When I thought there is no hope at all with my situation, this uhaul location in particular, the people that work here were truly like a ray of hope in utter darkness. Without their knowledge and expertise combined with kindness, made me feel at ease and I am glad that I was able to finish my task without any issues.
Website allowed me to schedule a trailer hitch installation for Saturday morning. Had a lot depending on this installation, just to be informed a week later, they do not install hitches on the weekend. I work during the hours they do installations. Will never deal with U-Haul again!
The two gentlemen that helped me today went above and beyond for me. They strapped two large tv boxes to my roof because they couldn’t fit in my car. I’m not sure how people complain about service when that’s the level of service you get from them. Amazing job. I never leave reviews but that level of dedication couldn’t go unnoticed.
I have rented a truck twice in the past week. After my first experience at this location, I went out of my way to return to this facility despite the fact that I could have gone to a location closer to my destination. The staff at this location are phenomenal. When I initially called with questions (I had never rented a U-Haul) Jennifer took the time to walk me through all of the options and make sure I was satisfied with my decisions. She also assisted me with my second visit and was just as wonderful. The other employees I have interacted with have been amazing as well; the young man (I do not remember his name and I am so sorry!) pulled the U-Haul up for our convenience and was very polite and accommodating. Overall, I cannot recommend this location highly enough!
I was very satisfied with the help with my account issues and the overall customer service. The staff is amazing. I do recommend paying the extra money for a climate controlled unit as I had a wide collection of books that I valued but was infested with roaches that in 1-1/2 months devoured some of the covers of my books. Many of my other moving boxes were infected because it was cardboard. Its an outdoor storage unit, I cant fault them too much. However, I would recommend a little pest control measure. 5 stars for the people, great people.
Made a reservation online and they said it would be $79 for a 6x12 trailer, appliance dolly, and a dozen furniture pads. They did not have a dolly when I got there, and basically just said I was SOL. Then the guy tells me it's actually $88.
I asked the guy why the price was more if I wasn't even getting the dolly, and he just hemmed and hawed and avoided eye contact. It's not about the money, it's about the principle.
Had to help them lift the trailer to hitch and unhitch too. Get those poor guys some trailers with jacks on them.
The general manager there is a horrible manager. Will not honor what his employees relay to customers and over charges upon return of equipment. Such a horrible place. I will not be a return customer and will bash that location whenever i have the opportunity to keep my friends and family from being screwed by these people!
Ethan went out of his way to work me in, even though there was a hiccup with Uhauls website. He then proceeded to finish the job in less than half a day, all while calling to make sure I knew what was going on, and keeping me updated. He even ended up saving me some money, as he was able to fix a problem without having to order expensive parts.
Ethan and the hard-working crew over at the Uhaul of Bel-Air in Mobile, Al exemplifies customer service and work ethic. I hope others can be as lucky as I am to have such a great experience.
I've had a storage at the airport location for almost 3 yrs now and I wish I could give that location 100 stars on how clean they keep the property inside and out. My things look just like when I stored them. No dust, no dirt no bugs or even spider webs in the unit. What touched me the most to give a review is the Mgr Cody. His compassion to my unfortunate situation these last few months and helping me not lose some very sentimental things to me was beyond any gratitude I could give. The storage Mgr Megan was just as nice and pleasant to speak with. From the bottom of my heart... THANKS YOU!!!!
Went in to pick up a trailer rental this morning. Ty at the front desk has great customer service! Even the gentleman that was before me when I got there received friendly service. He got me hooked up and answered all the questions I had in regards to my rental. I appreciate him giving me a good laugh and smile to my busy day of loading and moving!
The experience was excellent. Easy check-in and return. Reasonable price. They pickups, trailers and moving trucks. Storage rooms available. Open all days. Located in an accessible area. Have moving supplies for rent and purchase.
The absolute best in everything! It took me less than ten minutes to walk in and drive off with my rental! The truck and store were clean and the employees all provided superior customer service. If ever you need a rental, this place should be your first choice!!!
The staff is very nice and exceptionally efficient and helpful! I haven't needed a U-Haul in many years and was kinda weary of renting one. These guys made the process so simple! I'm so glad I chose this place!
I wouldn't recommend u-haul to no one because the customer loses at the end. You charge for the rental of the truck, insurance is not included, charge per mile (oh it definitely adds up), and then the customer has to put gas back in it and only a few hours to use it... Definitely a NOO!

We had to move our son off South Alabama but we didn’t have a truck so we chose to use this location and wasn’t disappointed at all

Went in here on 04/27/2023 and was waited on by a young man named Chris "if I'm not mistaken" and he was a very polite and friendly young man. He deserves a pat on the back from management. Maybe even a raise. It was a pleasure doing business at this location.
Had a Hitch & wiring kit installed on 4-16-21.. popped fuse thought it to be on installation of wiring. Went back by technician came out immediately(In the Rain) checked the power unit of wiring harness found to be issue onmy trailer. Great Thanks to the Tech and Great Service from U-Haul!!!

Excellent customer service from the time I called to make an appointment til the time I left with my car. Very professional as they show you and explain to you the process of installing a trailer hitch and the estimated time it would take, they offer you to stay in the waiting area and suggest places around you can go if you don't want to stay there. They finished my car ahead of the estimated time and return it with the plastic protector on drivers seat and on the steering wheel. Last but not least, they go beyond CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe. I recommend this place and it was worth the drive from Pensacola FL
My experience here was fantastic. I reserved a trailer so I could tow a motorcycle on a Wednesday afternoon. After I arrived, the check in process took less than five minutes. Another employee then hooked the trailer up to my SUV but noticed that I had a 1 7/8" ball and the trailer could only receive a 2" ball (my mistake for not checking the trailer description more carefully). He took me inside and showed me where their stock of 2" balls were and they even installed it on the ball mount for me without hesitation. They were all easy to talk to while still being professional. They hooked the trailer up for me, did a safety inspection, and then I was on my way. The return process was a breeze as well. Thanks for all the help!
