I purchased four new Toyota OE wheels through Springhill Toyota. I live over an hour away and made an appointment on 1/17/26 to install the new wheels and new tires. As I’m waiting on service to install the new wheels and tires I am told that they cannot locate the 4th tire as they can only find three. Needless to say they did not install the new wheels and tires so I loaded up the wheels and went somewhere else. The dealership knew that I lived over an hour away and I chose this dealership over other Toyota dealerships that are closer to home. I had an appointment and was told the tires would be in stock by 1/17.

This is the only dealership I trust with my vehicles. I own three Toyotas, and every one of them is serviced exclusively at Springhill Toyota. From start to finish, the team is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Communication is clear, timelines are realistic, and the work is done right the first time. I also appreciate how efficient they are and most services are completed within a day or two at most, which makes a huge difference when you rely on your vehicle daily. It’s hard to find a service department you can truly depend on, but Springhill Toyota has earned my trust and loyalty without question.

I brought my car in for an air condition vent cleaning. I have a 2020 Corolla that sat for a couple of months with the air recirculate vent closed. The results was a mildew smell that I could not get rid of. I changed the vent filter and tried spraying lysol in the vent by the windshield wipers with no luck. The dealership sanitized the system. I am on day 3 with no odor. Fingers crossed. It was approx $55 for the service.

Had 50k service done at Springhill Toyota. Have always with satisfied with their service department and our service advisor, Ryan Foster is top knotch. Particularly liked their new process of sending live videos of service findings to my iPhone!

A 3-hour wait for basic services. Did include a fuel induction service. I asked at the beginning for my rear wiper to be changed and they forgot so that was another 30 minutes. Cashier apologizer for the long wait stating they had their company Christmas party the day before so they were short handed because “everyone had a little too much fun”. Definitely not what I wanted to hear. The was my first visit there and will likely be my last.

Every since I have had my 2021 Avalon trd. Springhill toyota has serviced it. But this time when we went to get our alternator replaced $,$$$.$$ was totally disappointing.. We was ignored when we walked up. Everyone got up and walked to the back to get other service techs. We was very uncomfortable. I recently left a dealership I'd been doing business with for almost 10 years because of their terrible work and poor customer service I've been getting lately. I took my car to Springhill Toyota to get work done. It was a breath of fresh air! They were very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Kayne went above and beyond helping me,and it's greatly appreciated! Springhill Toyota has definitely earned my business on all future service and future vehicle purchases!

I brought in my 2020 Rav4 in for a level kit and new tires, the service advisor Meghan was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, She was very accommodating and made the choice to go with Springhill Toyota a no brainer. Spring Hill Toyota worked with me on the price and they were very competitive, the work performed was immaculate. Overall, I'm extremely happy and I can't recommend them enough.

My car is making more noise after the roof rail leaks were fixed (recall work) and my plastic panels all have gaps now. I now hear wind noise from my roof when I’m driving along with the rattling they can’t seem to fix and they keep telling me it’s just my tires. My rental car was a rav4 and it was so quiet and drove so nice. I feel like they sold me a lemon and I’m just disappointed that I bought a car with 3 miles on it and it’s just never sounded right and no one is willing to do anything about it to make it right. If I buy another Toyota I don’t think I will choose Springhill. I want a place that cares about making their customers happy. I feel like it was a waste of 35k.

Sevice was quick, competent and very reasonably priced. Artis, our service advisor was kind and patient. Jeff, the service supervisor, also took pains to be sure we were satisfied and well taken care of. The service department is way above any service that I have ever received anywhere else in all of my 76 years. We have used Springhill Toyota for almost 25 years. Their top notch service department is why we deal with them almost exclusively! (I did buy a Lexus next door). My son also deals exclusively with Springhill Toyota! And their excellent service department is why I sent him there for his new truck several years ago. They treat us like royalty!

I called 9/2/25 to have my key fob reprogrammed. I was told the soonest the part would be here is Thursday, 9/4, would I like to schedule an appointment then? I had to decline, I work 12 hours a day until Tuesday.
I set an appointment for Tuesday 9/9/25. I came on my day off. The part wasn't here. He asked me if it was at Palmer Toyota. I said, no... I called Springhill. They couldn't find it. I was confused, I was told the part would arrive Thursday. The mechanic asked me if I wanted to order the part. It would be here tomorrow. I had to work tomorrow, I cannot come in. So I had to reschedule. I agreed to that.
He asked me if I wanted to pay for the part now and then the labor later. I said no, I will pay for it all at once like the last time I needed this reprogrammed. Then he said, I can't order the part until you pay for it. He forced me to pay for it. So I went ahead and paid for it, I requested a receipt and invoice. In case that got lost on their end too. I don't make enough money to pay for a $260 key fob twice and 170 dollars per hour of labor.
The mechanic asked me if I saw his tablet, after he scanned my VIN. If he left it in my car...? I double checked and told him no.
Last time I came to Springhill, I was quoted $370 to reprogram a key fob. After I agreed and my car was in the shop, I got a call saying that they "forgot" to include labor as part of my bill. So I had to scrounge up 170 dollars at the end of my week when my check was already gone. It was 2 hours. So double that. Surprise.
I just asked for a refund this time. Take my business elsewhere.
0/10, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SPRINGHILL TOYOTA. Save you a whole day of trying to find a part. Save you being charged 20 dollars for shop tools and 13 dollars for a new key fob battery that I originally provided. I guess they lost that too...?

Received a voicemail stating my car was ready. I immediately returned left message stating that my brakes are squeaking and need to be checked. I never received a response back. Once I arrived at service center no one greeted me nor acknowledged me standing waiting while two service members were engaged in a conversation for about 4 to five minutes. Once one of them acknowledged and asked me can someone help me the other services members that was seated decided to get up and help the gentleman that finally greeted me. I proceeded to tell him that I had returned his call from 8:30 am and I was waiting on a call back. In return he stated “ that he has had over 40 cars to do today”. It this point I’m pissed… customer service at this dealership is horrible…..

Had issues in the past, but this go round was different. And it was a pleasant surprise. The downside is I went in to buy parts, but they weren't in stock.
They did have the engine oil, oil filter, rear diff, and transfer case oil and all drain nut gasket/washers I needed on hand though.
That being said, I don't normally take my vehicles in for service, being I do it myself. But if they are running a special again, I'll give them the chance again to earn my business.
Update; let them service the new truck for the first time. No bad mess underneath from oil being spilled on skid plates, scheduled and completed as asked. Gaining more faith in the service department.Mar 24, 2024
