I had driven my husband‘s truck to Mobile to the doctor, and as I was driving, a light came up on the dash. I immediately called Springhill Toyota and asked them if it were possible for me to bring his truck in to have them look at the light tell me what was wrong. I received An immediate YES. The lady that answered the phone and the service department told me that she wanted me to be safe on the road To please stop by the dealership. I drove up in the service aisle. They came out with the iPad did their little business diagnose the problem it was actually a tire pressure monitor Light on the dash. They put the nitrogen in the Tire sent me on my way. I was gone within 10 minutes. Kuddos to the service department.

We love the service department at Springhill Toyota. They are always knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They understand that time is valuable and do whatever it takes to get you taken care of quickly. Meghan is our service advisor and she is the best! We 10/10 recommend!

Always a quality, friendly, and professional experience with the team at Springhill Toyota. Our service advisor Tom Mayfield is always up front with providing answers to our questions and prompt to return phone calls with suggestions for future repair needs when they arise. Great shop to work with!

My car is making more noise after the roof rail leaks were fixed (recall work) and my plastic panels all have gaps now. I now hear wind noise from my roof when I’m driving along with the rattling they can’t seem to fix and they keep telling me it’s just my tires. My rental car was a rav4 and it was so quiet and drove so nice. I feel like they sold me a lemon and I’m just disappointed that I bought a car with 3 miles on it and it’s just never sounded right and no one is willing to do anything about it to make it right. If I buy another Toyota I don’t think I will choose Springhill. I want a place that cares about making their customers happy. I feel like it was a waste of 35k.

Sevice was quick, competent and very reasonably priced. Artis, our service advisor was kind and patient. Jeff, the service supervisor, also took pains to be sure we were satisfied and well taken care of. The service department is way above any service that I have ever received anywhere else in all of my 76 years. We have used Springhill Toyota for almost 25 years. Their top notch service department is why we deal with them almost exclusively! (I did buy a Lexus next door). My son also deals exclusively with Springhill Toyota! And their excellent service department is why I sent him there for his new truck several years ago. They treat us like royalty!

I am so happy with my experience at Springhill Toyota. Artis was kind and very helpful in the service department. I have been to other Toyota dealerships for convenience. I am so glad that I chose Springhill Toyota to purchase a vehicle and to service it. It has been a great experience all around.

I called 9/2/25 to have my key fob reprogrammed. I was told the soonest the part would be here is Thursday, 9/4, would I like to schedule an appointment then? I had to decline, I work 12 hours a day until Tuesday. I set an appointment for Tuesday 9/9/25. I came on my day off. The part wasn't here. He asked me if it was at Palmer Toyota. I said, no... I called Springhill. They couldn't find it. I was confused, I was told the part would arrive Thursday. The mechanic asked me if I wanted to order the part. It would be here tomorrow. I had to work tomorrow, I cannot come in. So I had to reschedule. I agreed to that. He asked me if I wanted to pay for the part now and then the labor later. I said no, I will pay for it all at once like the last time I needed this reprogrammed. Then he said, I can't order the part until you pay for it. He forced me to pay for it. So I went ahead and paid for it, I requested a receipt and invoice. In case that got lost on their end too. I don't make enough money to pay for a $260 key fob twice and 170 dollars per hour of labor. The mechanic asked me if I saw his tablet, after he scanned my VIN. If he left it in my car...? I double checked and told him no. Last time I came to Springhill, I was quoted $370 to reprogram a key fob. After I agreed and my car was in the shop, I got a call saying that they "forgot" to include labor as part of my bill. So I had to scrounge up 170 dollars at the end of my week when my check was already gone. It was 2 hours. So double that. Surprise. I just asked for a refund this time. Take my business elsewhere. 0/10, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SPRINGHILL TOYOTA. Save you a whole day of trying to find a part. Save you being charged 20 dollars for shop tools and 13 dollars for a new key fob battery that I originally provided. I guess they lost that too...? I just got that bad feeling, and I should have listened to it.

Received a voicemail stating my car was ready. I immediately returned left message stating that my brakes are squeaking and need to be checked. I never received a response back. Once I arrived at service center no one greeted me nor acknowledged me standing waiting while two service members were engaged in a conversation for about 4 to five minutes. Once one of them acknowledged and asked me can someone help me the other services members that was seated decided to get up and help the gentleman that finally greeted me. I proceeded to tell him that I had returned his call from 8:30 am and I was waiting on a call back. In return he stated “ that he has had over 40 cars to do today”. It this point I’m pissed… customer service at this dealership is horrible…..

From texting for appointment, reminding me of appointment, letting me know it was in service and again when it was ready. This was the first 5000 mile on tires and general top offs if needed Very impressed. My last Toyota was purchased in Baldwin County and this service department was 100% the best I have ever experienced!

I love Toyota! This is the only place that service my vehicle. They are prompt and very nice and knowledgeable. I love the fact they will take you home and pick you up if your car takes a long time to fix! Keep up the good work guys!!

Hands down the best place to take your Toyota to be serviced. Ryan is consistently personable, knowledgeable, and always does a great job. But honestly everyone is so friendly and professional… and the waiting area is top tier. Highly recommend for your Toyota needs.

Chris singleton was a great service writer on the intake of my vehicle. There were some serious issues with parts pricing. Toyota tried to charge me almost double the price on parts. Had to do my own research to find out the price. Asked them to give me an estimate on replacing automatic door cable. Labor and parts rate came back to $1700 said the part was $900 and the labor was so expensive because the tech said he had to remove the door after checking myself the part was only $50- $80 and the labor did not require the door to be removed it only takes about an hour labor to do the job. A/c fan blower is not going into high speed asked them to find the issue I was told it would $2500 to fix because they had to remove the engine to replace the expansion valve that has nothing to do with the fan speed. Staff was very nice but it feels like parts or techs are trying to scam people out of money or need more training.

I requested the replacement of the engine oil, oil filter, and air filter during both of my recent service visits. However, after reviewing the invoice, I noticed that only the engine oil and oil filter were replaced, and the air filter was not changed. I'm concerned that if any issue arises with my car due to this, I won’t know what to do. I also don’t have the time to visit the dealership frequently, as my schedule is quite busy. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know how we can resolve the issue. Best regards

My experience was great Mr.Tom greeted me with a warm welcome and got my paperwork started. I relaxed in the ultra nice lounge where I spoke with lifetime friend Mr.Trevon Wilson. In less than 30 min my vehicle was finished and ready to go.

My most recent visit was for regular maintenance. Our service guy Chris was hands down the best one we had to date. He took care of all of our maintenance issues and helped uncover a warranty issue. If you want the best customer service, make your appointment with Chris. 100% recommend!!!!

Had issues in the past, but this go round was different. And it was a pleasant surprise. The downside is I went in to buy parts, but they weren't in stock. They did have the engine oil, oil filter, rear diff, and transfer case oil and all drain nut gasket/washers I needed on hand though. That being said, I don't normally take my vehicles in for service, being I do it myself. But if they are running a special again, I'll give them the chance again to earn my business. Update; let them service the new truck for the first time. No bad mess underneath from oil being spilled on skid plates, scheduled and completed as asked. Gaining more faith in the service department.
